DID YOU SAY YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN: I HOPE YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE BORN OF GOD AS CALLED! 

“And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they ASSEMBLED themselves with the church, and TAUGHT much people. And the DISCIPLES were called CHRISTIANS first in Antioch” Acts 11:26. 

A CHRISTIAN you say you ARE? Know then that you ARE born of God and you ARE God’s vehicle and vessel of change, in changing and influencing lives and making an effectual difference for the good of others, for God in Christ Jesus stead. And your being born of God means then you ARE Christ FOLLOWER, SOLDIER of Christ, Christ WITNESS, MISSIONARY and AMBASSADOR of God in Christ Jesus stead. You can ARISE today and let it be that you are living for who you ARE of God in Christ Jesus stead not just what you are nicknamed as you take on the challenges of the faith in the grace. 

My first understanding of the word ‘CHRISTIAN’ as to becoming a Christian is to understand that: 

  • It is a nickname given to those who are followers, witness and Missionary of Christ as in the book of Acts epistles. Acts 11:26; Acts 26:27-29; 1 Peter 4:15-17. 
  • And when you take the word CHRIST out of the word CHRISTIAN, you are left with ‘IAN’. And ‘IAN’ means to me – ‘I AM NOTHING’. Meaning, one is of no WORTH, but ONLY in WORTH, because of Christ in you and you in Him. Otherwise, it’s religion, sectarianism, dogmas and religious bondage and tradition of men. 

Christ Jesus NEVER called His own born of God children the term – Christian, instead He called us as in scriptural context – DISCIPLE, FOLLOWER, SOLDIER, WITNESS, MISSIONARY and AMBASSADOR of God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

The word Christian is an illusion that has been purported for too long that what it designated then at the first use toward followers of Christ Jesus is not what it does indicates and represents to many people today. Many claim to be Christians because they found themselves in one religious Church while they live contrary to the context of the Gospel of God in Christ Jesus stead, but when there’s a trial of their faith in Christ Jesus, they will almost deny their acclaimed faith. 

“But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters. 16 Yet if any man suffer as a CHRISTIAN, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?” 1 Peter 4:15-17. 

Are you just called a Christian, or you are indeed a – DISCIPLE, FOLLOWER, SOLDIER, WITNESS, MISSIONARY and an AMBASSADOR of God in Christ Jesus stead. It’s your choice to align yourself today for your reality as you do life and living godly in God in Christ Jesus. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the DISCIPLES were called CHRISTIANS first in Antioch” Acts 11:26. 

“King Agrippa, BELIEVEST thou the prophets? I know that thou BELIEVEST. 28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou PERSUADEST me to be a CHRISTIAN. 29 And Paul said, I WOULD TO GOD, THAT NOT ONLY THOU, BUT ALSO ALL THAT HEAR ME THIS DAY, were both ALMOST, and ALTOGETHER such as I AM, except these bonds” Acts 26:27-29.

“Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. 3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. 4 No man that WARRETH entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a SOLDIER” 2 Timothy 2:1-4.

IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD: YOU ARE GOD’S BEST! 

“That the COMMUNICATION of thy FAITH may become EFFECTUAL by the ACKNOWLEDGING of EVERY GOOD THING which is IN you IN Christ Jesus” Philemon 1:6. 

Don’t think or live less than what God is done, is doing and will do in you in Christ Jesus – for you are God’s BEST knowingly and unknowingly. 

For you are the reason while the earth was made. Henceforth, you need to keep COMMUNICATING your FAITH effectually, with shoulders high, head up and on your high heels of faith in grace in Christ Jesus stead. Isaiah 45:11-12; Psalms 8:4-8. 

When God made all things He created, He said, they were GOOD but when He made man, the them – male and female, He said, they were VERY GOOD, meaning, He’s very BEST, hence you are God’s BEST irrespective. Speak well to live well, think well of yourself, and walk the walk of who you ARE in Christ Jesus stead; and not what religion, tradition, denomination, sectarian settings wants to make you be or purport you to be to suit their limitations of your WORTH in Christ Jesus. You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a PECULIAR person, set to show forth the praises of God that has delivered you and taken you out of the dark and darkness of this world into His Marvelous light of glory and virtue. 

