SCRIPTURAL MEDITATION – “BE CAREFUL FOR NOTHING”: HAVE FAITH IN GOD

April 3, 2026 By Chukie MORSI Leave a Comment

SCRIPTURAL MEDITATION – “BE CAREFUL FOR NOTHING”: HAVE FAITH IN GOD – FOR IN HIM PEACE REIGN AND RULE!

“BE CAREFUL FOR NOTHING; but in every thing by PRAYER and SUPPLICATION with THANKSGIVING let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And THE PEACE OF GOD, which PASSETH ALL UNDERSTANDING, shall keep your HEARTS and MINDS through Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:6-7.

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING; tell God your needs, and don’t forget TO THANK HIM FOR HIS ANSWERS. 7 If you do this, you will EXPERIENCE GOD’S PEACE, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. HIS PEACE will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:6-7 Living Bible (TLB).

“Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by PRAYER and PETITION with THANKSGIVING, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. 7 And THE PEACE of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which TRANSCENDS all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours]” Philippians 4:6-7 (Amplified).

“And Jesus answering saith unto them, HAVE FAITH IN GOD. 23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall SAY unto THIS MOUNTAIN, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not DOUBT in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he SAITH shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he SAITH. 24 Therefore I SAY unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye PRAY, BELIEVE that ye RECEIVE them, and ye shall HAVE them” Mark 11:22-24.

Further Scriptural Reading Text: Matthew 6:25-34; Luke 12:22-32.

YOU DON’T NEED A CROWD – YOU CAN ENACT YOUR PASSOVER

April 3, 2026 By Chukie MORSI Leave a Comment

YOU DON’T NEED A CROWD – YOU CAN ENACT YOUR PASSOVER: BY THE COMMUNION OF THE BREAD AND THE CUP!

“Again I SAY unto you, That if TWO OF YOU SHALL AGREE ON EARTH AS TOUCHING ANY THING that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED TOGETHER IN MY NAME, there am I in the midst of them” Matthew 18:19-20.

Where two or three are gathered together in the name of the Lord God Almighty, there He is, in their midst, says the Scriptures. For when I see the blood, the Holy Writ enjoins; I will PASSOVER. And Jesus is our PASSOVER Lamb by whom we are overcomer by His precious shed BLOOD, just as the BLOOD in Bible days overcame the enemy and cohorts against THE FAITH in Christ Jesus.

You can completely eliminate your FEAR and phobia of COVID 19 alias CORONA-VIRUS pandemic by the efficacious POWER in the HOLY COMMUNION of GRACE.

Always remember – The CROSS is your essence of VICTORY and TRIUMPH, for you’ve been welcomed to the COMMUNION – the fellowship with the Father in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Again I SAY unto you, That if TWO OF YOU SHALL AGREE ON EARTH AS TOUCHING ANY THING that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED TOGETHER IN MY NAME, there am I in the midst of them” Matthew 18:19-20.

“Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even CHRIST OUR PASSOVER is sacrificed for us “ 1 Corinthians 5:7.

“And they OVERCAME HIM BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB, and by THE WORD OF THEIR TESTIMONY; and they loved not their lives unto the death” Revelation 12:11.

“. . . 13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see THE BLOOD, I WILL PASS OVER YOU, and the PLAGUE shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt . . .” Exodus 12.

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were called unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9.

SUMMARY:

The message emphasises the power of the Holy Communion and the Passover in overcoming fear, phobia, and challenges.

Key points:

  • You can enact your Passover and experience victory through the Communion of the bread and cup, regardless of crowd or circumstances (Matthew 18:19-20)
  • Jesus is our Passover Lamb, and His shed blood overcomes the enemy and brings triumph (1 Corinthians 5:7, Revelation 12:11)
  • God’s presence is with those gathered in His name, promising agreement and answered prayers (Matthew 18:19-20)
  • The blood of Jesus is a token of protection and deliverance, just like in Bible days (Exodus 12)
  • Through the Holy Communion, you can eliminate fear and phobia of COVID-19 or any pandemic by God’s efficacious power
  • The Cross is the essence of victory and triumph, welcoming us to fellowship with the Father in Christ (1 Corinthians 1:9)

The message encourages believers to focus on the power of the Communion, the blood of Jesus, and God’s faithfulness to overcome challenges and live in triumph.

