GOD’S SALVATION PLAN IS FOR ALL: THE DESERT LAND AWAKENING REVIVAL HAS COME AND IS COMING! 

“They that DWELL in the WILDERNESS shall BOW before him; and his ENEMIES shall lick the dust” Psalms 72:9. 

“And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, ARISE, and GO toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is DESERT. 27 And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship” Acts 8:26-27. 

The Ministry of the GOSPEL of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ, as commissioned for THE LOCAL CHURCH — which is you — that our Father God is building [Matthew 16:13-20; Ephesians 4:11-16], in Christ Jesus, is of these segments: 

1. The Ministry to the LORD — An ACT OF WORSHIP. 
2. The Ministry to the BODY OF CHRIST — An ACT OF DISCIPLESHIP. 
3. The Ministry to the WORLD — An ACT OF EVANGELISM/MISSION [SOUL WINNING]. 

The Gospel assignments of our Lord God are enormous. However, the third segment, which is the MINISTRY TO THE WORLD through evangelism and mission outreach for soul winning, is the main context in this writ, because it is the basis to have and establish the first and second segments into reality. 

And the missionary mandate for me cuts across all regions, as long as there is a soul there to minister to the well-being with the Gospel of God in Christ Jesus’ stead, just as Philip did in Acts 8:5-8, 26-40. That is the joy of visiting the provincial headquarters of a friend’s Church that is under construction in a gracious community to preach the Gospel with the megaphone. 

And how much I cherish going to the remote places — VILLAGES — to reach out to souls, more than merely reaching out to the municipal multitudes especially in the CITIES. 

“Now it came to pass, afterward, that He went through every CITY and VILLAGE, preaching and bringing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with Him, [2] and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities—Mary called Magdalene, out of whom had come seven demons, [3] and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward, and Susanna, and many others who provided for Him from their substance” Luke 8:1-3/NKJV. 

There in the remote places you see originality and genuine repentance, and a willingness of souls to SERVE God ACCEPTABLY and WORSHIP Him WORTHILY, in Christ Jesus’ stead. And I found the same mission in Christ Jesus for humanity, as He carried out the Father God’s Gospel assignment concerning Him, as it is written in the Scriptures above in Luke and below in Matthew: 

“And Jesus went about all the CITIES and VILLAGES, TEACHING in their synagogues, and PREACHING the GOSPEL of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people” Matthew 9:35. 

Assuredly and certainly — The DESERT and remote NATIONS shall BOW and SERVE the Lord God. The eternal Blood of Jesus Christ for human salvation in God’s REDEMPTION plan and BLESSEDNESS belongs to all, including those in the wilderness/deserted places too. 

For in God’s plan, there is NEITHER Jew nor Greek/Gentile, there is neither bond nor free, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free, there is neither male nor female, for everyone is QUALIFIED to access God through Christ Jesus for their salvation. [1 Timothy 2:5; Acts 4:12; 1 Timothy 3:16; Colossians 3:10-11; Galatians 3:6-9, 26-28; Romans 1:14-15] 

I am emboldened to say that despite what is going on in the world today, surely and certainly, the SALVATION of our God shall break forth into the DESERT PLACES — for our God is not only the God of THE JEWS but also of THE GENTILES’ world, for both make up THE CHURCH OF GOD that He is raising and building in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen. 

“Give none offence, neither to THE JEWS, nor to THE GENTILES, nor to THE CHURCH OF GOD: 33 even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved” 1 Corinthians 10:32-33 (1 Corinthians 1:18-24). 

The confusion in the world today has an end – for the liberation of human lives without artillery, drones, guns and bombs; and also goes beyond humanitarian and charitable aid and relief in times and terms of preventing POVERTY and curing SICKNESSES and DISEASES in places, including the DESERT landscape, as we see happening today in good- hearted causes. 

Be it known as an awakening or reminder, that the end of man is just the beginning of our God. Surely and certainly, His REDEMPTION plan and BLESSEDNESS is coming to pass. If you believe, say AMEN with me in Christ Jesus’ stead. For the DESERT and REMOTE NATIONS SHALL ALSO BOW AND SERVE GOD, AS SHALL THOSE ALSO IN THE CITIES.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“They that DWELL in the WILDERNESS shall BOW before him; and his ENEMIES shall lick the dust” Psalms 72:9. 

“And this GOSPEL of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” Matthew 24:14. 

“For I am not ASHAMED of the GOSPEL of Christ: for it is the POWER of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the JEW first, and also to the GREEK. 17 For therein is the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God REVEALED from faith to faith: as it is written, THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH” Romans 1:16-17. 

“Therefore we conclude that a man is JUSTIFIED BY FAITH without the deeds of the law. 29 IS HE THE GOD OF THE JEWS ONLY? IS HE NOT ALSO OF THE GENTILES? Yes, of the Gentiles also: 30 seeing it is one God, which shall JUSTIFY the CIRCUMCISION by faith, and UNCIRCUMCISION through faith” Romans 3:28-30. 