I pray that you will start up now living in the SCRIPTURAL consciousness of who you are in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“But ye are a CHOSEN generation, a ROYAL priesthood, an HOLY nation, a PECULIAR people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath CALLED you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10 which in time past were NOT a people, but are NOW the people of God: which had NOT obtained mercy, but NOW have obtained mercy” 1 Peter 2:9-10. 

“Giving thanks to the Father, who has QUALIFIED us to share in the inheritance of the saints (God’s people) in the Light. 13 For He has RESCUED [DELIVERED] us and has DRAWN us to Himself from the DOMINION of darkness, and has TRANSFERRED [TRANSLATED] us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, 14 in whom we have REDEMPTION [because of His sacrifice, resulting in] the FORGIVENESS of our sins [and the CANCELLATION of sins’ penalty]” Colossians 1:12-14/Amplified.

LIVING FOR THE GOSPEL CAUSE – GOD IS FAITHFUL: HIS PROMISES STANDS ASSURED IN HIS PURPOSE! 

IN GENERAL: 

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the CALLED according to his PURPOSE. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified” Romans 8:28-30. 

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were CALLED unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9. 

“Let us HOLD FAST the PROFESSION of our FAITH without wavering; for he is FAITHFUL that promised” Hebrews 10:23. 

IN CHRIST JESUS: 

“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this PURPOSE the Son of God was MANIFESTED, that he might destroy the works of the devil” 1 John 3:8. 

“Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this CAUSE came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice” John 18:37. 

FOR ME AS IN APOSTLE PAUL: 

“Beside those things that are without, that which COMETH upon me DAILY, the CARE of all the churches” 2 Corinthians 11:28. 

“Yea, so have I STRIVED to PREACH the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon ANOTHER man’s FOUNDATION” Romans 15:20. 

“GO, STAND and SPEAK in the temple to the people ALL the WORDS of this LIFE” Acts 5:20 

“And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: 5 not that we are SUFFICIENT of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our SUFFICIENCY is of God; 6 who also hath MADE us able MINISTERS of the NEW TESTAMENT; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life” 2 Corinthians 3:4-6. 

“For God, who COMMANDED the light to shine out of darkness, hath SHINED in our hearts, to give the light of the KNOWLEDGE of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:6. 

BE TRANSFORMED – GRAB A COPY: THE BOOK – THE REALM OF REVELATION

BE TRANSFORMED – GRAB A COPY: THE BOOK – THE REALM OF REVELATION – Living Beyond Doctrines And Man-Made Make Believe, Traditional Dogmas And Philosophical Rudiments! 

“. . . 9 But as it is written, EYE hath not SEEN, nor EAR HEARD, neither have ENTERED into the HEART of man, THE THINGS which God hath PREPARED for them that LOVE him. 10 But God hath REVEALED them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit SEARCHETH ALL THINGS, yea, the DEEP THINGS of God . . .” 1 Corinthians 2:1-16/Emphasis Mine. 

There are too much INFORMATION and less TRANSFORMATION, and this is a result of the lack of REVELATION – Insights and foresights. For the HOLY WRIT was not meant to be for just a mere INFORMATION but for the TRANSFORMATION unto PERFECTION – MATURITY, WHOLENESS, COMPLETENESS and FULFILMENT – in Christ Jesus stead – 2 Timothy 3:14-17. The lack of REVELATION keeps people out of illumination – insights and foresights – of God’s enabling. Apostle Paul was a man of not only of inspiration but also of revelation in the empowerment of the gracious ministry committed into his hands – hence he could literary say anything that’s of the mystery [hidden truth] of God in Christ Jesus stead and heaven will accord him with an amen.  

“But I certify you, brethren, that the GOSPEL which was PREACHED OF ME IS NOT AFTER MAN. 12 FOR I NEITHER RECEIVED IT OF MAn, NEITHER WAS I TAUGHT IT, BUT BY THE REVELATION of Jesus Christ . . .15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace, 16 to REVEAL his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood . . .” Galatians 1:11-24. 

The Book – THE REALM OF REVELATION – answers the quests. Do yourself a favour and get a copy to emancipation from religion, doctrinal bondage, sectarianism, traditional and denominational dogmas and creeds, and other religious perverts, adulteration, religiosity and such like. Selah! 

It’s your time for the REVELATION SENSE – the SIXTH SENSE, the sense beyond the COMMON SENSE of the FIVE SENSES: The SENSES of – Seeing, Hearing, Touching/Feeling, Tasting and Smelling. 