THE PASSOVER – A MEMORIAL OF REDEMPTION

April 2, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

THE PASSOVER – A MEMORIAL OF REDEMPTION: LET’S THEN CELEBRATE & COMMEMORATE OUR BLESSED REDEMPTION!

“Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? 7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are UNLEAVENED. FOR EVEN CHRIST OUR PASSOVER IS SACRIFICED FOR US: 8 therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth” 1 Corinthians 5:6-8.

The PASSOVER – A MEMORIAL OF REDEMPTION, is the very simple reason to CELEBRATE and COMMEMORATE the Crucifixion, Death, Burial, Resurrection, Ascension and Enthronement of our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ.

“For though he was CRUCIFIED through weakness, yet he liveth by THE POWER OF GOD. For we also are weak in him, but WE SHALL LIVE WITH HIM BY THE POWER OF GOD toward you” 2 Corinthians 13:4.

The PASSOVER feast was INSTITUTED by God, but first OBSERVED and Celebrated in Egypt. And it’s done as an act of FAITH and FAITHFULNESS toward God for the deliverance of Israelites and to MARK and ENACT the people of God’s deliverance from the bondage of slavery into their promised BLESSEDNESS. For in redemption, our deliverance is safe and secured in the grace in Christ Jesus stead [Hebrews 11:24-29; Exodus 12:1-36; (Colossians 1:13-14; Ephesians 1:7; Galatians 1:3-5)].

PASSOVER was a divine contact and ORDINANCE for deliverance, victory, protection, peace, restoration and covenant to set His people free from Egypt, a place of bondage, suffering, death, torture, rigour and absolute hopelessness [Exodus 1:1-22]. It was a FORESHADOW of what Christ has now done for us, as the PASSOVER Lamb that is sacrifice – CRUCIFIED – for our REDEMPTION from the clutches and bondage of darkness into His marvellous light and the Kingdom of His graciousness and gracefulness.

“Then came the day of UNLEAVENED BREAD, when the PASSOVER must be KILLED. 8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the PASSOVER, that we may eat. 9 And they said unto him, where wilt thou that we prepare? 10 And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in. 11 And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the PASSOVER with my disciples? 12 And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready. 13 And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the PASSOVER. 14 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. 15 And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this PASSOVER with you before I suffer: 16 for I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. 17 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: 18 for I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. 19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is MY BODY which is given for you: this do in REMEMBRANCE of me. 20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the NEW TESTAMENT in MY BLOOD, which is shed for you” Luke 22:7-20.

That’s the essence of the COMMUNION services that’s been held as often as allowable to be made happen. Jesus’ recall and instituted it again with His disciples. Ensuring that it becomes a MEMORIAL – Memorable. Hence, the PASSOVER is the MEMORIAL of our REDEMPTION. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, BEHOLD THE LAMB OF GOD, which taketh away the sin of the world. 30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me . . . 35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; 36 and looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, BEHOLD THE LAMB OF GOD! 37 And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus” John 1:29-30, 35-37.

Further Scriptural Reading: Exodus 12:14-28. Acts 12:1-4; 1 Corinthians 10:16-18; 1 Corinthians 5:6-8; 1 Peter 1:18-21.

SUMMARY:

The Passover is a memorial of redemption, reminding us of Christ’s sacrifice and our deliverance from bondage. God instituted the Passover feast, first observed in Egypt, as an act of faith and faithfulness, marking Israel’s deliverance from slavery. This foreshadowed Christ’s sacrifice as the Passover Lamb, redeeming us from darkness and bondage.

Key points:

  • Christ is our Passover Lamb, sacrificed for our redemption (1 Corinthians 5:7)
  • The Passover represents deliverance, victory, protection, peace, and covenant
  • Jesus instituted the Communion service, saying, “Do this in remembrance of me” (Luke 22:19)
  • Believers are to purge old leaven, living with sincerity and truth (1 Corinthians 5:8)
  • The Passover is a memorial of our redemption, fulfilled in Christ (Exodus 12, Luke 22:7-20)

The message encourages celebrating and commemorating Christ’s crucifixion, death, burial, resurrection, ascension, and enthronement, reflecting on redemption’s significance.

