REDEMPTION BLESSEDNESS: POSSESSING YOUR UNCONDITIONAL COVENANT DEED IN REDEMPTION!

“Giving thanks to the Father who has QUALIFIED us to be PARTAKERS of the INHERITANCE of the saints in the light. 13 He has DELIVERED us from the POWER of darkness and CONVEYED us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have REDEMPTION through His blood, the FORGIVENESS of sins” Colossians 1:12-14/NKJV.

It is your time to POSSESS YOUR POSSESSION, thereby ENACTING and AUTHENTICATING your REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus, in order to start enjoying your BILL OF RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES in the Kingdom.

I pray from this day you will sing a NEW SONG as you enact and appropriate your unconditional covenant redemption deed in Christ Jesus — our Saviour, Lord and King. Amen.

Know full well that when Jesus led captivity captive, He RECEIVED GIFTS for men. And He GAVE GIFTS to men also.
And your name is named among men to share in this gracious act of REDEMPTION.

He RECEIVED SPIRITUAL COVENANTED GIFTS on behalf of men to actualise REDEMPTION — Ephesians 1:1-14; Revelation 5:9-12;
and He GAVE MINISTERIAL GIFTS to perfect the saints — Ephesians 4:7-16;
and He gives SPIRITUAL FRUIT & GIFTS to enhance and perfect men’s character and behavioural intent by the Holy Ghost — Luke 24:49; Acts 1:5-8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-31; Galatians 5:22-23

Herein is the consideration of the RECEIVED COVENANT DEED in our REDEMPTION for your perusal:

Seven UNCONDITIONAL redemptive covenant deeds RECEIVED on our behalf by Jesus Christ are summed up as follows:

Power [Authority] — Power of attorney to exercise dominion, victory, to be more than conquerors, and to triumph in life and godly living, in place of oppression, fear, intimidation, inferiority complex, cowardice, etc. — Luke 10:19; 2 Timothy 1:7

Riches [Prosperity] — In place of poverty, hunger, thirst, etc. — 2 Corinthians 8:9; Philippians 4:19; 3 John 2

3. Wisdom [Mental Intelligence] — In place of ignorance, foolishness, etc. — James 1:5; Luke 2:40, 52

Strength [Physique] — In place of weakness, sickness and all manner of ‘-ness’ and infirmities, etc. — Philippians 4:13; Isaiah 40:28-31

Honour [Dignity] — In place of dishonour, disdain, inferiority complex, etc. — Colossians 1:13-14; Ephesians 1:7; 2 Timothy 1:7

Glory [Beauty] — In place of shame, reproach, etc. — Isaiah 61:3; 1 Peter 2:5, 9

Blessings [Grace] — The enabling, empowering to thrive, succeed, achieve and become in life and godly living, in place of curses, setbacks, stagnation, survival, and more of such like, etc. — Ephesians 1:3; Proverbs 10:22; 2 Peter 1:3-4; John 10:10

Be BLESSED in the grace and BLESSEDNESS, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“RISE YE UP, TAKE YOUR JOURNEY, AND PASS OVER THE RIVER ARNON: behold, I have GIVEN into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: BEGIN TO POSSESS IT, and contend with him in battle . . . 31 And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: BEGIN TO POSSESS, that thou mayest INHERIT his land” Deuteronomy 2:24, 31.

“Thou hast ASCENDED on high, thou hast LED captivity captive: thou hast RECEIVED GIFTS for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them” Psalms 68:18.

“Wherefore he saith, When he ASCENDED up on high, he led captivity captive, and GAVE GIFTS unto men” Ephesians 4:8.

“And they sung a NEW song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 and hast MADE us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall REIGN on the earth . . . 12 saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to RECEIVE POWER, and RICHES, and WISDOM, and STRENGHT, and HONOUR, and GLORY, and BLESSING” Revelation 5:9-12.

SUMMARY:
The message is a prophetic declaration on REDEMPTION BLESSEDNESS — calling believers to POSSESS THEIR POSSESSION by ENACTING the 7 UNCONDITIONAL COVENANT DEEDS that Jesus RECEIVED for us and GAVE to us. It establishes that through Christ’s finished work, you have been QUALIFIED, DELIVERED, and CONVEYED into the Kingdom with a full BILL OF RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES. Redemption is not to be begged for, but to be possessed, enacted and appropriated by FAITH.

THE CALL TO POSSESS

It is your time to POSSESS YOUR POSSESSION — Deuteronomy 2:24, 31. God has ALREADY given it. You must BEGIN TO POSSESS.

Enact and authenticate your REDEMPTION to start enjoying your BILL OF RIGHTS and PRIVILEGES in the Kingdom.

The redeemed sing a NEW SONG: “Worthy is the Lamb to RECEIVE POWER, and RICHES, and WISDOM, and STRENGTH, and HONOUR, and GLORY, and BLESSING” — Revelation 5:9-12

CALL TO ACTION

ACKNOWLEDGE: You are already QUALIFIED and REDEEMED. Stop living like a beggar in the Kingdom.
ENACT: By FAITH, take hold of the 7 covenant deeds. Speak them, believe them, walk in them.
APPROPRIATE: Move from doctrine to possession. “BEGIN TO POSSESS” what Christ has already given into your hand.
DECLARE DAILY: I am BLESSED with the BLESSEDNESS of God. I possess Power, Riches, Wisdom, Strength, Honour, Glory, and Blessings in Christ Jesus. I reign as king and priest on the earth.
LIVE THE NEW SONG: Let your life reflect redemption. Reign, enforce dominion, and manifest Kingdom privileges from this day.

LIVING THE BLESSED LIFE

LIVING THE BLESSED LIFE: “THE BLESSING OF GOD” IS IN TOTALITY [WHOLESOMENESS] – AND IT’S LIFE GIVING IN BLESSEDNESS!

“THE BLESSING of the LORD MAKES a person RICH, He ADDS NO SORROW to it” Proverbs 10:22.

“BLESSED be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath BLESSED us with all SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS in heavenly places in Christ” Ephesians 1:3.

THE BLESSING of God is the ENABLING and ENDOWED grace bestowed upon BELIEVERS in Christ, and it is firstly SPIRITUAL before it takes a PHYSICAL hold and effect as a result of its operation, administration and manifestation.

It therefore means that THE BLESSING of God is not MATERIAL STUFF — such as cars, property, money, precious stones of silver, gold, diamonds and the like — as some people may think or suggest.

Physical things rot, decay and expire. But God’s BLESSEDNESS does not rot, decay or expire — and it is not limited by, nor subjected to, any human, demonic or natural factor.

It is a TREASURED enabler from heaven for earthly affairs in humanity.

“Do not LAY UP for yourselves TREASURES on earth, where MOTH and RUST destroy and where THIEVES break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves TREASURES in heaven, where neither MOTH nor RUST destroys and where THIEVES do not break in and steal. 21 For where your TREASURE is, there your HEART will be also” Matthew 6:19-21.

Hence, having material gains such as CARS, PROPERTY, MONEY and MORE are the results of THE BLESSING of God, but they are not THE BLESSING of God itself.

However, there are many people who have obtained all these material things through illicit, wicked, oppressive and devilish means as well. Could that be considered THE BLESSING of God?
The answer is NO. NEVER. NOT AT ALL.

Those are not THE BLESSING of God, because you cannot measure God’s BLESSEDNESS by physical possessions.
For a man’s life in BLESSEDNESS does not consist of, nor is it measured by, the abundance of physical things he thinks he possesses.

“And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of COVETOUSNESS: for a MAN’S LIFE CONSISTETH NOT in the ABUNDANCE of the things which he POSSESSETH” Luke 12:15.

There is the need to know full well that — ‘TO BE BLESSED OF GOD’ simply means to be EMPOWERED to — SUCCEED, ACHIEVE, BECOME, INNOVATE, CREATE, INITIATE, EXPLORE, GET and the like.

For it is THE BLESSING of God that makes one enriched in the Kingdom, and it is also that which sustains that enrichment of BLESSEDNESS.

And it must be noted that in the Kingdom, enrichment is not just about having material acquisitions such as money, property, cars and more that men call “rich”.

