THE HOLY SPIRIT IS OUR GOD-GIVEN HELPER: STOP THAT CONCEPT OF LOOKING TO MAN AND MAKING MAN YOUR ACCLAIMED “DESTINY HELPER”!

“God is our REFUGE and STRENGTH, a very PRESENT HELP in trouble” Psalms 46:1

I know and believe that God uses people at various times, in the past and present, to fulfil His PURPOSE. And He will still use people of all kinds to assist us as His children in fulfilling His PURPOSE for us, in order to ADVANCE HIS KINGDOM CAUSES and to keep the ENEMY and his COHORTS at bay.

And in all the use of people, Father God, in Christ Jesus and empowered by the Holy Spirit, remains the primary and only SOURCE and HELPER of Believers in God, in Christ Jesus.

Anything contrary to this is man-made, make-believe and idolatry.

And for anyone to THINK or ATTRIBUTE that a CERTAIN individual or group of people are to be seen or to be owned personally as your “HELPER”, or in the words of the current atmosphere in use “DESTINY HELPER”, is unscriptural.

Much more and worse, for someone to be praying that such person or people considered to be their HELPERS should be RESTLESS, STRESSFUL, WITHOUT PEACE, WITHOUT SLEEP and the like, until such a person or people help them; that is not only unscriptural, but very worrisome indeed — such a concept or acts of PRAYERS to God in the name of Jesus.

Any of the above-mentioned dimensions and such like behavioural expectations breed the spirit of ENTITLEMENT, and that is unscriptural in all matters of doing life and living godly in grace, in Christ Jesus.

Such exposure to entitlement makes the individual gullible, causes them to live in falsehood, to live under fate indoctrination, puppet religion, religiosity, perversion, distortion and the like.

I make bold to challenge anyone, and I also dare to say to anyone now, that there is no SCRIPTURAL basis for such an unprecedented behavioural state. Neither is it mentioned anywhere that man has BECOME our ANSWER to God’s own PURPOSE in and about our life, in Christ Jesus’ BLESSEDNESS.

And that such actions, concepts and behavioural mindsets of owning or attributing an individual or people as our HELPERS, will not LEAD anyone in Christ Jesus to fulfil DIVINELY approved PURPOSES in their path of LIFE and GODLY LIVING. But it may however satisfy the APPLAUD and HYPE of men for self-gratification, oppression and victimisation of an individual or people who refuse such inclinations.

HEREIN ARE A FEW REASONS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Firstly, the Holy Writ in Ephesians 1:3 indicates that every Born Again child of God is unconditionally BLESSED in grace — meaning EMPOWERED to Succeed, to Triumph, to be Victorious, to BECOME, to Thrive, to Create, Innovate and Explore; and to be More Than Conquerors and Overcomers and the like.

Secondly, the Holy Writ in Ephesians 1:5 and 11 indicates that each of us, and all of us together, who are born of God are already PREDESTINED to become in God whatever we desire in PURPOSE to be in Him, according to His WILL concerning us — 1 John 5:14-15.

And Romans 8:28-30 further amplifies that as PREDESTINED people of God, all things have been DESIGNED by God to work together for our good and goodness because we LOVE the Lord God. And God has JUSTIFIED us, CHOSEN us, FOREKNOWN us, PREDESTINED us and GLORIFIED us in Christ Jesus.

And if we ARE what the Scriptures say we ARE in God, in Christ Jesus, how then can people still say they are either SEARCHING for their destiny or PURSUING their destiny in Christ Jesus?

And as such, somebody must be RESPONSIBLE and be held ACCOUNTABLE to be their DESTINY HELPER, or the HELPER to make them FULFIL their God-given and assigned PURPOSE or PURPOSES.

I have begun to worry for some Christians in certain quarters whom I have seen making ENEMIES and ENMITY out of people by the kind of prayers they are making, because they have assumed that they have not been helped or are not receiving helping hands to fulfil their acclaimed DESTINY. This means their labelled DESTINY HELPER is undermining them and should be CURSED or MAIMED for not fulfilling their desired obligations or intended goals.

Someone I thought should know better sent me this message that got me wondering what has happened to the Church, or what is happening to some Church members today in certain quarters.

“There are no GREAT men, only HELPED men . . . Whatever stands between you and HELPERS be removed now. May your HELPER be RESTLESS today until they HELP you in Jesus’ Name”

I have tried to remove the name of the originator for conscience’ sake, knowing he is someone notable in places and a positioned person in the Body of Christ. This is to safeguard DECENCY in the Body of Christ’s sacred Ministry, for which I am called to share and partake, and of course, truly believe God is building.