THERE’S NO REASON TO LIVE IN FEAR OR PANIC

April 2, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

THERE’S NO REASON TO LIVE IN FEAR OR PANIC: FOR IN CHRIST JESUS – YOU LIVE, YOU MOVE AND YOU HAVE YOUR BEING!

“For IN HIM WE LIVE, and MOVE, and HAVE OUR BEING; as certain also of your own poets have said, FOR WE ARE ALSO HIS OFFSPRING” Acts 17:28.

LIVING – is living IN CHRIST; and Living IN Christ – is living IN the WORD; and living IN the WORD – is living IN the FAITH; and living IN the FAITH – is living BY FAITH; and living BY FAITH is living IN VICTORY; and living IN VICTORY – Makes you OVERCOME the WORLD or become a WORLD OVERCOMER in Christ Jesus stead – that includes the CHALLENGES of our times – WARS, PANDEMIC, ECONOMIC DECADENCE, NATIONS UNREST, INTERNATIONAL INDIFFERENCE, POLITICAL LEADERSHIP UNCERTAINTY and their respective effects.

“For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 4 For WHATSOEVER is born of God OVERCOMETH the world: and this is the VICTORY that OVERCOMETH THE WORLD, even our FAITH. 5 Who is he that OVERCOMETH the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:3-5.

Therefore, FEAR NOT and HAVE FAITH IN GOD; for your life and wellbeing are hidden in Christ Jesus, and Christ Jesus is in God. So head up, shoulders high and put on the high heels of FAITH without fear, over the mountains and hills to make them level, and the Valleys to be exalted, and the crooked roads to become straight and rough places to become smooth, in God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“For God hath not GIVEN US THE SPIRIT OF FEAR; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” 2 Timothy 1:7.

“Herein is our love MADE perfect (Complete, Whole), that we may have BOLDNESS IN THE DAY OF JUDGMENT: because AS HE IS, SO ARE WE IN THIS WORLD. 18. THERE IS NO FEAR in love; but PERFECT LOVE CASTETH OUT FEAR: because FEAR hath TORMENT. He that FEARETH is not MADE perfect (Complete, Whole) in love” 1 John 4:17-18 (Emphasis Mine).

“For IN HIM WE LIVE, and MOVE, and HAVE OUR BEING; as certain also of your own poets have said, FOR WE ARE ALSO HIS OFFSPRING” Acts 17:28.

“In this was MANIFESTED the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, THAT WE MIGHT LIVE THROUGH HIM” 1 John 4:9.

“For I LIVE in eager expectation and hope that I will never do anything that will cause me to be ashamed of myself but that I will always be ready to speak out boldly for Christ while I am going through all these trials here, just as I have in the past; and that I will always be an honor to Christ, whether I live or whether I must die. 21 FOR TO ME, LIVING MEANS OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHRIST, and dying—well, that’s better yet! 22 But if LIVING will give me more opportunities to win people to Christ, then I really don’t know which is better, to live or die!” Philippians 1:20-21 Living Bible (TLB)

“For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but WE SHALL LIVE WITH HIM BY THE POWER OF God toward you” 2 Corinthians 13:4

“In this was MANIFESTED the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, THAT WE MIGHT LIVE THROUGH HIM” 1 John 4:9.

“In the beginning was THE WORD, and THE WORD was with God, and THE WORD was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were MADE by him; and without him was not anything MADE that was MADE. 4 In him was LIFE; and the LIFE was the LIGHT of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not . . . 14 And THE WORD was MADE flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth”. John 1:1-5, 14.

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, THE WORD, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” 1 John 5:7.

“So then FAITH cometh by hearing, and hearing by the WORD of God” Romans 10:17.

“Therefore, since [these His] children share in flesh and blood [the physical nature of mankind], He Himself in a similar manner also shared in the same [physical nature, but without sin], so that through [experiencing] death He might make powerless (ineffective, impotent) him who had the POWER of death—that is, the devil— 15 and [that He] might free all those who through [the haunting] FEAR of death were held in slavery throughout their lives” Hebrews 2:14-15 Amplified.

SUMMARY:

The message declares that as a believer, you have no reason to live in fear or panic because you live, move, and have your being in Christ Jesus. Your life and wellbeing are hidden in Christ, and Christ is in God.