You need to know full well that RICHES — otherwise depicted as the material gains of this world such as money and other precious materials of worth — HAVE WINGS.
They COME to one, and they can also GO out of one’s reach.
Hence you see many who were once called rich by human perception are now totally bankrupt and needy.

“Will you SET YOU EYES on that which is not? For RICHES certainly makes themselves WINGS; they fly away like an eagle towards heaven” Proverbs 23:5.

You need to know that in life and by grace, it is only THE BLESSING of God that enriches and possesses the assured enabling that makes one to ABIDE and ABOUND forever in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus.

It therefore means you can be EMPOWERED to succeed again and again, no matter what levels of challenge are about you — even as Isaac, the son of Abraham, experienced with God in famine after having been in plenty at another time. — Genesis 26:1-5, 12-25

So if you must crave and pursue anything in life and godliness, then crave and pursue God’s given BLESSEDNESS — that is, THE BLESSING of God — and build your life on God’s given BLESSEDNESS, which will eventually enrich you wholly.

Do not build your life merely on the pursuit of wealth or material acquisitions, as many do, or think, or suggest, and then depict it as God’s blessing.

Be it known that “THE BLESSING OF GOD” under the OLD TESTAMENT was based on condition — with an “IF”.

Thus indicating you had to fulfil God’s set order of works to earn His BLESSEDNESS — which none could, and it was found difficult to attain in the human depraved state of being at that time.

“And it shall come to pass, IF thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 2 and all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, IF thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God . . . 9 The Lord shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, IF thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways . . . 13 And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; IF that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them . . .” Deuteronomy 28:1-3, 9, 13-14.

Unlike the OLD TESTAMENT, THE BLESSING OF GOD under the NEW TESTAMENT is based on “FAITH” in the “REDEMPTION WORK OF GRACE” in Christ Jesus — which is a done deed, for all eternity.

It does not have an “IF” element, neither is it based on condition.
For it is a BLESSEDNESS based on God’s imputation of RIGHTEOUSNESS, and not of man’s work to attain or to merit from God.

“BLESSED be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath BLESSED us with all SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS in heavenly places in Christ” Ephesians 1:3.

THEREFORE KNOW FULL WELL THAT:

THE BLESSING OF GOD is in totality — wholesome, fulfilling, peaceful, all-embracing — and is not limited to physical things only, but extends to the total being of man: spirit, soul and body. — 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Luke 2:52

THE BLESSING OF GOD empowers, gives enabling, rights, privileges, and creates enrichment and fulfilment. — Deuteronomy 8:18
And you are BLESSED with THE BLESSING OF GOD as a possession already. — Ephesians 1:3; 2 Peter 1:2-4
And it can be made tangible today by FAITH — acting on THE WORD accordingly as you BELIEVE.

Henceforth, I say to you: Live on God’s gracious BLESSEDNESS and all other things will come together in due time.

I pray that THE BLESSINGS of God be your vehicle of enrichment in Christ Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

“Who shall ASCEND into the hill of the Lord? or who shall STAND in his holy place? 4 He that hath CLEAN hands, and a PURE heart; who hath NOT LIFTED UP his soul unto vanity, nor SWORN deceitfully. 5 He shall receive THE BLESSING from the Lord, and RIGHTEOUSNESS from the God of his salvation” Psalms 24:3-5.

“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee POWER (Enabling, Right) to GET (CREATE, INNOVATE, INITIATE) WEALTH, that he may ESTABLISH his COVENANT which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day” Deuteronomy 8:18.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from YOUR MOUTH, but YOU shall MEDITATE in it DAY and NIGHT, that YOU may OBSERVE to do according to all that is WRITTEN in it. For then YOU will MAKE your way PROSPEROUS, and then YOU will have GOOD SUCCESS” Joshua 1:8.

“Beloved, I pray that you may PROSPER in all things and be in HEALTH, just as your SOUL PROSPERS” 3 John 1:2.

SUMMARY:
The message is a doctrinal teaching and exhortation on LIVING THE BLESSED LIFE — clarifying that THE BLESSING OF GOD is not material wealth, but the empowering, covenant grace of God that makes a believer wholesome, fruitful and sustained in spirit, soul and body. It contrasts OLD TESTAMENT conditional blessing with NEW TESTAMENT covenant BLESSEDNESS by FAITH, and calls believers to pursue God’s BLESSEDNESS first, not just physical gains.

KEY POINTS

THE DEFINITION OF THE BLESSING

THE BLESSING OF GOD means to be EMPOWERED to SUCCEED, ACHIEVE, BECOME, INNOVATE, CREATE, INITIATE, EXPLORE, GET.

It is totality — wholesome, fulfilling, peaceful, all-embracing — covering spirit, soul and body — 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Luke 2:52.

It is LIFE-GIVING and SORROW-FREE — Proverbs 10:22.

WHAT THE BLESSING IS NOT

It is not limited to material stuff: cars, property, money, gold, diamonds.

Physical riches HAVE WINGS — they come and go — Proverbs 23:5.

People can get wealth through illicit, wicked, oppressive means. That is NOT THE BLESSING of God.

“A MAN’S LIFE CONSISTETH NOT in the ABUNDANCE of the things which he POSSESSETH” — Luke 12:15

THE SOURCE AND SUSTAINER OF ENRICHMENT

Only THE BLESSING of God enriches and gives the assured enabling to ABIDE and ABOUND forever — Deuteronomy 8:18.

Example: Isaac was blessed in famine after plenty — Genesis 26:1-5, 12-25.

Material gains are the result of THE BLESSING, not THE BLESSING itself.

OLD TESTAMENT vs NEW TESTAMENT BLESSING

OLD TESTAMENT: Based on CONDITION — “IF you obey” — Deuteronomy 28:1-2, 9, 13-14. It was difficult to attain in man’s depraved state.

NEW TESTAMENT: Based on FAITH in the REDEMPTION WORK OF GRACE in Christ Jesus — a done deed, for all eternity.

It is BLESSEDNESS by God’s imputation of RIGHTEOUSNESS, not by man’s works — Ephesians 1:3; Galatians 3:13-14.

You are already BLESSED with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places — Ephesians 1:3; 2 Peter 1:2-4

HOW TO WALK IN THE BLESSING

It is made tangible today by FAITH — acting on THE WORD accordingly as you BELIEVE.

Build your life on God’s given BLESSEDNESS, not on the pursuit of wealth.

CALL TO ACTION

SHIFT YOUR PURSUIT: Stop chasing material acquisitions. Crave and pursue God’s given BLESSEDNESS first.
BELIEVE AND ACT: You are already blessed. Make it tangible today by FAITH — speak THE WORD and act on it.
LIVE ON BLESSEDNESS: Build your life on God’s gracious BLESSEDNESS. When you do, “all other things will come together in due time.”
GUARD YOUR HEART: Don’t measure your life by possessions. Value what does not rot, decay or expire.
DECLARE: I am BLESSED with THE BLESSING OF GOD. It empowers me, sustains me, and makes me rich without sorrow in Christ Jesus’ name. Amen.

HEALING And HEALTH – The REDEEMED Bread: Made Possible In REDEMPTION!

“For I will RESTORE health unto thee, and I will HEAL thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, this is Zion, whom no man seeketh after” Jeremiah 30:17.

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper AND BE IN HEALTH, even as thy soul prospereth” 3 John 1:2.

You can INVOKE — ENACT and AUTHENTICATE — now and always, 24/7, your REDEMPTION DEED of rights and privileges — as touching HEALING and HEALTH as the Scriptures do enjoin.

And your JUSTIFICATION by the act of FAITH in Christ Jesus GUARANTEES your ACCESS into this grace wherein you can STAND EMBOLDENED, to your rights and privileges as touching HEALING and HEALTH in redemption.

“Therefore being JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, we have PEACE WITH GOD through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 by whom also we have ACCESS BY FAITH into THIS GRACE wherein we STAND, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God” Romans 5:1-2.

You need no middle person to play godfather or godmother to your access and standing in this grace, wherein God has certified you in His REDEMPTION DEED that endorses your rights and privileges in HEALING and HEALTH.

“And ye shall SERVE the Lord your God, and he shall BLESS thy bread, and thy water; AND I WILL TAKE SICKNESS AWAY FROM THE MIDST OF THEE. 26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the NUMBER OF THY DAYS I WILL FULFIL” Exodus 23:25-26.