“Therefore LEAVING the PRINCIPLES of the DOCTRINE of Christ, LET US GO ON UNTO PERFECTION [WHOLENESS, COMPLETENESS, FULNESS and MATURITY]; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this will we do, if God permit” Hebrews 6:1-3/Emphasis Mine. 

You need to DO LIFE and LIVE GODLY by REVELATION SENSE in order to ENACT and APPROPRIATE in essence the FULNESS of the BLESSEDNESS in the HEAVENLY PLACES made available for us in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying, 2 Why do thy disciples TRANSGRESS the TRADITION of the elders? . . . 5 But ye say, whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; 6 and honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye MADE the COMMANDMENT of God of NONE EFFECT by your TRADITION” Matthew 15:1-2, 5-6/Emphasis Mine. 

“You, therefore, will be perfect [growing into SPIRITUAL MATURITY both in mind and character, actively integrating godly values into your daily life], as your heavenly Father is perfect” Matthew 5:48/Amplified.

OCCUPY TILL I COME: AND I WILL HEAL YOUR LAND!

OCCUPY TILL I COME: AND I WILL HEAL YOUR LAND! 

“. . . 13 If I SHUT UP heaven that there be NO RAIN, or if I COMMAND the locusts to DEVOUR the land, or if I SEND pestilence among MY PEOPLE; 14 if MY PEOPLE, which are CALLED by my name, shall HUMBLE themselves, and PRAY, and SEEK my face, and TURN FROM their wicked ways; then will I HEAR from heaven, and will FORGIVE their sin, and will HEAL their land . . .” 2 Chronicles 7:12-15. 

Our God, is the God of the heavens and the earth and beneath the earth; and He’s the God that rules and reigns in the domain of mankind; and He’s in the full business of ensuring and assuring wholeness for His people and to as many as are willing and determined in obedience without prejudice to turn toward Him – by FAITH in Christ Jesus; and through His WORD by the Holy Spirit; who is at work to ENSURE and ASSURE that the whole default of God for the New Creation in Christ Jesus are in – wholeness, completeness, fulness, and perfectness irrespective. This is why to “OCCUPY TILL I COME” concept is eminent in our unstable world at all level’s today. 

“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, OCCUPY TILL I COME” Luke 9:13. 

For God will only COMMEND what He COMMANDS, and will only EMPOWERS only on His given PURPOSE/CAUSE and will only ENSURE what He ASSURED to either an individual or a people toward a nation; and to bring about the healing and prosperity so much desired at any given generation or dispensation to ensure peace and tranquillity without prejudice. And the best positioning to ENSURE and ASSURE that God’s intent is at work is when His chosen people take the faith stand in grace concept to – “OCCUPY TILL I COME” – and make a literal obedience as He has instructed in Christ Jesus stead. 

“Therefore being JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, we have PEACE with God THROUGH our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 by whom also we have ACCESS BY FAITH into THIS GRACE WHEREIN WE STAND, and REJOICE in hope of the GLORY of God” Romans 5:1-2. 

For God’s commands, assignments, orders, instructions and such like, are not an advice but a default demand in love to enable Him have the leverage to act on our behalf – in all matters that pertains to life (doing life) and godliness (living godly), in His BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead, concerning us.  

“For this is the LOVE of God, that we keep his COMMANDMENTS: and his COMMANDMENTS are not GRIEVOUS [IRKSOME, BURDENSOME, TASKMASTER, OVERBEARING]” 1 John 5:3. 

“GRACE and PEACE be MULTIPLIED unto you through the KNOWLEDGE of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 according as his DIVINE POWER hath GIVEN unto us ALL THINGS that PERTAIN unto LIFE [DOING LIFE] and GODLINESS [LIVING GODLY], through the KNOWLEDGE of him that hath CALLED us to glory and virtue: 4 whereby are GIVEN unto us exceeding GREAT and PRECIOUS promises: that by these ye might be Partakers of the DIVINE NATURE, having escaped the CORRUPTION that is in the WORLD through lust” 2 Peter 1:2-4. 