Honestly I was shocked, though not surprised, because I have seen lots of such like acts of PRAYERS going on in some certain quarters for a while now, which is very disturbing and many are already questioning it.

I am emboldened to say that such line of PRAYER or PRAYERS are unwarranted and they are unscriptural, and must not be a part of the NEW CREATION in Christ Jesus acts of PRAYERS by any means.

As New Creation, we ARE REDEEMED, CALLED, CHOSEN, PREDESTINED, JUSTIFIED and GLORIFIED by God in His FOREKNOWN plan in Christ Jesus, as written in Romans 8:28-30.

The Scripture in Ephesians 1:1-12 thus indicates that God has BLESSED us, CHOSEN us, ACCEPTED us, PREDESTINED us, in Him to fulfil PURPOSE.

And to be BLESSED therefore means to be EMPOWERED to succeed, thrive, triumph, to be more than conquerors, to become and to be an overcomer and a victor in Christ Jesus.

It is not only that we have been BLESSED, but we have been PREDESTINATED to BECOME in LIFE and GODLINESS — Godly Living — in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

And when you know that God has BLESSED you and PREDESTINATED you in Christ Jesus to SUCCEED, having CHOSEN you, you need not think that any man can HELP or be your sole HELPER personified, to make you BE or BECOME what God has MADE you to be in Him, in Christ Jesus’ stead.

God will use people to fulfil PURPOSE in our life, surely. And we do not owe or own such people, to name them DESTINY HELPERS and go PRAYING that they should be RESTLESS until they come and help you.

For you are your own destiny, PREDESTINED of God to become in LIFE and GODLY LIVING.

It thus means, if God MADE you as said, only Him and Him alone, can HELP you or be your HELPER in fulfilling His PURPOSE in your life in His BLESSEDNESS, in Christ Jesus.

No man is to be stationed or be defined, acclaimed or looked up to in such regards. It is a deception of the Enemy and his Cohorts to limit us and hinder us from the helping hand of God.

Therefore, let us walk as obedient children and as Christ Ambassadors, respecting the supply that God, our HELP and HELPER, will generate by Himself through men to make us fulfil His will — PURPOSE — in our Life and Godly Living.

This will put an end to all discord, schism, acrimony and enmity that have built up over time among individuals and in the Churches of Christ, through some ridiculous acts of praying to “possess” people as our inheritance in the name of “HELPERS” or “DESTINY HELPERS”.

I pray God gives you Wisdom — knowledge and understanding — in the light of the Scriptures. I pray you live to fulfil PURPOSE by God in every way, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“God is our REFUGE and STRENGTH, a very PRESENT HELP in trouble. 2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah” Psalms 46:1-3.

“Likewise the Spirit also HELPETH our INFIRMITIES (Limitations, Failures, Shortfalls, Inadequacies etc): for we know not WHAT we should pray for as we OUGHT: but the Spirit itself MAKETH intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that SEARCHETH the HEARTS knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the WILL of God” Romans 8:26-27.

“For as MANY as are LED by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” Romans 8:14.

“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will GUIDE you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will SHEW you things to come. 14 He shall GLORIFY me: for he shall RECEIVE of mine, and shall SHEW it unto you” John 16:13-14.

SUMMARY
The message teaches us to STOP LOOKING TO MAN AND CALLING HIM YOUR “DESTINY HELPER” — THE HOLY SPIRIT IS YOUR GOD-GIVEN HELPER.

This TEACHING confronts the unscriptural practice of praying that people be made “RESTLESS” until they help you. It calls the Church back to truth: God alone, in Christ Jesus and by the Holy Spirit, is our SOURCE and HELPER.

People may be used by God, but they are not to be owned, manipulated, idolised, or cursed in the name of “DESTINY HELPERS”. As NEW CREATIONS we are already BLESSED, CHOSEN, PREDESTINATED, JUSTIFIED and GLORIFIED in Christ. Therefore, we must walk and be led by the Spirit, not by entitlement.

KEY POINTS:

GOD IS OUR TRUE AND PRESENT HELP
Our help does not come from the manipulation of men, but from God Himself.

AS NEW CREATION YOU ARE ALREADY BLESSED AND PREDESTINATED
You do not need to “search” for destiny. In Christ you have been EMPOWERED to succeed, triumph and fulfil PURPOSE.
Ephesians 1:3 — Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath BLESSED us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ
Ephesians 1:5, 11 — Having PREDESTINATED us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself… being PREDESTINATED according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will

GOD MAY USE PEOPLE, BUT HE ALONE IS THE SOURCE
People are vessels God uses, but they are not to be possessed, named, or cursed as “DESTINY HELPERS”. Trust must remain in God.