Today, in this particular moment, I do challenge you to rise up to enjoy your healing and health in life and godly living, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

“He sent HIS WORD, and HEALED them, and delivered them from their destructions” Psalms 107:20

All it takes to enact and authenticate is having a scriptural medication on the health and healing WORD, as Jesus is the healing and health WORD that was sent to make us whole – spirit, soul and body. Amen [1 John 5:7; John 1:1-5, 14; 3 John 1:2; 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 4:12-13].

“. . . 26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the CHILDREN’S BREAD, and to cast it to dogs. 27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table. 28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, GREAT IS THY FAITH: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. AND HER DAUGHTER WAS MADE WHOLE from that very hour” Matthew 15:21-28.

“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; AND WITH HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED” Isaiah 53:4-5.

“Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: 24 who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: BY WHOSE STRIPES YE WERE HEALED” 1 Peter 2:23-24.

“When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits WITH HIS WORD, AND HEALED ALL THAT WERE SICK: 17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES, AND BARE OUR SICKNESSES” Matthew 8:16-17.

“GIVING THANKS unto the Father, which hath MADE US MEET TO BE PARTAKERS OF THE INHERITANCE OF THE SAINTS IN LIGHT: 13 who hath DELIVERED US from the power of darkness, and hath TRANSLATED US into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 in whom we have REDEMPTION THROUGH HIS BLOOD, even the forgiveness of sins” Colossians 1:12-14.

“And he cried unto the Lord; and the Lord shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them, 26 and said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I WILL PUT NONE OF THESE DISEASES UPON THEE, WHICH I HAVE BROUGHT UPON THE EGYPTIANS: FOR I AM THE LORD THAT HEALETH THEE” Exodus 15:25-26.

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, THE WORD, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” 1 John 5:7.

“In the beginning was THE WORD, and THE WORD was with God, and THE WORD was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not . . . 14 And THE WORD was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” John 1:1-5, 14.

“And the very God of peace sanctify you WHOLLY; and I pray God your WHOLE spirit and soul and body be PRESERVED blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” 1 Thessalonians 5:23.

“For THE WORD of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. CHURCH GATHERING AND WORSHIP SERVICES: THE TRUE HEARTFELT SPIRIT OF WORSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP!

“For we ARE the circumcision, which WORSHIP God in the spirit (Human spirit), and REJOICE in Christ Jesus, and have no CONFIDENCE in the FLESH (Five senses acts)” Philippians 3:3/Emphasis Mine.

Someone asked me some time ago if I went to Church.
I paused and looked at the individual to see if she understood the question she was asking me.

I said, I don’t go to Church, because I am the Church which Christ is building.

I knew her concept, or intent, was a building where the churches do gather, or are gathering — which could be of any architectural design.

I simply didn’t want to give the person leverage to think that the Church is the building, not knowing that her very self in Christ Jesus’ stead is the Church. Amen.

So, when you read about the Church in GALATIA, the Church in EPHESUS, the Church in CORINTH, the CHURCH in COLOSSAE and such like, it’s not about a building but about the people of God — who are the saints, the Brethren, the redeemed of God in Christ Jesus’ stead in those mentioned places.

“Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised Him from the dead), 2 and all the brethren who are with me, TO THE CHURCHES OF GALATIA” Galatians 1:1-2.

“Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2 TO THE CHURCH OF GOD WHICH IS AT CORINTH, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours” 1 Corinthians 1:1-2.

“Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, TO THE SAINTS WHO ARE IN EPHESUS, and faithful in Christ Jesus” Ephesians 1:1.

“Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, 2 TO THE SAINTS AND FAITHFUL BRETHREN IN CHRIST WHO ARE IN COLOSSE: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ” Colossians 1:1-2.

And sometimes , you will hear some saying that Church services was great and how blessed they are, while others will attribute it to the magnificent building in context – and not really to having a personal encounter with the Father God in Christ Jesus, by the Holy Spirit, through the word. However, I did explained to the person the two side of the coin – about the Church and the Church as a building per se, what the difference there are.

My concern is that the building has been religiously ascribed by some as Church, especially with denominational concepts; thereby forgetting that if such a place in use becomes a restaurant or playground tomorrow, its essence changes.

Hence it must be noted that the concept of a building in use can change from what has been considered as Church by some — for the building in use is only the gathering place of you and others — the make-up of the scriptural Church.

It is worth noting that when that concept of use changes to become a restaurant or leisure centre, for example, then it is no longer a Church building but a restaurant.

Hence it is very important for one to have insight and foresight in knowing and understanding the very meaning of what Church is all about in context and concept.

This write-up is also to avoid attributing what is not to it; in order to safeguard our growing in the grace from a wrong foundation of FAITH, but to be wholly built up and established on the FAITH in Christ Jesus’ stead.

“But rather, you have COME to Mount Zion, even to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to countless multitudes of angels in festal gathering, 23 And to THE CHURCH (assembly) of the Firstborn who are registered [as citizens] in heaven, and to the God Who is Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous (the redeemed in heaven) who have been made perfect, 24 And to Jesus, the Mediator (Go-between, Agent) of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood which speaks [of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel [which cried out for vengeance]” Hebrews 12:22-24/Amplified Classic Edition.

As a result of the above, I asked her to rephrase the question to: “Did you attend the Sunday Church Services or gathering today?”

And I said, YES! I Did.

For the local church assembly gatherings of respective individual churches are there for a collective cause or causes; and they are there to render what are called SERVICES, which could include — PRAYERS, TEACHING, EVANGELISM, PREACHING, BAPTISM, GIVING, CHARITABLE CAUSES, HOSPITALITY/WELFARE, SEMINARS, FUNERALS, SACRAMENT [COMMUNION], FELLOWSHIP, MUSICAL PRAISES AND WORSHIP, and any other SCRIPTURALLY based ORDINANCES and such like as may be applicable.

“So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word. 24 And let us consider and give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful deeds and noble activities, 25 NOT FORSAKING OR NEGLECTING TO ASSEMBLE TOGETHER [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching” Hebrews 10:23-25/Amplified Classic Edition.

In all, what are the HEARTS of TRUE WORSHIP?

It is of the human spirit engraved by the WORD of God, called the TRUTH, when it is being LED and GUIDED by the Holy Spirit of God towards the acts of WORSHIP and FELLOWSHIP — John 4:22-24; 1 Corinthians 1:9.

The intent should be intentional, purposeful, meaningful and fulfilling — to WORSHIP God WORTHILY, and SERVE Him ACCEPTABLY, in the FELLOWSHIP of the Brethren — the CALLED OUT people of God, who are ascribed as the CHURCH — the REDEEMED of God — the BODY OF CHRIST JESUS — who is our Saviour and Lord in the communion of the Holy Spirit. Amen. 2 Corinthians 13:14; 1 John 4:20-21

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.

HEREIN ARE SCRIPTURAL TRUTH WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“For he is not a Jew, which is ONE OUTWARDLY; neither is that circumcision, which is OUTWARD IN THE FLESH (Five Senses): 29 but he is a Jew, WHICH IS ONE INWARDLY; and circumcision is that of the HEART, in the spirit (Human spirit), and not in THE LETTER; whose PRAISE IS NOT OF MEN, BUT OF GOD” Romans 2:28-29/Emphasis Mine.

“But there is a spirit in man: and THE INSPIRATION of the Almighty GIVETH THEM UNDERSTANDING” Job 32:8.

It dismantles the misconception that the Church is a building, and establishes that the Church is the people — the redeemed, called-out Body of Christ. It further charges believers to ensure their gathering and worship is Spirit-led, Word-anchored and truth-based, not building-centred or flesh-driven. True worship happens in the human spirit, by the Holy Spirit, in line with God’s Word.

This write-up seeks to avoid attributing what is not to it, so believers are not built on a wrong foundation of FAITH.

