THE PATH OF TRUE LIFE 

THE PATH OF TRUE LIFE: FOUND IN GOD’S PRESENCE AND AT HIS RIGHT HAND OF RIGHTEOUSNESS! 

“Thou wilt SHEW me the PATH OF LIFE: in thy PRESENCE is FULNESS of joy; at thy RIGHT HAND there are PLEASURES for evermore” Psalms 16:11. 

Do you want to do life with God?  
Do you want to live godly with God? 
Do you want to access God and abide in Him?  
Do you really want all things that pertain to doing life and godliness that have been made available to us by God’s divine power in Christ Jesus? 
Do you want to ensure that God’s precious promised BLESSEDNESS are readily accessible, reachable and effortless by His divine nature? 
If your answer is YES – as mine is – then we need to follow His set PATH OF LIFE for us in His divine plan, purpose and pursuit. You need to follow His set life path and way, for He will only COMMEND what He COMMAND.  

“The STEPS of a [GOOD and RIGHTEOUS] man are DIRECTED and ESTABLISHED by the Lord, And He DELIGHTS in his WAY [and BLESSES his PATH]” Psalms 37:23/Amplified  

And God’s intent to direct and order our path to His set plan, purpose and pursuit for our lives, is to enable us to have His FULNESS OF JOY and PLEASURE FOREVER MORE – and these are found and ensured in the following context: 

•  Living within HIS PRESENCE as a lifestyle, by the leading of the Holy Spirit. 

•  Living within HIS RIGHT HAND OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, which is in Christ Jesus. 

For the path of the righteous in God’s set plan in Christ Jesus will bring forth the dawn of day and the dawn of life that we earnestly desire and crave to attain in Him in Christ Jesus.  

“But the PATH of the JUST is as the SHINING light, that SHINETH more and more unto the PERFECT (DAWN) day . . .” Proverbs 4:18-23/Emphasis Mine. 

Therefore I say to you today, that for the unspeakable, indescribable, overwhelming and incomprehensible, COMPLETE JOY and UNENDING PLEASURES of God in Christ Jesus’ stead, you and I need to practise the lifestyle of LIVING WITHIN GOD’S PRESENCE. And God’s PRESENCE involves two things:  

1. Being LED by the Holy Spirit 24/7;  
2. Ensuring we STAY WITHIN the bounds of God’s RIGHT HAND, which is His RIGHTEOUSNESS in Christ Jesus’ stead.  

Meaning: not in our own man-made religious dogma, denominational creeds and bye-laws, and traditions that make the WORD of God of no effect in us. 

It is my earnest PRAYER today that you are awakened to enjoy God’s set part of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“. . .For as many as are LED by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God . . “ Romans 8:9-17, 26-27. 

“. . . 23 But the hour cometh, and NOW is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him MUST worship him in spirit and in truth” John 4:19-24. 

“God is faithful, by whom ye were CALLED unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9.

“And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to PRAY. 29 And AS HE PRAYED, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering . . .” Luke 9:28-36. 

“But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and RIGHTEOUSNESS, and sanctification, and redemption” 1 Corinthians 1:30. 

“Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being IGNORANT of God’s RIGHTEOUSNESS, and going about to ESTABLISH THEIR OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS, have not SUBMITTED themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the END OF THE LAW FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS to every one that believeth” Romans 10:4. 

“For MY THOUGHTS ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS, NEITHER ARE YOUR WAYS MY WAYS, saith the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are HIGHER than the earth, so are MY WAYS HIGHER than YOUR WAYS, and MY THOUGHTS than YOUR THOUGHTS. 10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off” Isaiah 55:8-13. 

SUMMARY: 

This message is a prophetic call and theological exhortation to embrace a Spirit-led, Christ-centred life of abiding in God’s Presence and walking in His righteousness, in order to access the fulness of joy and unending pleasures that God has prepared for believers. 

 CENTRAL THEME 

The entire message is anchored on Psalm 16:11: “in thy PRESENCE is FULNESS of joy; at thy RIGHT HAND there are PLEASURES for evermore.” 
It presents “THE PATH OF TRUE LIFE” as being found exclusively in two realities: Living within God’s PRESENCE and Living within His RIGHT HAND OF RIGHTEOUSNESS in Christ Jesus. 

KEY POINTS

1. The Basis: God’s Divine Provision in Christ
   By God’s divine power in Christ Jesus, He has already made available“all things that pertain unto life and godliness” 2 Peter 1:3. Believers are called to access these precious promises, blessings, and the divine nature effortlessly. This access is not through human effort but through alignment with God’s plan. 
2. The Twofold Context of God’s Presence
   To walk in God’s set plan, purpose and pursuit, the message outlines 2 non-negotiables:
   Being LED by the Holy Spirit 24/7 — Romans 8:14. This is true worship “in spirit and in truth” — John 4:23-24. 
   STAYING WITHIN the bounds of God’s RIGHT HAND OF RIGHTEOUSNESS — which is Christ Himself 1 Corinthians 1:30. This rejects man-made religion, dogma, creeds and traditions that make the Word of no effect Romans 10:3-4. 
   
   
3. The Outcome: God’s Intent for Our Lives
   God directs and orders our stepsPsalm 37:23 so that we may experience: 

• FULNESS OF JOY and PLEASURE FOREVERMORE 

• The “dawn of day and the dawn of life” — a progressive shining like Proverbs 4:18 

• Participation in God’s purpose: foreknown, predestinated, called, justified and glorified Romans 8:28-30 

• Seated with Christ in “HEAVENLY PLACES” Ephesians 2:6, blessed with all spiritual blessings Ephesians 1:3 

4. The Contrast: Religion vs. Relationship
   The message warns against“man-made religious dogma, denominational creeds and bye-laws”. True life is not found in establishing our own righteousness, but in submitting to God’s righteousness in Christ Romans 10:4.