Making man your “helper” leads to falsehood, puppet religion, discord, schism and victimisation. It shifts focus from God to man.

Call to Action

RETURN YOUR TRUST TO GOD ALONE: Acknowledge THE HOLY SPIRIT as your God-given HELPER. Psalms 46:1 — God is our REFUGE and STRENGTH, a very PRESENT HELP in trouble
STOP THE “DESTINY HELPER” PRAYERS: Repent of prayers that bind, curse or manipulate people. Do not make flesh your arm. Jeremiah 17:7 — BLESSED is the man that TRUSTETH in the Lord, and whose HOPE the Lord is the Lord
WALK IN YOUR PREDESTINATED IDENTITY: You are already BLESSED, CHOSEN and PREDESTINATED. Live from that place. Meditate on Ephesians 1:1-12 and Romans 8:28-30
BE LED BY THE SPIRIT: Allow the Spirit to GUIDE you, INTERCEDE for you, and SHOW you things to come. John 16:13 — when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will GUIDE you into all truth
HONOUR GOD’S SUPPLY THROUGH MEN, BUT DO NOT WORSHIP THE VESSEL: Respect the people God uses, but do not own them or make them your source. God will generate the help He wills, in His timing.

Final Charge: Walk as obedient children and Christ Ambassadors. Let God be your HELP and HELPER. Cease from acts that create discord in the Body. Live to fulfil PURPOSE by God in every way, in Christ Jesus’ stead.

GOD RULES AND REIGNS – FEAR NOT: CHEER UP, STIR UP YOUR SPIRIT BEING AND BE AT PEACE – THE WORD WORKS!

“Wherefore I put thee in REMEMBRANCE that thou STIR UP the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. 7 For God hath not GIVEN us the spirit of FEAR; but of POWER, and of LOVE, and of a SOUND MIND” 2 Timothy 1:6-7.

Be at PEACE — God is in control — even in the midst of all the challenges and unstable circumstances in the world today.

There is peace in the midst of the storms of life, because God loves and cares for all who call upon Him.

“BE CAREFUL FOR NOTHING; but in every thing by PRAYER and SUPPLICATION with THANKSGIVING let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the PEACE of God, which PASSETH ALL UNDERSTANDING, shall keep your HEARTS and MINDS through Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:6-7.

Take time to stir up your spirit being in grace, and prayerfully ponder on the Holy Writ — the Scriptures available in the SCRIPTURAL thoughts.

For God reigns over all. He rules over all.

You are bigger than your fear and greater than the enemy you fear, because the Greater One lives and reigns within you and through you in all that pertains to LIFE and GODLINESS in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

“Ye ARE of God, little children, and have OVERCOME them: because GREATER is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They ARE of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We ARE of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error” 1 John 4:4-6.

God had promised by His grace through the scriptures to deliver us from this wicked and evil world, and to have and share in His peace, so long we live within and through the context of His word accordingly.

“Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who gave himself for our sins, THAT HE MIGHT DELIVER US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL WORLD, according to the WILL of God and our Father: 5 to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen” Galatians 1:3-5.

Our Father God, He is the good and faithful, true and sure God, who COMMANDS LIGHT TO SHINE OUT OF DARKNESS, AND NOT UPON DARKNESS.

Meaning, in the midst of that thunderstorm, challenges, and unpredictable happenings around you, know this TRUTH: that God KNOWS you, and will bring forth your light out of the total darkness surrounding you at this very moment of your dark challenges and circumstances.

Only be still and be calm in the grace in Christ Jesus. Look within you, and behold the majestic Father God, at work in your today and tomorrow, in the now.

“For it is the God who COMMANDED LIGHT TO SHINE OUT OF DARKNESS, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ” 2 Corinthians 4:6.

I pray you find grace, wisdom and speed in every way in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus’ stead for your today and tomorrow.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“The earth is the Lord’s, AND THE FULNESS THEREOF; the world, AND THEY THAT DWELL THEREIN. 2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods” Psalms 24:1-2.

“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye MIGHT HAVE PEACE. In the world ye shall have tribulation: BUT BE OF GOOD CHEER; I have overcome the world” John 16:33.

“For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: AND THIS IS THE VICTORY THAT OVERCOMETH THE WORLD, EVEN OUR FAITH. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:3-5.