We must be wholly built up and established on the FAITH in Christ Jesus’ stead — Hebrews 12:22-24

THE PURPOSE OF GATHERING: SERVICES

RENEW YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF CHURCH. Stop seeing Church as a building. Recognise yourself and other believers as the Church, the Body of Christ — 1 Corinthians 12:27
ATTEND GATHERINGS WITH PURPOSE. When you gather, go for SERVICE — to pray, learn, give, fellowship and worship. Don’t forsake assembling — Hebrews 10:25
WORSHIP IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH. Let your worship be led by the Holy Spirit and anchored in the Word. Reject fleshly, performance-based worship — John 4:23-24
GUARD YOUR FOUNDATION. Be built on Christ, not on buildings, denominations, or religious tradition. Grow in the grace and truth — Ephesians 2:20-22
LIVE AS THE CHURCH DAILY. You are the custodian of God’s presence. Carry the reality of Mount Zion, the heavenly Jerusalem into your daily life — Hebrews 12:22

Final Charge:
Buildings can be renamed. The Church cannot. Worship is not a place you go to. It is who you are in Spirit and in Truth.

YOUR FIRST DEFAULT IN THE MORNING: ENSURE IS THE THRONE BEFORE THE PHONE!

“And in the MORNING, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed” Mark 1:35

“Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation. 2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. 3 My voice shalt thou hear in the MORNING, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up” Psalms 5:1-3.

When is your morning? How do you define your daily mornings?

Is it that the start of your morning ushers in the fulness of God’s HOPE, FAITH and LOVE in His grace?

And when is your morning considered a DAWN DAY?

May I say, when your morning has come — meaning it has dawned — it ensures that it begins with God’s graciousness and gracefulness.

This is to ENSURE that you SECURE THE THRONE for the DAWN DAY in order to obtain the needed insight and foresight of grace — meaning it is a morning assured of inspiration, revelation and empowerment for your day.

This is important, before you embark on the PHONE journey and such like demands that eat up your precious moments of divine leadership as you do life and live godly in the grace.

You need to know, of a truth, that there is nothing like having HEAVENLY securing, assuring and ensuring of your earthly affairs for the DAWN DAY in God’s BLESSEDNESS, when your morning has come and dawned, as it is written:

“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is PASSED into the HEAVENS, Jesus the Son of God, let us HOLD FAST our profession. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the FEELING of our INFIRMITIES; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore COME boldly unto the THRONE of grace, that we may OBTAIN mercy, and FIND grace to HELP in time of NEED” Hebrews 4:14-16.

It is imperative to let the HEAVENLY assure, ensure and secure your morning and your day, because that is where you are POSITIONALLY PLACED and your BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus’ stead is LAID IN STORE for you, against the enemy and cohorts’ access.

And above all, our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ is fully SEATED at the right hand of our Father God.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has BLESSED us with every spiritual blessing in the HEAVENLY places in Christ, . . . 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and SEATED Him at His right hand in the HEAVENLY places” Ephesians 1:3, 20/NKJV.

“And RAISED us up together, and MADE us SIT together in the HEAVENLY places in Christ Jesus” Ephesians 2:6/NKJV.

“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in HEAVEN, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” Matthew 6:19-21/NKJV.

Beloved in the grace, know ASSUREDLY, that you are the custodian and definition of your DAWN DAY.

Make it count and account for your good and goodness with the THRONE before the PHONE.

That is how to start up your day in an onward and upward trajectory to take on what comes your way as you do life and live godly in the grace of our God in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

Therefore, you as the custodian of your DAWN DAY must define it by seeking God EARLY.

Purpose: To SECURE THE THRONE for the day in order to obtain insight, foresight, inspiration, revelation and empowerment for all you will do.

This must happen BEFORE the phone, and other demands eat up your moments of divine leadership.

THE HEAVENLY POSITION OF YOUR BLESSEDNESS

It is imperative to let the HEAVENLY secure your morning because that is where you are POSITIONALLY PLACED.

Your BLESSEDNESS is LAID IN STORE for you in Christ Jesus’ stead, out of reach of the enemy and his cohorts.

Christ is fully SEATED at the right hand of the Father — Ephesians 1:20

We have been RAISED and MADE TO SIT TOGETHER with Him in HEAVENLY places — Ephesians 2:6

“We have a great high priest… Let us therefore COME boldly unto the THRONE of grace, that we may OBTAIN mercy, and FIND grace to HELP in time of NEED” — Hebrews 4:14-16

THE COMMAND TO SEEK EARLY

“I love them that love me; and those that seek me EARLY shall find me” — Proverbs 8:17

LIVING THE BLESSED LIFE: THE ACTS TO MAINTAIN And SUSTAIN THE BLESSEDNESS IN YOU – IN ORDER TO ENSURE AN ENDURING POSSESSIONS IN REDEMPTION!

There is the need to ENACT the BLESSEDNESS in you in order to ensure an enduring POSSESSION in our REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus’ stead.

For it is one thing to be BLESSED of God, and it is another thing to KNOW you have been BLESSED of Him in order to live in the consciousness of such enabling grace without a human factor.

And it is yet another thing to MAINTAIN and SUSTAIN the BLESSEDNESS of being in the BLESSED realm in the REDEMPTION of God in Christ Jesus.

To be BLESSED means to be EMPOWERED with the enabling goodness, graciousness and gracefulness of God to Succeed, Excel, Thrive, Achieve, Become, Create and Innovate, in order to:

Live a meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling life and more;

And to live WITHOUT sorrow, regret and mishaps in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus.

It thus means that the BLESSING of God in ESSENCE is not just physical in terms of — car, property, finance and such like.
But it is spiritual — the endowed enabling of God, RECEIVED in our Christ REDEMPTION, that helps one to acquire the physical things we do need to enhance life, such as — car, property, finance and such like.

The knowing of this makes our perspective in prayer more connected to the HOW of God. It shows us how things of God work for us — from the spiritual to the physical, in REVELATION and MANIFESTATION.

The 3 Ingredients for KNOWING and SUSTAINING BLESSEDNESS

And to ensure the KNOWING and SUSTAINABILITY of the BLESSEDNESS, one needs to possess and not lack any of these three ingredients that ensure the acts of LIFE and GODLY LIVING. These are:

THE WINE — Speaks of THE HOLY SPIRIT

THE OIL — Speaks of THE ANOINTING

THE BREAD — Speaks of THE WORD

The WINE will gladden one’s heart — the spirit-being

The OIL will cause one’s face to shine

The BREAD will strengthen one’s heart — the spirit-being — in all things

And where these abide and abound in our day to day living, then LIFE and GODLINESS are done with ease, leisure and meaningful fulfilment, over and above these limiting elements such as — stress, depression, pressure, fear and such like.

I pray you make time today and even now, to crave for this enabling to be a part of your day to day living in Christ Jesus. Amen.

What TO BE BLESSED Truly Means

The goal: To live a meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling life WITHOUT sorrow, regret and mishaps — Proverbs 10:22

The BLESSING in ESSENCE is SPIRITUAL, not just physical. It is the endowed enabling in Christ REDEMPTION that enables us to acquire physical things — car, property, finance and such like — without stress.

The Shift in Perspective: SPIRITUAL TO PHYSICAL

Knowing this aligns our prayer life to the HOW of God.

We begin to see how things of God work — from the spiritual to the physical, in REVELATION and MANIFESTATION.

The 3 Ingredients for KNOWING and SUSTAINING BLESSEDNESS

To maintain and sustain BLESSEDNESS, you must not lack these 3 that empower LIFE and GODLY LIVING:

THE WINE — THE HOLY SPIRIT: “WINE that maketh GLAD the heart of man” — Psalm 104:15. It gladdens one’s heart — the spirit-being.

THE OIL — THE ANOINTING: “OIL to make his face to SHINE” — Psalm 104:15. It causes your face to shine and “let thy head LACK no OINTMENT” — Ecclesiastes 9:8

THE BREAD — THE WORD: “BREAD which STRENGTHENETH man’s heart” — Psalm 104:15. It strengthens the spirit-being in all things.

Where these abide and abound, LIFE and GODLINESS are done with ease, leisure and meaningful fulfilment, over and above stress, depression, pressure, fear and such like.
God also promises: “I will send you CORN, and WINE, and OIL, and ye shall be SATISFIED” — Joel 2:19

The Promise in Redemption

We have been BLESSED with ALL spiritual BLESSINGS in heavenly places in Christ — Ephesians 1:3. Our job is to enact and possess what is already ours.