Think of Jonah for an example, who was given an instruction and assignment of a specific command to carry out in order to save and bring about the healing and health of the nation of Nineveh. He took God’s instructions and order for granted as if it’s an advice and nearly paid for it with his own life. How opportune he was for a second chance, because not all can have such levels of mercies that he received from God to then obey the given instructions again – this is after he took to the sea hide outs that vomited him to the shore probably thinking he can outsmart God, or God is only of the heavens and the earth and not of the beneath the earth – as many are repeating today. 

“Now the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, 2 ARISE, GO to Nineveh, that great city, and CRY against it; for their WICKEDNESS is come up before me. 3 But Jonah ROSE UP TO FLEE unto Tarshish FROM THE PRESENCE of the Lord, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish FROM THE PRESENCE of the Lord” Jonah 1:1-3. 

The scriptural context of 2 Chronicles 7:12-15, thus indicates God’s good intent to heal the land/nation of His people; His instructions in the scriptural context, is in order to make His people a vehicle in the change to make whole and to prosper their land/nation accordingly; and God was plain to lay out there the default clauses to follow which invariably lies in the hands of His chosen people, the Church of God to literally do – to act upon. For God’s people are chosen people, designed with the default to bring about the reality and tangibility that the world craves to have pending the second coming of Christ Jesus, the Saviour and Lord. 1 Peter 2:9-10; Deuteronomy 7:6. It’s by this willingness of the Chosen People to take their position to “OCCUPY TILL I COME” mandate and assignment, that will bring about the genuine peace and healing of our nation’s and our land for prosperity. 

“But ye are a CHOSEN generation, a ROYAL priesthood, an HOLY nation, a PECULIAR people; that ye should SHEW FORTH THE PRAISES of him who hath CALLED you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10 which in time past were NOT A PEOPLE, but are now THE PEOPLE of God: which had NOT OBTAINED mercy, but now HAVE OBTAINED mercy” 1 Peter 2:9-10. 

“For thou art an HOLY PEOPLE unto the Lord thy God: the Lord thy God hath CHOSEN thee to be a SPECIAL PEOPLE unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth . . .” Deuteronomy 7:6-10. 

For the Church is you – the individual, local and universal body of born-again Believer’s that are Spirit-filled and are govern exclusively by the WORD of God, under the leadership of a Shepherd who is under God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. 

And each time God wants to make a major change and shift on earth, He works along with His people – who are the chosen generation, the peculiar people, the royal priesthood. And it’s up to His chosen people to let God’s instructions be for victory and triumph, or to keep playing around with God’s mandate as Jonah of Nineveh did, by taking God’s instructions for an advice to be obeyed or thrown into the trash. Such obscured decision to undermine God’s decision can only obstruct their own happiness and prosperity and the healing of the land and nation that are there as their dwelling places. Psalms 33:12 tells how much God is relying on the people for their own healing. 

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and THE PEOPLE whom he hath CHOSEN for his own INHERITANCE” Psalms 33:12. 

God’s intervention to any nation wholeness lies upon the Church readiness and willingness as God’s chosen people to be obedient and to act along the scriptural context that addresses of the nation ills as it affects them accordingly. For salvation and healing will always first begin within God’s chosen people to avoid them suffering while others are enjoying the fulness of God.  

So, how ready are you today, even now to take the challenge to “OCCUPY TILL I COME”, instead of thinking it’s someone else responsibility and accountability and not yours. It’s time to be principled and intentional to take your place of stand with God SCRIPTURALLY and not giving excuses and making it someone else’s – for you are God’s OWN, God CHOSEN to show forth His PRAISES of goodness through you for the good of others until Christ Jesus returns while you have your time to do your part in the wholeness of individual, local and national ills

“I was GLAD when they said unto me, Let us go into the HOUSE of the Lord” Psalm 122:1. 

“And let us CONSIDER one another to PROVOKE unto LOVE and to GOOD WORKS: 25 not FORSAKING the ASSEMBLING of ourselves together, as the MANNER of some is; but EXHORTING one another: and so much the more, as ye see the DAY approaching” Hebrews 10:24-25. 

At any set given day and time, meaning day as SUNDAY or other days of the week, see it as – a New Dawn Day, a New Dawn Week – for it’s your DAWN to ARISE and GO to the house of the Lord at that set place in timed timeline in the gathering of God’s precious people.