“For I reckon that the SUFFERINGS OF THIS PRESENT TIME are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God” Romans 8:18-19.

SUMMARY:

This is a charge of faith, courage, and peace for the Believer in Christ. GOD RULES AND REIGNS — FEAR NOT. In the midst of storms, challenges, and an unstable world, you are to STIR UP YOUR SPIRIT, BE AT PEACE, and REMEMBER THE WORD WORKS. Because the Greater One lives in you, you have overcome. God is actively commanding light out of your darkness, delivering you from this evil world, and keeping your heart with His peace as you pray and trust in Him.

KEY POINTS:

STIR UP THE GIFT AND REJECT FEAR
— Wherefore I put thee in REMEMBRANCE that thou STIR UP the gift of God, which is in thee

Even in unstable circumstances, there is peace because God loves and cares for all who call upon Him.

— The earth is the Lord’s, AND THE FULNESS THEREOF; the world, AND THEY THAT DWELL THEREIN
Take time to stir up your spirit being in grace, and prayerfully ponder the Holy Writ.
— For I reckon that the SUFFERINGS OF THIS PRESENT TIME are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us

CALL TO ACTION

STIR UP YOUR SPIRIT: — Stir up the gift of God, which is in thee. Do not be passive. Fan the flame of grace and faith in you.
PRAY WITH THANKSGIVING, NOT FEAR: — by PRAYER and SUPPLICATION with THANKSGIVING let your requests be made known unto God. Hand every challenge to Him.
BE STILL AND BEHOLD GOD AT WORK: In the thunderstorm, be calm. Look within and see the majestic Father God at work in your today and tomorrow.
WALK IN THE WORD AND FAITH: — THIS IS THE VICTORY THAT OVERCOMETH THE WORLD, EVEN OUR FAITH. Let the Word be your final authority and peace.
CHEER UP — THE WORD WORKS: — BE OF GOOD CHEER; God have overcome the world. God rules and reigns. You are delivered, kept, and victorious in Christ Jesus.

FORE-Telling And FORTH-Telling

FORE-Telling And FORTH-Telling: The Difference As To The OLD And NEW TESTAMENT – PROPHETS And PROPHECY!

Don’t be deceived and mistaken again by anyone — because YOU ARE your own PROPHET.

Meaning therefore, that you can EXAMINE, that is, JUDGE the spirit before you AFFIRM any PROPHECY blindly — for the Holy Spirit of God LIVES in you to ASCERTAIN the TRUTH that assures, ensures, and sets one FREE.

FEAR NOT THEREFORE ANYMORE!

“Let the PROPHETS speak two or three, and let the other JUDGE (EXAMINE)” 1 Corinthians 14:29 (Emphasis Mine).

For a while now, the majority of innocent Christians have ended up in more bondage in their curiosity to obtain miracles or blessings from SO CALLED PROPHETS, who unknowingly are more like FORTUNE TELLERS operating by SPELLS.

I have used the word “SO CALLED PROPHETS” because such are not genuine in respect to the genuine PROPHETS of God, by the obvious unscriptural acts and vices they have exposed people to in their vulnerability.

For God’s GENUINE PROPHET is CALLED and SENT FORTH as a MESSENGER with His message, which does not take advantage of people’s vulnerability.

Firstly, the Scriptures accredit the essence of the PROPHET and PROPHETIC Ministry in both the OLD and NEW Testaments — Ephesians 4:11-16.
Unfortunately, their acts of OPERATIONS, ADMINISTRATIONS, and MANIFESTATIONS are not the same. They are contrary across both TESTAMENTS — 1 Corinthians 12:4-7. And unfortunately, many are exerting and exercising the intents of the OLD TESTAMENT in the NEW TESTAMENT.

In the OLD TESTAMENT there were three classes of LEADERSHIP:

The KING — To oversee, protect, and defend in civic governance of the people.

The PRIEST — To minister to God on behalf of the people.

The PROPHET — To HEAR and RECEIVE the WORD from Father God for the people.

And more importantly, none of them, or the people of that TESTAMENT assigned to LEAD, were BORN AGAIN, BAPTISED, AND FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT living within, in order to authenticate the WORD of God as it is today — John 3:3-8, 16-18.

For the Holy Spirit came UPON these three sects as and when needed to accomplish the purposes in their jurisdiction of obligation under God. He came UPON them ONLY. He did not LIVE in them.

And the PROPHET, as per this context, in the OLD TESTAMENT was to HEAR the WORD from God by the Holy Spirit that came UPON them ONLY to minister to God’s people. Hence the purposeful function was to FORETELL — FORE-TELLING — in ministerial UTTERANCES.