CALL TO ACTION

ENACT THE BLESSEDNESS. Stop waiting. Begin to live consciously from the place of being BLESSED in Christ. Declare it daily.
KNOW YOUR BLESSING. Study the Word to know what has been given to you in REDEMPTION — 2 Peter 1:2-4. Live without a human factor.
MAINTAIN WITH THE 3 INGREDIENTS DAILY:
DRINK THE WINE: Be continually filled with the HOLY SPIRIT — Ephesians 5:18; Acts 2:1-21
WEAR THE OIL: Honour and walk in THE ANOINTING. Don’t let your head lack ointment.
EAT THE BREAD: Feed on THE WORD daily to be strengthened.
CRAVE THE ENABLING NOW. Make time today to ask the Holy Spirit to make WINE, OIL and BREAD a part of your day-to-day living.
POSSESS YOUR POSSESSION. Move from spiritual revelation to physical manifestation. The Blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow.

PRESENTING YOUR BODIES (FLESH – SENSES) TO GOD: THE EASIEST WAY TO KNOW GOD’S WILL AND TO TRIUMPH IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD!

“This I say then, WALK in the Spirit, and ye shall not FULFIL the LUST of the FLESH . . . 24 And they that are Christ’s have CRUCIFIED the FLESH (SENSUAL) with the AFFECTIONS and LUSTS. 25 If we LIVE in the Spirit, let us also WALK in the Spirit” Galatians 5:16, 24-25 (Emphasis Mine).

I do know that every Believer in Christ wants to live triumphantly and experience the EASIEST way to their daily TRIUMPH and to be A MORE THAN CONQUEROR, an OVERCOMER and VICTORIOUS — 2 Corinthians 2:14; Romans 8:37; 1 John 5:4-5; 1 Corinthians 15:57

Also, everyone in Christ Jesus’ stead wants to KNOW THE HOW and OPERATIVE PRINCIPLE of God’s WILL for them, as they do life and live in grace, without obstructions.

Being a GOSPEL Minister has given me the rare privilege to know, relatively, the questions and the feelings of people who struggle day to day, in order to ensure that they are at peace within themselves, especially on matters affecting their personal relationship with God, and in the HOW they do life with others and carry out their daily earthly affairs.

Unknown to some, the solution and answer is simple — it is for you to PRESENT YOUR BODIES AS LIVING SACRIFICES UNTO GOD.

But HOW can one present one’s BODIES to God as a living sacrifice?

To present your BODIES simply means to hand over your SENSES which make you BODY-RULED or FLESH-RULED, and to become SPIRIT-RULED or WORD-RULED toward Him instead.

The human body is functional by the operation of the FIVE SENSES. These senses are:
• Sight — Seeing
• Hearing — Listening
• Taste — Tasting
• Touch — Feeling
• Smell — Smelling

These five senses have made and unmade humanity in various ways, in what they have become to themselves and in relation to OTHERS, intentionally and unintentionally.

It was by these senses that man failed and fell in the first place with God and with himself. And many are still in such great danger in their daily walk with God.

The Scriptures enjoin us to WALK by FAITH-SENSE — that is, by WORD-SENSE, for FAITH is functional by the WORD. It comes by the WORD and it is built up by the WORD. Hence we should not WALK by SIGHT-SENSE — the five senses of seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching.

More so, FAITH IS SPIRITUAL, and it is of the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, PRESENTING YOUR SENSES TO BE SPIRIT-LED (WORD-LED) will ensure EASE and TRIUMPH in knowing and operating in God’s precious — GOOD, SURE, TRUE, ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT (wholesome, mature and complete) WILL for your life, and unhindered in the grace wherein you stand in Christ Jesus’ stead. The Core Problem: BODY-RULED Living Produces Struggle

Many Believers struggle in their walk with God, their relationships and daily affairs because they are led by the five senses: Sight, Hearing, Taste, Touch, Smell.

It was through the senses that man fell in the beginning — Genesis 3. The “lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life” are all sense-driven — 1 John 2:15-16.

A BODY-RULED or FLESH-RULED life leads to wars, fighting’s and unanswered prayers — James 4:1-3.

The Divine Solution: PRESENT YOUR BODIES AS LIVING SACRIFICES

Romans 12:1-2 gives the answer: Present your BODIES to God. This is your “reasonable service”.

To present your BODIES means to hand over your SENSES from being body-ruled to being SPIRIT-RULED (WORD-RULED).

When this happens, you are transformed by the renewing of your mind and can PROVE God’s GOOD, ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT WILL.

The Scriptural Mandate: WALK BY FAITH-SENSE, NOT SIGHT-SENSE

“We WALK by FAITH, not by SIGHT (SENSES)” — 2 Corinthians 5:7

“WALK in the Spirit, and ye shall not FULFIL the LUST of the FLESH” — Galatians 5:16

FAITH is SPIRITUAL. It comes by the WORD, is functional by the WORD, and is built up by the WORD — Romans 10:17

They that are Christ’s have CRUCIFIED the FLESH (SENSUAL) with the affections and lusts — Galatians 5:24

The Result: EASE, TRIUMPH AND KNOWING GOD’S WILL

Presenting your senses to be SPIRIT-LED ensures EASE and TRIUMPH in knowing and operating in God’s will.

Paul’s example: “I keep under my BODY (SENSES), and bring it into subjection” — 1 Corinthians 9:27

This posture positions you to be MORE THAN A CONQUEROR, an OVERCOMER and VICTORIOUS — Romans 8:37; 2 Corinthians 2:14

The Spiritual Process: SUBMIT, RESIST, DRAW NIGH

SUBMIT yourselves to God. RESIST the devil, and he will flee — James 4:7

CLEANSE your hands, PURIFY your hearts. HUMBLE yourselves and God will lift you up — James 4:8-10

This is how grace is received to live unhindered in Christ Jesus’ stead.

CALL TO ACTION

PRESENT YOUR BODIES TODAY. Make a deliberate act of surrender. Tell God: “My sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell belong to You.” — Romans 12:1
STOP WALKING BY SIGHT-SENSE. START WALKING BY FAITH-SENSE. Feed on the WORD daily. Let it renew your mind and govern your decisions — Romans 12:2; Romans 10:17
KEEP YOUR BODY UNDER. Like Paul, discipline your senses. Do not allow them to dictate your peace, choices or direction — 1 Corinthians 9:27
WALK IN THE SPIRIT CONSISTENTLY. If we LIVE in the Spirit, let us also WALK in the Spirit. This crucifies the lusts of the flesh — Galatians 5:25, 24
CHOOSE GOD OVER THE WORLD. Do not love the world nor the things in it. The one who DOES the WILL of God abides forever — 1 John 2:15-17

CHARISMA and CHARACTER

CHARISMA and CHARACTER: SIGNALS FRUITFULNESS AND MATURITY IN THE SPIRIT!

“But the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 meekness, temperance: against such there is no law” Galatians 5:22-23.

The essence of enacting CHARISMA and CHARACTER in the life of every achiever with God and of God should be a paramount focus and check in our journey of life and grace in Christ Jesus’ stead.

This is of paramount importance if we are to derive fully the meaningful and purposeful FULNESS in God’s BLESSEDNESS concerning us in LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

For any MINISTERIAL CHARISMA without the corresponding CHARACTER breeds arrogance, pride and possibly success in disguise — which is failure.

And any MINISTERIAL CHARACTER without CHARISMA breeds a form of religion that is dogmatic, sectarian, sectionalised, and is without the inspiration, revelation and empowerment of the graciousness and gracefulness that define God’s perspective and principle in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

And by the acts and operations of the Holy Spirit, one can acquire and enact fully the synergy of FRUITFULNESS and MATURITY that is in the making of the Believers in Christ Jesus, as given in their rights and privileges in Redemption.

For FRUITFULNESS is the result of SPIRITUAL fruit and spiritual gifts in operation, while MATURITY is the result of MINISTERIAL gifts in operation.

I pray that God’s grace, which is made available to us by the blessed Holy Spirit, will not be frustrated, but will be received in grace to give one the enabling to be FRUITFUL IN CHARACTER and to be MATURED IN CHARISMA. Amen.