“That, regarding your previous way of life, you PUT OFF YOUR OLD SELF [completely discard your former nature], which is being CORRUPTED through deceitful desires, [23] and be continually RENEWED in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh, untarnished mental and spiritual attitude], [24] and PUT ON THE NEW SELF [the regenerated and renewed nature], CREATED in God’s image, [godlike] in the righteousness and holiness of the truth [living in a way that expresses to God your gratitude for your salvation]” Ephesians 4:22-24/Amplified. 

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. You’ve being HEALED [being MADE WELL – being MADE WHOLE]: For Our God’s NAME And His WORD ANSWERS To WHATSOEVER! 

“I will worship toward Your holy temple and praise Your name for Your loving-kindness and for Your truth and faithfulness; for You have EXALTED above all else Your NAME and Your WORD and You have MAGNIFIED Your WORD above all Your NAME!” Psalms 138:2/Amplified Classic Edition. 

In Christ Jesus, in our redemption deeds of rights and privileges, know this day that healing and health is within the default deeds; and if you are unwell, know that you’ve being HEALED – being MADE WELL – being MADE WHOLE, for God’s NAME and His WORD, ANSWERS to WHATSOEVER be the NAME of the – Sickness, Disease, Pestilence and such like, that you’ve been labelled to have. And you can be free today and now, in the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen. 

“And ye shall SERVE the Lord your God, and he shall BLESS thy bread, and thy water; AND I WILL TAKE SICKNESS AWAY FROM THE MIDST OF THEE. 26 There shall NOTHING CAST (MISCARRIAGE) their young, nor be BARREN, in thy land: the NUMBER of thy days I will FULFIL” Exodus 23:25-26 (Emphasis Mine).

And our Healer and health assurance provider is JEHOVAH-RAPHA – He’s the Lord God that HEALS you now, today, and always if you can believe [Exodus 15:26]. For His NAME and His WORD ANSWERS to any SICKNESS and DISEASES, NAMED and UNNAMED, KNOWN and UNKNOWN as written: 

“And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put NONE OF THESE DISEASES upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: FOR I AM THE LORD [JEHOVAH RAPHA] THAT HEALETH THEE” Exodus 15:26.

Therefore, INCLINE to His SAYINGS, meditate and declare grace in FAITH on the HEALING Scriptural WORD; BELIEVING to RECEIVING HEALING and HEALTH on God’s SAYINGS to THAT NAMED Sickness, Disease and Infirmities; and BE HEALED, MADE WELL and WHOLE in Jesus precious name. Amen.

BEING FAITHFUL AS FAITHFUL ABRAHAM: FAITHFULNESS IT’S GOD’S STEWARD’S BADGE!

BEING FAITHFUL AS FAITHFUL ABRAHAM: FAITHFULNESS IT’S GOD’S STEWARD’S BADGE!  

“Hearken to me, ye that FOLLOW AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS, ye that seek the Lord: LOOK UNTO THE ROCK whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged. 2 Look unto ABRAHAM YOUR FATHER, and unto SARAH THAT BARE YOU: for I CALLED him alone, and BLESSED him, and INCREASED him. 3 For the Lord shall COMFORT Zion: he will COMFORT all her waste places; and he will make her WILDERNESS like Eden, and her DESERT like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody” Isaiah 51:1-3. 

Faithfulness, the spirit to unfailingly remaining loyal to someone or something and putting that loyalty into consistent practice regardless of extenuating circumstances. Such measure, it’s what’s being put on demand in this context today and now, for you and me, for faith is now [Hebrews 11:1]. As I read the scripture of Isaiah 51:1-3, and pondering [meditating] and makes up this write up, I recall countless times I have sang and still sing these songs: “ABRAHAM BLESSINGS ARE MINE . . .” and or “THE GOD OF ABRAHAM, ISAAC AND JACOB . . . “. It becomes done on me that as a seed of Abraham, there’s the need to remain steadily steady on being FAITHFUL, as FAITHFUL Abraham was on God’s FAITHFULNESS in Christ Jesus. This is something I have found myself doing for over 50 years and still continue to do as I journey on this path of grace. As it’s a requirement to be faithful as good stewards on God’s plan, purpose and pursuit unto the ends of the earth [1 Corinthians 4:1-2]. And then while working on the cause and course of this month theme, the Lord reminds me again of the Scripture of Galatians 3:9, 29 in a more ASSURED insight and foresight, as written: 

“So then THEY which be of FAITH are BLESSED with FAITHFUL ABRAHAM. . . 29 And if ye BE Christ’s, then ARE ye Abraham’s SEED, and HEIRS according to the PROMISE” Galatians 3:9, 29. 