Key Points:

  1. You live in Christ, and living in Christ means living in the Word, faith, and victory (Acts 17:28, 1 John 5:3-5).
  2. Fear has no place in God’s love, and perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:17-18, 2 Timothy 1:7).
  3. You’re an overcomer in Christ, overcoming the world’s challenges, including wars, pandemics, economic struggles, and more (1 John 5:3-5).
  4. Faith in God and Christ’s love gives you boldness and power to overcome (1 John 4:9, Hebrews 2:14-15).
  5. Living in Christ means living by faith, in the Word, and in victory (Romans 10:17, John 1:1-5, 14).

The message encourages readers to fear not, have faith in God, and walk in victory, knowing they’re God’s offspring and overcomers in Christ Jesus.

YOUR REDEMPTION – A DONE DEED: JESUS PAID IT ALL IN FULL

April 2, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

YOUR REDEMPTION – A DONE DEED: JESUS PAID IT ALL IN FULL – OF Sin and FOR Sin – at REDEMPTION!

“For he hath MADE him to be SIN for us, who knew no sin; that we might be MADE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in him” 2 Corinthians 5:21.

It’s time for you to get out OF sin and FOR sin nature and nurture, in order to live free in this amazing opportunity of God’s freedom that’s available now; and of your being delivered from darkness to light; and of your being translated into the Kingdom of God’s unconditional love.

“It was for this FREEDOM that Christ set us FREE [completely LIBERATING us]; therefore keep STANDING firm and do not be SUBJECT again to a YOKE of slavery [which you once removed]” Galatians 5:1/Amplified.

“Giving thanks to the Father who has QUALIFIED us to be PARTAKERS of the INHERITANCE of the saints in the light. 13 He has DELIVERED us from the POWER of DARKNESS and CONVEYED us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have REDEMPTION through His BLOOD, the FORGIVENESS of sins” Colossians 1:12-14/NKJV

I know what it means. Give it a goal today. God loves and cares about you in Christ Jesus’ stead. Jesus has taken your Sin in exchange for His righteousness before God. Take advantage of it today to turn over a new leaf.

Be Blessed of God in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Seeing ye have PURIFIED your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a PURE heart fervently: 23 BEING BORN AGAIN, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, BY THE WORD OF GOD, which liveth and abideth for ever. 24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25 but THE WORD of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is THE WORD which by THE GOSPEL IS PREACHED UNTO YOU” 1 Peter 1:22-25.

“Giving THANKS unto the Father, which hath made us MEET (QUALIFIED) to be PARTAKERS of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 who hath DELIVERED us from the power of darkness, and hath TRANSLATED us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 in whom we have REDEMPTION through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: 15 who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 and he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. 19 For it PLEASED the Father that in him should all FULNESS dwell; 20 and, having MADE peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven” Colossians 1:12-20.

SUMMARY:

The message declares that redemption is a done deal, as Jesus paid for sin in full. Through His sacrifice, Jesus took our sin and gave us His righteousness, delivering us from darkness to light and translating us into God’s Kingdom of unconditional love.

Key Points:

  1. Jesus paid for sin in full, making redemption a done deal (2 Corinthians 5:21).
  2. Believers are encouraged to get out of sin and embrace God’s nature and freedom.
  3. God’s freedom is available now, delivering us from darkness to light (Galatians 5:1, Colossians 1:12-14).
  4. Jesus took our sin and gave us His righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21).
  5. Believers are qualified to partake in God’s inheritance (Colossians 1:12-14).

The message encourages readers to take advantage of God’s freedom and turn over a new leaf, loving one another with a pure heart and living in obedience to God’s Word (1 Peter 1:22-25).

The message ends with scriptural thoughts on redemption, God’s love, and the importance of repentance, encouraging readers to give their lives to God in Christ Jesus.

IT IS FINISHED: OUR REDEMPTION – A DONE DEED!

April 1, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

IT IS FINISHED: OUR REDEMPTION – A DONE DEED!

An end to all your battles in LIFE and GODLINESS, it’s a daily celebration and commemoration of our REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus. And as my legal consul (SAN) friend and elder will say to me in Nigeria slang – ‘nothing do you’, ‘carry go’ – enjoy your moments. Your triumph and victory are secured and safe in Christ Jesus. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, IT IS FINISHED: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost” John 19:30.

SUMMARY:

The message declares that our redemption in Christ Jesus is complete, as Jesus said, “IT IS FINISHED” (John 19:30).