“But the MANIFESTATION of the Spirit is given to every man to PROFIT withal. 8 For to one is GIVEN by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 but all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, DIVIDING to every man SEVERALLY as he will” 1 Corinthians 12:7-12.

SUMMARY:
The message is a prophetic teaching that true Kingdom impact and godly living are only produced when CHARISMA and CHARACTER operate together by the Holy Spirit.

It teaches that CHARISMA relates to spiritual and ministerial gifts, while CHARACTER relates to the Fruit of the Spirit. One without the other leads to imbalance — either empty religion or prideful failure.

God’s intent for every Believer is the synergy of FRUITFULNESS and MATURITY for the perfecting of the saints and the edifying of the Body of Christ.

KEY POINTS:

The Core Thesis: CHARISMA + CHARACTER = Kingdom Wholeness

CHARISMA speaks of spiritual gifts and ministerial enablement — the power, energy and manifestation of the Spirit.

CHARACTER speaks of the Fruit of the Spirit — love, joy, peace, gentleness, meekness, temperance — Galatians 5:22-23

Both must be enacted in the life of every achiever with God and of God. This is the pathway to FULNESS in God’s BLESSEDNESS.

The Danger of Imbalance

CHARISMA without CHARACTER breeds arrogance, pride and “success in disguise” — which is failure. It becomes power without restraint.

CHARACTER without CHARISMA breeds dogmatic, sectarian, sectionalised religion. It is dry, without the inspiration, revelation and empowerment of grace.

The Holy Spirit’s Synergy: FRUITFULNESS and MATURITY

FRUITFULNESS is the result of SPIRITUAL fruit and spiritual gifts in operation — 1 Corinthians 12:7-12

MATURITY is the result of MINISTERIAL gifts in operation — Ephesians 4:11-16

By the acts and operations of the Holy Spirit, the Believer can enact both. This synergy is part of our rights and privileges in Redemption.

Biblical Order for the Body

Gifts are given “to PROFIT withal” and are divided “severally as He will” — 1 Corinthians 12:7-11

We are one body with many members, each with differing gifts according to grace — Romans 12:4-8

The five-fold gifts are given “for THE PERFECTING of the saints, for THE WORK of the ministry, for THE EDIFYING of the body of Christ” until we come to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ — Ephesians 4:11-13

The Goal

God’s grace made available by the Holy Spirit is to enable us to be FRUITFUL IN CHARACTER and MATURED IN CHARISMA. This prevents us from being “children, tossed to and fro” by doctrine, and causes the Body to grow up “into Him in all things” — Ephesians 4:14-15

Call to Action

CHECK YOUR BALANCE. Examine your life: Is there CHARISMA without CHARACTER? Or CHARACTER without CHARISMA? Pursue both.
CULTIVATE THE FRUIT. Daily yield to the Holy Spirit to produce love, joy, peace, meekness and temperance in you. This guards against pride.
OPERATE THE GIFTS. Do not bury your spiritual and ministerial gifts. Stir them up and use them to profit the Body — 1 Corinthians 12:7
PURPOSE FOR MATURITY. Grow beyond gifts alone. Press into the Word so that your ministry builds up, unifies and edifies the Body of Christ — Ephesians 4:12-13
RECEIVE GRACE. Pray to receive the enabling of the Holy Spirit so that your life reflects both power and godliness.

FOR YOUR ASSURING WHOLENESS – FEED YOUR INNER-BEING HEALTHILY: THAT’S HOW YOU WILL ENSURE THE PREVAILING WORD DEFAULT!

“But he answered and said, It is written, MAN shall not LIVE by BREAD alone, but by EVERY WORD that PROCEEDETH out of the MOUTH of God” Mathew 4:4 [Luke 4:4].

Do you want to live WHOLLY — I mean to experience the promise of WHOLENESS from God?
Then live by every WORD of God, for it is God’s measure for every content and context of your path in doing life and living godly in the grace.

This is important, especially as a believing child of God in Christ Jesus’ stead.

For Biblical JOB of old knew it, and the Psalmist DAVID the king knew it well too. Their heart’s desire and longing for the WORD was the essence of their living. Each of them, like many, craved after the WORD, and it was so ordained that the WORD became their hallmark to thrive in doing life and living godly in the grace that was available to them.

And that is what shaped their onward and upward trajectory in the grace, as it is written about them in the Holy Writ:

“But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. 11 My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined. 12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of His lips; I have ESTEEMED the WORDS of His MOUTH more than my NECESSARY food” Job 23:12.

“O how LOVE I thy law! it is my MEDITATION all the day. 98 Thou through thy commandments hast MADE me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. 99 I have more UNDERSTANDING than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. 100 I UNDERSTAND more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts . . . 105 Thy WORD is a LAMP unto my feet,

and a LIGHT unto my path . . . 130 The entrance of thy WORDS giveth LIGHT; it giveth UNDERSTANDING unto the simple” Psalms 119:97-100, 105, 130.

What made me curate this writ is what I have heard and keep hearing over time — something so disturbing: the perversion and misleading that many are ignorantly embracing.
It is the hearing, now and again, of some people saying to others:

To STAY POSITIVE, and/or

To SPEAK POSITIVE, and/or

To BE POSITIVE in mindset.

The above, and such like, are matters I have seen and heard severally, as people go about recommending them to themselves and to others when addressing their various challenges in their respective contexts.

And indeed, I want you to know that though such may seem and sound good in a MOTIVATIONAL attitude and concept, it is not the Scriptural path to kingdom redemption.
Common sense is not Scriptural sense by any measure or mile.

It is unfortunate for the REDEEMED, born of God, to be thinking positively instead of Scripturally.

I want the scriptural child of God to know that the act of life and living is of the human spirit — [SPIRIT-BEING] — and not of the mind as to mindset. And this act of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus’ stead revolves around our FAITH — I mean, our faith in God through Christ Jesus.

And our FAITH is of the WORD. To do life and godly living outside the WORD is to live by FATE.

And to live by FATE instead of by FAITH is to do life by your will-power or by a principle of determining your cause — a mentality of the mind that believes things in general will just come to be as they are, or that events will just happen for good as they are meant to happen, without any action of the Word personified and in the perspective of the person involved.

This concept, unfortunately, has made many think in their own way that in doing life and facing challenges, it is by their mind-power and not by the consequence of the act of God through the WORD.

“By FAITH [that is, with an inherent trust and enduring confidence in the power, wisdom and goodness of God] we understand that the WORLDS (universe, ages) were FRAMED and CREATED [formed, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose] by the WORD of God, so that what is SEEN was not made out of things which are VISIBLE” Hebrews 11:3/Amplified.

“For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the ENCOURAGEMENT of the SCRIPTURES we might have HOPE and OVERFLOW with CONFIDENCE in His PROMISES “ Romans 15:4/Amplified.

Not living by FAITH through the SCRIPTURE makes one to live by FATE as a robot — with a self-willed mentality, without the God essence, and with nothing to hold on to from God’s promises as the basis of a Scriptural context.

Unlike the act of FATE, the act of FAITH is built on and of God’s WORD. It is the born-again Believer’s concept and context of belief in the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead.

And as a believer in God through Christ Jesus, you need to know that the act of FATE belongs to the non-believer or the atheist, whose concept and context is that things will happen irrespective of any decision. As they say — “WHAT WILL BE WILL BE”, and “IT IS WHAT IT IS”.

It is most unfortunate to bank upon that as a REDEEMED child of God in Christ Jesus’ stead.

“And he that DOUBETH is damned if he eat, because he eateth NOT of FAITH : for WHATSOEVER is NOT OF FAITH is sin” Romans 14:23.

More so, the Believer’s FAITH is a belief in God through Christ Jesus’ stead, and it is not built on POSITIVE THINKING or CONCEPT to enhance or sustain such a motivational context and content — but it is purely and only built upon God’s WORD.

For Faith is of God’s WORD, and it results FROM the WORD of God. Faith is the consequence of God’s WORD — the synergistic de facto in doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus.