“So then, let us [who minister] be regarded as servants of Christ and STEWARDS (trustees, administrators) of the mysteries of God [that He chooses to reveal]. [2] In this case, moreover, it is REQUIRED [as ESSENTIAL and DEMANDED] of STEWARDS that one be found FAITHFUL and TRUSTWORTHY” 1 Corinthians 4:1-2/Amplified. 

How gracious and graceful for one to easily lay claim to be Abraham seed and wants Abraham Blessings; more so, to be God’s friend as Abraham, as we do sing “I AM A FRIEND OF GOD”, even as the Scriptures indicate in James 2:23. Yeah, the Scriptures did say in Galatians 3:6-9, 13-14, 26-29, that as many of us who ARE of FAITH in Christ Jesus, ARE of Abraham and can share in the Abrahamic BLESSEDNESS of God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. This becomes possible because Abraham was ascribed as being FAITHFUL ABRAHAM; this is due to his obedience cum humility in believing God’s word above anything else and being ASSURED of God’s FAITHFULNESS in His promise, to let go of himself and let God be, in all about him doing life and living godly to fulfil God’s divine PURPOSE meaningfully. 

“But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father JUSTIFIED by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how FAITH wrought with his works, and by works was FAITH made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham BELIEVED God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the FRIEND of God. 24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only” James 2:20-24. 

Abraham was FAITHFUL toward God from the moment the GOSPEL as said in Galatians 3:8 was PREACHED to him; and I repeat, that the GOSPEL of God in FAITH was PREACHED to him, wherein he BELIEVED and acted upon accordingly, intentionally and unreservedly. He believed God, and in obedience through FAITH, he journeyed with God in FAITHFULNESS until death as in his memoir in the Holy writ of Genesis 12-25 and Hebrews 11:8-12, 17-19. And all who came afterwards in FAITH have shared in his BLESSEDNESS of him with God, in that he was FAITHFUL as ascribed as – FAITHFUL ABRAHAM. 

“Even as Abraham BELIEVED God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. 7 Know ye therefore that they WHICH ARE OF FAITH, the same are the CHILDREN of Abraham. 8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, PREACHED before the GOSPEL unto Abraham, saying, IN THEE SHALL ALL NATIONS BE BLESSED. 9 So then they which be of faith ARE BLESSED with FAITHFUL Abraham” Galatians 3:6-9. 

Let us see some FAITHFUL characteristics of FAITHFUL ABRAHAM that we can learn of him and can use as a measure to ascertain in SHARING in his GOSPEL enabling for us today: 