Key Points:

  1. Redemption in Christ is complete.
  2. Believers are encouraged to celebrate and commemorate this redemption daily.
  3. Triumph and victory are secured in Christ Jesus.
  4. Enjoy life’s moments, as a Nigerian friend would say “carry go” – you’re good to go, “nothing do you”.

The message ends with an encouragement to rest in the victory secured in Christ.

BLESSED REDEMPTION

April 1, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

BLESSED REDEMPTION: THE PASSOVER – A MEMORIAL OF REDEMPTION!

The is the very simple reason to celebrate and commemorate the crucifixion, death, burial, resurrection, ascension and enthronement of our risen Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ. The PASSOVER feast was instituted by God but first celebrated or observed in Egypt. And it’s done as an act of faith and faithfulness towards God for the deliverance of Israelites (Hebrews 11:24-29; Exodus 12:1-36), to MARK and ENACT the people of God’s deliverance from the bondage of slavery into their promised blessing.

“Now about that time Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some from the church. 2 Then he killed James the brother of John with the sword. 3 And because he saw that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to seize Peter also. Now it was during the DAYS OF UNLEAVENED BREAD. 4 So when he had arrested him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four squads of soldiers to keep him, intending to bring him before the people after PASSOVER” Acts 12:1-5/NKJV.

PASSOVER was a divine contact and ORDINANCE for deliverance, victory, protection, peace, restoration and covenant to set His people free from Egypt, a place of bondage, suffering, death, torture, rigour and absolute hopelessness (Exodus 1:1-22). It was a foreshadow of what Christ has done for us now, as the PASSOVER Lamb sacrifice – crucified – for our REDEMPTION from the clutches and bondage of darkness into His marvellous light (Colossians 1:13-14; Galatians 1:3-5).

That’s the essence of the communion services that’s been held as often as allowable to be made happen. Jesus’ recall and instituted it again with His disciples. Ensuring that it becomes MEMORIAL – Memorable. Hence, the PASSOVER is the MEMORIAL of our REDEMPTION. Amen.

Genuine Bible love can be known by its outworking, as seen in Scriptures:

“By this we KNOW love, because He LAID down His life for us. And we also ought to LAY down our lives for the brethren” 1 John 3:16.

“This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. 13 GREATER love hath no man than this, that a man LAY DOWN his life for his friends. 14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you” John 15:12-14.

PASSOVER is expressing the genuine Bible LOVE – Laying your life down for the good of others as Jesus did.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? 7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. FOR EVEN CHRIST OUR PASSOVER IS SACRIFICED FOR US: 8 therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth” 1 Corinthians 5:6-8.

20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the NEW TESTAMENT in MY BLOOD, which is shed for you” Luke 22:7-20

Further Scriptural Reading: Exodus 12:14-28. Acts 12:1-4; 1 Corinthians 10:16-18; 1 Corinthians 5:6-8; 1 Peter 1:18-21.

SUMMARY:

The message explores the significance of the Passover and its connection to Jesus Christ’s sacrifice, emphasising the importance of commemorating His crucifixion, death, burial, resurrection, ascension, and enthronement.

Key Points:

  1. Passover: A Memorial of Redemption: The Passover was instituted by God to commemorate Israel’s deliverance from slavery in Egypt (Exodus 12:1-36). It foreshadowed Christ’s sacrifice as the Passover Lamb, securing redemption from sin and bondage (Colossians 1:13-14, Galatians 1:3-5).
  2. Christ, Our Passover: Jesus is the fulfillment of the Passover, sacrificed for our redemption (1 Corinthians 5:6-8). His sacrifice brings deliverance from darkness, sin, and bondage.
  3. Unleavened Bread of Sincerity and Truth: Believers are called to “keep the feast” with unleavened bread, symbolising sincerity and truth, purging malice and wickedness (1 Corinthians 5:8).
  4. Genuine Bible Love: True love is demonstrated by laying down one’s life for others, as Jesus did (1 John 3:16, John 15:12-14). Passover represents this love, calling believers to love and serve others selflessly.
  5. Communion: A Memorial: Jesus instituted communion (Luke 22:7-20) as a memorial of His sacrifice, reminding believers of their redemption and calling them to live in sincerity, truth, and love.