And it can COME and it can GO, except the Word of God in context is synergised, as enjoined in the Holy Writ:
Romans 10:17

“So then FAITH COMETH by hearing, and hearing by the WORD of God”

“And now I COMMEND you to God [placing you in His protective, loving care] and [I commend you] to THE WORD of His grace [the counsel and promises of His unmerited favor]. His grace is ABLE to BUILD you up and to GIVE you the [rightful] INHERITANCE among all those who are SANCTIFIED [that is, among those who are SET APART for God’s PURPOSE —ALL BELIEVERS]” Acts 20:32/Amplified.

Be REMINDED and INFORMED that the MAN in your huMAN is a spirit being. He has a soul and lives in a body, indicating that man is a triune — being — 1 Thessalonians 5:23. Hebrews 4:12.

And the MAN in the HU-MAN spirit is SUSTAINED by the BREATH of God through God’s WORD, just as the human BODY is SUSTAINED and kept functioning by OXYGEN, as written in the Holy Writs, but not limited to these scriptures:

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and BREATHED into his nostrils the BREATH OF LIFE; and man became a LIVING soul” Genesis 2:7.

“The spirit of man is the CANDLE of the Lord, SEARCHING all the INWARD PARTS of the belly” Proverbs 20:27.

“But there is a spirit in man:

and the INSPIRATION of the Almighty giveth them understanding” Job 32:8.

“The Spirit of God hath made me, and the BREATH of the Almighty hath given me life” Job 33:4.

“For the WORD of God is quick [ALIVE, LIVING], and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a DISCERNER of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do” Hebrews 4:12-13.

“And the very God of peace SANCTIFY you WHOLLY; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be PRESERVED blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” 1 Thessalonians 5:23.

Therefore, the Man’s real BEING is activated by the human spirit, whose breath of LIFE is kept alive in FAITH by the Spirit of God through God’s WORD — Hebrews 4:12-13.

That is why the HOLY Writs of Proverbs 18:14, Proverbs 17:22 and Proverbs 4:20-23 enjoin us to look after our spirit BEING and to be INCLINED to God’s SAYING [WORD], before it is damaged by life circumstances.

Otherwise its end result is depressing, dangerous, damaging, and not sustainable by mere positive speaking or thinking, nor easily handled by mere wishes.

Hence, being inclined to the Scriptures by FAITH is important when facing life challenges, especially when you are in a delicate state — as I have come to know through the “Pastoral Faith-clinic and faith-surgery counselling” times with various kinds of people over the years.

The Believers in God through Christ Jesus who are severely broken and badly depressed are difficult to bring back to live in reality by a mere wishing of POSITIVE perception of life, until the WORD of God takes its place in them.

One can only — I say ONLY — be restored to thrive in the grace by the WORD, in the context of the circumstances they are dealing with, as they pragmatically resolve to have an absolute, intentional and resolute stance in the grace.

It must be noted that when the man in the hu-man, which is the SPIRIT-BEING that ensures and assures the life and living span of any human, is not WHOLE and in WHOLENESS, and the total being is traumatised by the reasons and matters of life challenges, the entire being — soul and body — becomes dysfunctional.

And a mere use of chemicals to overcome such traumatised challenges can only suppress the action of the body. And while it may offer a reflex to the soul for a moment, the real determining factor of the being, which is the SPIRIT-BEING, will remain active but undetected by stethoscope, scan, x-ray and other metaphysical and chemical medicinal appliances.

It is only when there is the introduction of the WORD of God — the agency of grace to do the proposition and diagnosis into the division of the spirit, soul and body of such a person — that the undetected active MAN in the HU-MAN is detected, thereby giving rise to resolving the malady that is at play.

“The spirit of a man will SUSTAIN his INFIRMITY; but a WOUNDED [BROKEN, DEPRESSED] spirit who can bear?” Proverbs 18:14/Emphasis mine.

“A MERRY heart [spirit] doeth GOOD like a MEDICINE: but a BROKEN [DEPRESSED] spirit drieth the bones” Proverbs 17:22/Emphasis mine.

“For THE WORD of God is LIVING and ACTIVE and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, PENETRATING as far as the DIVISION of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, and revealed to the eyes of Him with whom we have to give account” Hebrews 4:12-13/Amplified.

I want you to know and be REMINDED, if you already know, that the FAITH that is of God’s WORD in life is not a DOCTRINE, CREED or DENOMINATIONAL set belief.

And its functionality is not about being POSITIVE as in a motivational concept, but it is by ACTING accordingly on God’s WORD in which you BELIEVE, in any context of needs and demands.

It is the steadfast hold by FAITH on God’s WORD that gives the freedom to triumph, dominion, thrive, victory and such like in the grace. And the WORD by FAITH makes one also become an overcomer and more than a conqueror in life and godliness in the grace, as in the Holy Writ:
Hebrews 10:23; Romans 10:6-10; 1 John 5:3-5; Romans 8:35-40; 2 Corinthians 2:14; Revelation 12:11; 1 Corinthians 15:57

Therefore, don’t just live POSITIVE FOR NOTHING or WITH NOTHING — that is, by being in an EMPTINESS of the mind, as with those that practice “ASTRAL TRAVELS OF THEIR MIND” which results in FATE.

God can only work through His WORD to make all things work together for the good and goodness for any.

It is true that God does MIRACLES, but a miracle is a CONSEQUENCE of His WORD and not by COINCIDENCE, as in magic, sorcery or divination, as in witchcraft and such like.

The Miracles of God can only happen by the cause of THE WORD, which does indicate then that:
NO WORD means NO FAITH — Romans 10:17
NO FAITH means NO ANSWERS to PRAYERS and NO PLEASING of God — Hebrews 11:6; Proverbs 16:7; Romans 14:23; Habakkuk 2:4; Hebrews 10:38; Galatians 3:11; Romans 1:17
And NO PLEASING of God means one is left vulnerable to the enemy and cohorts that are working against our FAITH in the grace — Proverbs 16:7

So, the act of victory and triumph by FAITH in all life and living circumstances is by the WORD, for the good of the SPIRIT-BEING of the Believers in the grace.

And I hereby repeat again, as previously mentioned, the need to know full well that FAITH is not a creed, doctrine or denominational belief, but the mystery of grace to ACCESS THE HEAVENLY for our EARTHLY ENDEAVOURS — 1 Timothy 3:9; Romans 5:1-2

And it is the GIVEN, ENDUED and ENDOWED access to the Believers in Christ Jesus by THE MEASURE of divine providence and not by A MEASURE as some may attribute. It is the Believer’s basis to function in earthly affairs in the grace, to ensure and assure the heavenly RELATIONSHIP and FELLOWSHIP in doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.
Romans 12:3; Ephesians 4:7; Romans 5:1-2

And FAITH is sustained by the WORD to help the human spirit stay actively alive on this side of the heavens — Romans 10:17; Hebrews 4:12-13

Where there is NO WORD . . . there is NO FAITH, and it thus means that the human spirit is then STARVED — meaning no SPIRITUAL OXYGEN. And the consequences are more than what words could be used to explain.

So, I exhort you to FEED your life and living SPIRIT-BEING with THE WORD of God HEALTHILY and not anyhow or randomly, for it will enhance one’s focus and result to live in wholeness in Christ Jesus. Amen.

THE SECRET OF ANY TRUE GREATNESS AND WHOLENESS IS IN THE SECRET OF THE WORD. IT GIVES LIFE TO YOUR BEING AND WELL-BEING. JUST THINK ABOUT IT TODAY AND ALWAYS!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“But he answered and said, It is written, MAN shall not LIVE by bread alone, but by EVERY WORD that proceedeth out of the MOUTH of God” Mathew 4:4.

“The spirit of man is the CANDLE of the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly” Proverbs 20:27.

“My son, ATTEND to my WORDS; incline thine EAR unto my SAYINGS. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the MIDST of thine HEART. 22 For they are LIFE unto those that find them, and HEALTH (MEDICINE) to all their FLESH. 23 Keep thy HEART with all diligence; for out of it are the ISSUES of LIFE” Proverbs 4:20-23 [Emphasis Mine].

SUMMARY:
The message is a prophetic exhortation that true wholeness, victory and spiritual vitality for the Believer is only found by feeding the SPIRIT-BEING with THE WORD of God — not by positive thinking, motivational concepts, or fate. It contrasts FAITH vs FATE, WORD vs MINDSET, and SPIRIT-BEING vs BODY/SOUL, showing that the human being is triune and the spirit-man must be sustained by God’s WORD and BREATH the same way the body is sustained by oxygen.