  1. He was FAITHFUL to OBEY when he received the call of God without conferring with flesh and blood. He left all, his people inclusive, to cleave to God in faith. How I wish we can learn from him, on how to LEAVE and CLEAVE to a CAUSE – PURPOSE. [Genesis 12; Galatians 1:12-17; Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5 (Make 10:7)]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL to depend on God’s provisions when tried and tested by his nephew – Lot – who was in his greediness on business deals and acquisitions with him. He turned his face to God, instead of having a fight on Earthly possessions that takes people lives instead of offering life. [Genesis 13; Luke 12:15; Mark 10:28-3; Philippians 4:13, 19; 2 Corinthians 9:8; 2 Corinthians 3:4-6]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL to pay up in FAITH at no pressure or dispute, the TITHE of his earnings. [Genesis 14; Hebrews 7:1-9; Hebrews 3:1-2; Matthew 23:23; Matthew 22:15-22; 2 Corinthians 8-9; Luke 6:38; Luke 8:1-3; Acts 20:32-35; (Proverbs 3:9-10; Malachi 3:10-12; Deuteronomy 26:1-19; Leviticus 27:30-33)]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL toward God in Covenant in FAITH, being assured that God will do the needful. [Genesis 15-17; Philippians 1:6; 1 John 5:14-15; Hebrews 10:23, 35-39]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL to receive and entertained Angelic visitors unaware and at no question or cost. [Genesis 18; Hebrews 13:1-3; Romans 12:9-21]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL to intercede in prayers for His family and Nation in crises and awaiting God’s judgement, peradventure God might show mercy. [Genesis 18/19; Isaiah 59:16; Ezekiel 22:30; Romans 8:26:26-27; Isaiah 53:12; Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25]. 
  1. He was so FAITHFUL to let GO of his wife when faced with challenge, in order to fulfil PURPOSE in God; and God foreseeing his sincerity saved him and wife from such challenging test of his marital relationship. [Genesis 20; Mark 10:28-31; Colossians 4:17; 1 Corinthians 4:1-2; 1 Corinthians 1:9; Romans 8:28-30]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL in the midst of the CONFUSION he found himself by the errors and failures he made in course of time in his decision. And God was there to turn his MESS into a MESSAGE because he was troubled and repentant. [Genesis 21; 2 Thessalonians 3:3; Galatians 1:3-5; 1 Thessalonians 5:24; 1 John 1:9-10]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL to let Go of his precious and most treasured gift – his son Isaac to God, at God’s request and demand, without questioning and arguing with God of His intent. [Genesis 22; Hebrews 11:17-19]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL even at his loss of his dear wife and in bereavement. And turn his lost for legacy, in that by her burying place, he then set up a foundation stone (the land of Canaan) that earmarked that which was to be FULFILL for posterity in God’s Prophecy in MOSES and the Israelites in years to come. [Genesis 23; (Galatians 3:17-18; Genesis 15:12-14); 2 Corinthians 1:3-11; John 11:1-45; Romans 12:15; James 5:13]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL in that he was able to create the needed atmosphere that his son Isaac could get married faithfully. [Genesis 24; 1 Timothy 4:12; Titus 2:1-8; Ephesians 6:1-4; Ephesians 5:21-33; 1 Peter 3:1-12]. 
  1. He was FAITHFUL to leave an inheritance for his Children as he died in FAITH, fulfilling PURPOSE in FAITHFULNESS. [Genesis 25; Proverbs 13:22]. 

Abraham had FAITH in God’s FAITHFULNESS – being FAITHFUL; that’s why he was prepared from the moment of receiving the GOSPEL of FAITH, to LET GO of himself of anything, counting and accounting that God will take CARE of him no matter what may happen; thus indicating that whatsoever he let go at God’s request, God knows best as He’s a FAITHFUL God to make it up for him in a far better placement than the one he could have held unto and held back with; and in selfishness and in not Believing and Trusting that GOD IS FAITHFUL to keep to His PROMISE. 

Today, we as Abraham seed, who are partakers of his enabling in Christ Jesus, how much can it be said, that we are as him, in being called FAITHFUL ABRAHAM. Let us not be the Believers in Christ Jesus stead, who wants the BLESSEDNESS of Abraham but are not PREPARED of the PROCESS in it; especially when that is the part that can fortified and make us grounded and rooted in FAITH and in the FAITH, in Christ Jesus stead, as we share in his blessing. 

ABRAHAM was called a friend of God – James 2:23, because of the attribute of being FAITHFUL ABRAHAM. May we be as he is toward God in Christ Jesus stead I pray for now and always. Amen.

The Father’s Heart – LOVE AT ITS BEST: When You Do OWE In All – NOTHING But LOVE – And To See LOVE As An Inescapable And Supreme Obligation Without Prejudice! 

“OWE no one ANYTHING except to LOVE one another, for he who LOVES another has fulfilled the law. 9 For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all SUMMED up in this saying, namely, “You shall LOVE your neighbor as yourself.” 10 LOVE does no harm to a neighbor; therefore LOVE is the FULFILLMENT of the law” Romans 13:8-10. 

God’s LOVE is a beautiful gift we are given to share with each other and beyond borders. And this act of God’s love is the best and only way to serve God and the brethren in the grace. That’s when the Father’s hearts is known that we are His disciples indeed as it’s written: 

“For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by LOVE SERVE one another” Galatians 5:13. 

Jesus instructed the disciples to love, for by such measures the world can distinguish them as His people and disciples. How much is that most needed and relevant today in our walk of grace as written: 

“A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. 35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another” John 13:34-35. 

Let’s take on God’s word in love, and without reservation, to OWE one another nothing else in comparison to this gracious love given to us to share as written, and then live in the FULLNESS of it as the true disciples [followers], of the Father God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. [Romans 13:8-10].