The message encourages reflection on the significance of Christ’s sacrifice and the call to demonstrate genuine Bible love in daily life.

YOU CAN NOW LIVE AND REIGN IN LIFE BY THE RISEN POWER

April 1, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

YOU CAN NOW LIVE AND REIGN IN LIFE BY THE RISEN POWER: THE RISEN POWER ENABLES YOU TO CREATE YOUR DESIRED WORLDS IN CHRIST JESUS – AMEN!

“. . . But if the Spirit of him that RAISED up Jesus from the dead DWELL IN YOU, he that RAISED up Christ from the dead shall also QUICKEN (GIVE LIFE TO) your MORTAL BODIES by his Spirit that DWELLETH in you” Romans 8:9-11/Emphasis Mine.

It’s time to create, initiate, explore and innovate a new you in Christ Jesus by the reason of the DONE WORK of our REDEMPTION in Him.

The PASSOVER – EASTER week and holiday may come and go, but the ESSENCE of PASSOVER lives on for all eternity. The ESSENCE of REDEMPTION in SUM was to end the three basic human failures in God’s sight, which originated from Adam in Eden – these failures being the consequence [effect] of SIN, namely the Sinful NATURE:

“For He hath made Him to be SIN for us, who KNEW NO SIN; that we might be MADE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in Him” 2 Corinthians 5:21.

  • Spiritual Death (Results from Adamic treason – SIN).
  • Poverty (Impoverishment) – (The Effect Of Spiritual Death – SIN)
  • Sickness and Disease (The Effect Of Spiritual Death – SIN).

These aforementioned are the effect, result and consequences of human depraved state resulting from SIN – the SINFUL NATURE; and the SINFUL NATURE is due to the fall in Eden resulting the placement of Adamic curses – CURSED OF THE FALL [Genesis 3:1-24] which leads to the CURSED OF THE LAW [Deuteronomy 28:15-68]. The SPIRITUAL DEATH gave birth to PHYSICAL DEATH and to the final blow – ETERNAL DEATH. Then the curse effect of SPIRITUAL DEATH brought about POVERTY and SICKNESS (PESTILENCE – DISEASE).

Now, today, we can THANK God for our REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus, which enables us to commemorate and celebrate our Triumphant Victory in Him; and to do LIFE and LIVE GODLY continually WITHOUT shame, fear, inferiority complexes and intimidations. For there is therefore NOW, no more CONDEMNATION, instead, is the enabling grace of God, GIVEN to us in Christ Jesus, in order to be functional and triumphant in our mortal being in Him. This enabling grace helps us to CREATE our REDEMPTION worlds over our human failures and limitations in every way of DOING LIFE [Romans 8:1-2; 2 Corinthians 2:14].

THEREFORE, IT THUS MEAN –

  • that every Adamic mortal limitation can and has been quickened in REDEMPTION, and we are NOW made alive in REDEMPTION to live and reign in Christ Jesus, operating ABOVE and beyond those limitations in all life circumstances – [Ephesians 2; Colossians 2 & 3; Revelation 5:9-12; Colossians 1:12-14; 1 Peter 2:4-10].
  • You can live ABOVE your mortal being weakness and limitations in Sickness, Poverty and Spiritual Bondages of the fall by the quickening Spirit of God that indwell in us – [Romans 8:1-2, 9-11; 1 John 4:4-6; 1 John 5:3-5; Hebrews 11:1-3].
  • There’s the ENABLING POWER that will accompany ALL who RECEIVE Christ Jesus into their personal life, and duly BELIEVE in the accomplished work of REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus for them – [John 1:11-12; John 14:15-17; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8; Mark 16:15-20; Matthew 28:18-20; Luke 10:17-20].
  • There’s the enabling and empowering to CREATE wealth in order to end poverty as enshrined in our COVENANTED BILL OF RIGHTS IN REDEMPTION – [Deuteronomy 8:18; 3 John 2; Psalms 37:25; Psalms 35:27; John 10:10].

Know that when Christ Jesus was betrayed and crucified, when He died and was buried, when He rose from the dead (grave), ascended, and was enthroned, the scriptures indicates and enjoined that we were in that process of REDEMPTION. And if you can actualise that IDENTIFICATION, the SPIRIT of the ESSENCE will begin to manifest in fullness in your life.