“I am DEBTOR both to the GREEKS, and to the BARBARIANS; both to the WISE, and to the UNWISE. 15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the GOSPEL to you that are at Rome also” Romans 1:14-15. 

“But now ye also PUT OFF all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. 9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have PUT OFF the old man with his deeds; 10 and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: 11 where there is NEITHER GREEK nor JEW, CIRCUMCISION nor UNCIRCUMCISION, BARBARIAN, SCYTHIAN, BOND nor FREE: but Christ is all, and in all” Colossians 3:8-11. 

“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is NEITHER JEW nor GREEK, there is NEITHER BOND nor FREE, there is NEITHER MALE nor FEMALE: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus” Galatians 3:27-28. 

“Then Philip went down to the CITY of Samaria, and PREACHED Christ unto them. 6 And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. 7 For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. 8 And there was great JOY in that city . . . 26 And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, ARISE, and GO toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is DESERT. 27 And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship, 28 was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet. 29 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. 30 And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? 31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him . . .” Acts 8:5-8, 26-40. 

SUMMARY 

The message is a prophetic and apostolic declaration that GOD’S SALVATION PLAN IS FOR ALL — including the DESERT and remote nations. It calls THE LOCAL CHURCH back to her 3-fold commission, with emphasis on MISSION/EVANGELISM as the basis for WORSHIP and DISCIPLESHIP. Using Christ and Philip as models, it affirms that true revival is breaking forth in VILLAGES and DESERT PLACES, where souls respond with genuine repentance, and that God is building ONE CHURCH from both JEWS and GENTILES through the REDEMPTION and BLOOD of Jesus Christ.

• New Testament pattern: Jesus went through every CITY and VILLAGE preaching – Luke 8:1-3. He also taught in CITIES and VILLAGES – Matthew 9:35. 

• Philip model: Sent by an angel to the DESERT road to Gaza to meet the Ethiopian eunuch – Acts 8:26-27. He also preached in Samaria with signs, and great JOY followed – Acts 8:5-8. 

• Application: There is originality, genuine repentance, and willingness to SERVE God ACCEPTABLY and WORSHIP Him WORTHILY in remote VILLAGES. 

3. GOD’S SALVATION IS FOR ALL PEOPLE GROUPS

• The eternal Blood of Christ in God’s REDEMPTION plan and BLESSEDNESS belongs to all, including wilderness/deserted places. 

• In God’s plan there is NEITHER Jew nor Greek/Gentile, bond nor free, male nor female, Barbarian nor Scythian — all are QUALIFIED to access God through Christ – Galatians 3:26-28; Colossians 3:10-11. 

• God is not only the God of THE JEWS but also of THE GENTILES – Romans 3:28-30. Both make up THE CHURCH OF GOD that He is raising in Christ Jesus’ stead – 1 Corinthians 10:32-33. 

• The Gospel is the POWER of God unto salvation to everyone that believes, to the JEW first and also to the GREEK – Romans 1:16-17. 

4. THE MISSIONARY MANDATE AND HEART

• The missionary mandate cuts across all regions where there is a soul. 

• The joy is in going to provincial Churches under construction and to VILLAGES, more than only targeting municipal multitudes in CITIES. 

• Paul’s posture: “I am DEBTOR both to the GREEKS, and to the BARBARIANS; both to the WISE, and to the UNWISE” – Romans 1:14-15. 

• The GOSPEL must be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations – Matthew 24:14. 

5. THE CONTRAST: GOD’S WAY VS THE WORLD’S WAY

• The confusion in the world will end. Liberation will not come through artillery, drones, guns and bombs. 

• It goes beyond humanitarian aid. God’s REDEMPTION plan and BLESSEDNESS is coming to pass to prevent POVERTY and cure SICKNESSES and DISEASES, even in the DESERT landscape. 

• The end of man is just the beginning of our God. DESERT and REMOTE NATIONS SHALL BOW AND SERVE GOD, AS SHALL THOSE ALSO IN THE CITIES. 

CALL TO ACTION 

1. EMBRACE THE MISSION. As THE LOCAL CHURCH, prioritise the MINISTRY TO THE WORLD. Go as Philip went — to DESERT roads, VILLAGES and cities. 
2. BELIEVE AND DECREE. Say AMEN in Christ Jesus’ stead. Believe that God’s SALVATION is breaking forth into DESERT PLACES now. 
3. LIVE WITHOUT PARTIALITY. Treat all as QUALIFIED in Christ. No Jew/Gentile, bond/free, male/female division in the Gospel. 
4. PAUSE AND PONDER – SELAH. Reflect on God’s REDEMPTION plan. Let the Church be built on WORSHIP, DISCIPLESHIP and SOUL WINNING.

GOD’S SALVATION PLAN IS FOR ALL. The DESERT LAND AWAKENING REVIVAL HAS COME AND IS COMING. The Church is being raised from every nation, tribe and wilderness. AMEN.