KEY POINTS:

The Foundation: Life is in THE WORD, Not in Positivity

FAITH is not DOCTRINE, CREED or POSITIVE THINKING. It is ACTING on God’s WORD in which you believe.

NO WORD = NO FAITH. NO FAITH = NO PLEASING OF GOD — Romans 10:17; Hebrews 11:6

To live POSITIVE “FOR NOTHING” is emptiness and leads to FATE. God only works through His WORD — Matthew 4:4

Man is a Triune Being Sustained by the WORD

The MAN in your huMAN is a SPIRIT-BEING. He has a soul and lives in a body — 1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 4:12

Just as the BODY needs OXYGEN, the SPIRIT-BEING needs the BREATH of God through His WORD — Genesis 2:7; Job 33:4

Without the WORD, the human spirit is STARVED — no “SPIRITUAL OXYGEN”. This causes the whole being to become dysfunctional.

FAITH vs FATE

FAITH is built on and of God’s WORD. It is for the born-again Believer. It gives triumph, dominion, victory — Romans 8:35-40

FATE is the “whatever will be, will be” mentality of the non-believer/atheist. It is self-willed, without God’s essence.

To live outside the WORD is to live by FATE — a robotic, self-willed mentality.

The Damage of Ignoring the Spirit-Man

A traumatised, wounded or broken spirit cannot be fixed by chemicals alone. Medication may suppress the body but the SPIRIT-BEING remains undetected and unhealed — Proverbs 18:14; Proverbs 17:22

Only THE WORD can diagnose and divide spirit, soul and body, and restore the MAN in the HU-MAN — Hebrews 4:12-13

This is why the Proverbs and Psalms enjoin us to guard and feed our spirit — Proverbs 4:20-23; Psalm 119:97-100

Biblical Examples of WORD-Centred Living

JOB esteemed God’s WORD more than his necessary food — Job 23:12

DAVID meditated on the law day and night. God’s WORD made him wiser and was a lamp to his path — Psalm 119:97-100, 105, 130

Their hallmark for thriving was craving and esteeming THE WORD.

FAITH is Grace Access

FAITH is the GIVEN, ENDUED and ENDOWED access by THE MEASURE of divine providence to ACCESS THE HEAVENLY for EARTHLY ENDEAVOURS — Romans 12:3; Ephesians 4:7

It is sustained by the WORD and makes one an overcomer and more than a conqueror — 1 John 5:3-5; Romans 8:37

Miracles are a CONSEQUENCE of the WORD, not coincidence, magic or witchcraft.

Call to Action

FEED YOUR SPIRIT-BEING HEALTHILY. Do not feed on random motivational thoughts. Intentionally and daily incline to God’s SAYING [WORD] before life circumstances damage you.
REJECT FATE. EMBRACE FAITH. Stop banking on “it is what it is” or a positive mindset. Choose to act on THE WORD in every context of need.
ESTEEM THE WORD ABOVE NECESSARY FOOD. Like Job and David, let the WORD be your meditation, lamp, light and medicine.
GUARD YOUR HEART/SPIRIT. For out of it are the issues of life. Ensure your SPIRIT-BEING is WHOLE so your soul and body function in wholeness — Proverbs 4:23; 1 Thessalonians 5:23

Final Charge:

THE SECRET OF ANY TRUE GREATNESS AND WHOLENESS IS IN THE SECRET OF THE WORD. IT GIVES LIFE TO YOUR BEING AND WELL-BEING. JUST THINK ABOUT IT TODAY AND ALWAYS!

THERE IS THE NEED TO BELIEVE IN ORDER TO BECOME: TO WHOM ON WHAT YOU DO BELIEVE – THAT MAKES YOU BECOME!

“Now FAITH is the SUBSTANCE of things hoped for, the EVIDENCE of things not seen . . . 3 By FAITH we UNDERSTAND that the WORLDS were FRAMED by THE WORD of God, so that the things which are SEEN were not MADE of things which are VISIBLE . . .6 But without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE to PLEASE Him, for he who COMES to God must BELIEVE that He is, and that He is a REWARDER of those who DILIGENTLY seek Him” Hebrews 11:1, 3, 6 NKJV.

FAITH is ACTING correspondingly on WHAT you BELIEVE from THE WORD OF GOD.
As such, BELIEVE is not FAITH. BELIEVE is PASSIVE while FAITH is ACTIVE.
This means that BELIEVE is the CONCEPTION while FAITH is the DELIVERY of the conceived WORD. You need to BELIEVE first for FAITH to be ACTIVATED.
And FAITH is the CURRENCY of exchange and transactions in the Kingdom of God and of His Christ Jesus, on whose account we stand in life and grace. That is why your BELIEVING world is very important to make your FAITH effective and efficient — Philemon 1:6.
And effective and efficient FAITH is based on THE WORD OF GOD and nothing more or less — Romans 10:17; 1 John 5:3-5.

What you then BELIEVE determines your functionality in the Kingdom. Which means you are a product of your BELIEF and BELIEVING world. Do you BELIEVE in mere men, religion and the religious — dogmas, creeds, bylaws, traditions, philosophy and the rudiments — and traditions of this world more than God’s WORD? Would you rather BELIEVE in God’s authoritative, undiluted, undistorted and unadulterated WORD than in mere men of this world? You need to know that — YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE AND HAVE BECOME BY YOUR BELIEF. Hence blame no one and do take responsibility and accountability for what you have BECOME all this while — for your BELIEF has defined either your FAITH — or otherwise your FATE.

I hereby appeal to you to look inwards and DARE to BELIEVE now and again in the WORD with unhinged FAITH in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus’ stead, in order to BECOME in Him. Jesus said in Matthew 9:27-30 to two men seeking His help: “What do you BELIEVE?”
Simplified as — Do you BELIEVE that I can do what you request? Their answer — “YES, LORD,” meaning WE BELIEVE, LORD! He replied to them that they should BECOME WHAT THEY BELIEVED. What they BECAME was found in WHOM [the WORD of the Lord] they BELIEVED. They RECEIVED their healings as they ACTED on their BELIEF in WHOM [the WORD of the Lord] they BELIEVED.

FAITH in the BELIEVED WORD is the only legal and vital tender to PLEASE, SECURE and RECEIVE the heavenly outpouring — and it is expedient that you check your BELIEF before you take any step in the Kingdom if you want the heavens to be with you in it — Hebrews 11:1-3, 6; Romans 10:17; 1 John 5:3-5; Romans 14:23; Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:16-17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38.

DARE TO BELIEVE AGAIN — FOR ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO THEM THAT BELIEVE —
AND ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GOD UNTO US THAT BELIEVE. AMEN.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And when Jesus departed thence, TWO BLIND MEN FOLLOWED HIM, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. 28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, BELIEVE Ye That I Am Able To Do This? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. 29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, ACCORDING TO YOUR FAITH BE (BECOME) IT UNTO YOU. 30 And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it” Matthew 9:27-30 (Emphasis Mine).

“But as many as RECEIVED him, to them Gave HE POWER TO BECOME the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on his name” John 1:12.

“Jesus said to him, “[You say to Me,] ‘If You can?’ ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE for the one who BELIEVES and trusts [in Me]!” Mark 9:23 (Amplified).

“But Jesus looked at them and said, “With people [as far as it depends on them] it is impossible, BUT WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE” Matthew 19:26/Mark 10:27 (Amplified).

“So then FAITH comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” Romans 10:17.

“For whatsoever is born of God OVERCOMETH the world: and this is the VICTORY that OVERCOMETH the world, even our FAITH. 5 WHO is he that OVERCOMETH the WORLD, but he that BELIEVETH that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:4-5.

“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the JUST shall live by HIS FAITH” Habakkuk 2:4 (Romans 1:16-17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38).

“That the COMMUNICATION of thy FAITH may become EFFECTUAL by the ACKNOWLEDGING of EVERY GOOD THING which is IN YOU in Christ Jesus” Philemon 1:6.

“And there was a FAMINE IN THE LAND, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham.