Therefore, let that same Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead, dwell in you, in order to QUICKEN, that is, ACTIVATE your mortal being to live again, from every known and unknown Adamic limitations [Romans 5:12-21]. May the scriptures begin to be fulfilled in your life as written in Romans 8:11 in Jesus’ name. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Beloved, I wish ABOVE ALL things that thou mayest PROSPER and be in HEALTH, even as thy soul PROSPERETH. 3 John 2.

“. . . But if the Spirit of him that RAISED up Jesus from the dead DWELL IN YOU, he that RAISED up Christ from the dead shall also QUICKEN (GIVE LIFE TO) your MORTAL BODIES by his Spirit that DWELLETH in you” Romans 8:9-11 (Emphasis Mine).

“He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as RECEIVED him, to them GAVE he POWER to BECOME the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on his name” John 1:11-12.

“. . . 17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; MUCH MORE they which RECEIVE ABUNDANCE OF GRACE and of the gift of righteousness shall REIGN IN LIFE by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto JUSTIFICATION OF LIFE. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be MADE RIGHTEOUS. 20 Moreover, the law entered, that the offence might abound. BUT WHERE SIN ABOUNDED, GRACE DID MUCH MORE ABOUND: 21 that as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might GRACE REIGN through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord” Romans 5:12-21.

“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that GIVETH thee POWER to GET (CREATE) WEALTH, that he may ESTABLISH his COVENANT which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day” Deuteronomy 8:18 (Emphasis Mine).

MONTH APRIL & EASTER: MONTH OF ENACTING AND REKINDLING – OUR REDEMPTION TO TRIUMPH BY THE EFFICACIOUS BLOOD OF THE LAMB!

Month APRIL is the fourth month of the year in the Gregorian calendar and the fifth in the early Julian, the first of four months to have a length of 30 days, and the second of five months to have a length of less than 31 days. April is associated with springtime, new beginnings, and a time to bloom.

Month APRIL and EASTER, is the Month of enacting and rekindling of our REDEMPTION in commemorating and celebrating the CRUCIFIXION, DEATH, BURIAL, RESURRECTION, ASCENSION and ENTHRONEMENT of Our Saviour and Lord Christ Jesus. Amen.

The efficacious BLOOD OF THE LAMB – Our SAVIOUR and LORD, JESUS CHRIST – is Our ANTIDOTE And ONSLAUGHT against the ENEMY and COHORTS, strengthening our FAITH as we live and walk godly in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Now thanks be unto God, which ALWAYS causeth us to TRIUMPH in Christ, and maketh MANIFEST the savour of his KNOWLEDGE by us in EVERY PLACE” 2 Corinthians 2:14.

“And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come SALVATION, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the POWER of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they OVERCAME him by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, and by THE WORD of their TESTIMONY; and they loved not their lives unto the death” Revelation 12:11.

“Giving thanks to the Father who has QUALIFIED us to be PARTAKERS of the INHERITANCE of the saints in the light. 13 He has DELIVERED us from the power of darkness and CONVEYED (TRANSLATED) us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have REDEMPTION through His BLOOD, the FORGIVENESS of sins” Colossians 1:12-14. NKJV

“In whom we have REDEMPTION through HIS BLOOD, the FORGIVENESS of sins, according to the RICHES of His Grace” Ephesians 1:7.

“And they sung a NEW SONG, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED us to God by thy BLOOD out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 and hast MADE us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall REIGN on the earth. 11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; 12 saying with a loud voice, Worthy is THE LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN TO RECEIVE POWER, and RICHES, and WISDOM, and STRENGTH, and HONOUR, and GLORY, and BLESSING” Revelation 5:9-12.

“And the Lord spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, 2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you. 3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them EVERY MAN A LAMB, according to the house of their fathers, a LAMB for an house: 4 and if the household be too little for the LAMB, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the LAMB. 5 YOUR LAMB SHALL BE WITHOUT BLEMISH, A MALE OF THE FIRST YEAR: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats: 6 and ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening. 7 And they shall take of the BLOOD, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it. 8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, AND UNLEAVENED BREAD; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it. 9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof. 10 And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire. 11 And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the Lord’s Passover. 12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord. 13 And the BLOOD shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: AND WHEN I SEE THE BLOOD, I WILL PASS OVER YOU, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt” Exodus 12:1-13.