And to FORETELL, which is a verb, means to predict as instructed; to tell the future as instructed before it occurs, and to prophesy about God’s intended plan in solving the immediate or future purpose of God to His people.

And in each case God did not leave His people in limbo, but gave direction for their journey to fulfil His intended RIGHTEOUS plan and purpose.

And God did all the intended doings in the OLD TESTAMENT as a process of carrying out His PLAN, PURPOSE, and PURSUIT towards human REDEMPTION, which was to be fulfilled in Christ Jesus — Luke 24:44-45; John 1:45; Galatians 3:23-25.

NOW WE HAVE CHRIST JESUS, THE RESULT AND THE CONSEQUENCE OF THE NEW TESTAMENT.

The NEW TESTAMENT PROPHET, unlike the OLD TESTAMENT PROPHET, differs in many respects. Firstly, REDEMPTION has been fulfilled in Christ Jesus for humanity.

And the people of God today are born of God in grace within, baptised and filled with the indwelling Holy Spirit to guide and guard the respective individual and collective body; and are also given the right to access God unhindered individually and collectively, with no need for a bypass through any person or persons.

And by the indwelling Holy Spirit through God’s WORD, one CAN make JUDGEMENT on any form of PROPHECY or PROPHETIC UTTERANCES of any SORT, to ascertain if it is of God or not.

It thus means that the NEW TESTAMENT PROPHET is ONLY in a position to SPEAK FORTH, that is, to FORTH TELL — FORTH-TELLING — in ministerial UTTERANCES.

And to FORTH TELL is a verb, and it is to tell forth; that is, to publish abroad, make known, spread, shout out, and broadcast the GOSPEL — the Good News of that which has been fulfilled in Christ Jesus on our behalf in REDEMPTION — which result is EDIFICATION, EXHORTATION, and COMFORT — 1 Corinthians 14:3-4. Wherein there is no fear, threat, complex, or unnecessary sentiment used to appeal to anyone at all.

And since we live in the sphere and realm of the Holy Spirit to REVEAL and AUTHENTICATE God’s PLAN, PURPOSE, and PROMISE in Christ Jesus in us by the WORD, we need no such ACTS of the OLD TESTAMENT PROPHET — 1 Corinthians 2:9-10.

Genuine PROPHETIC PROPHECY of God will point one to JESUS and not to self, ego, and personality — Revelation 19:10.

And anyone who claims to have a PROPHETIC PROPHECY and does not submit it to be EXAMINED indicates error, ignorance, pride, rudeness, and self-egoism, and such like — Acts 17:10-13; 1 Corinthians 14:29.

Every PROPHECY must be EXAMINED in the LIGHT of God’s WORD — Isaiah 8:16, 19-20; 2 Peter 1:19-21.

It is unfortunate that some sects of ministers have assumed to become PROPHET or to have a PROPHETIC message — whom I call ‘SO CALLED PROPHETS’. They go about taking advantage of God’s precious people in their ignorance of not being ardent searchers of the SCRIPTURES as BEREAN Christians — Acts 17:10-13, and are exerting and exercising OLD TESTAMENT prophetic ministerial acts on NEW TESTAMENT Believers in Christ Jesus, which is absurd.

These dubious acts being practised are unbiblical and unscriptural, and they result in FORTUNE TELLING — FORTUNE-TELLING/TELLER. This is the act of a person who is supposedly able to predict a person’s future by palmistry, using a crystal ball, or similar methods such as sorcery, spells, witchcraft, and the like — Acts 8:1-25; Acts 19:8-20.

This is FRAUD and FALSEHOOD. And many who do not care to READ, KNOW, and UNDERSTAND God’s WORD by the Holy Spirit have become victims, and are lured into such bondages with all forms of fear and phobias in order to consent to these sentiments.

Dear Believers in Christ, you have the right in Christ Jesus to make JUDGEMENT — to EXAMINE — without being judgemental, on any prophecy no matter who SPEAKS or is SPEAKING — Acts 17:10-13, before you commit your life to it. Otherwise, the consequential error is yours and not God’s, for God is not the AUTHOR of CONFUSION — 1 Corinthians 14:26-33; Matthew 22:29.

THERE’S NO ROOM FOR THE SPIRIT OF FEAR, THREAT, INTIMIDATION AND TORMENT ON GOD’S PEOPLE IN THE NEW TESTAMENT PROPHETIC MINISTRY.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, BUT RATHER THAT YE MAY PROPHESY. 2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 3 But he that PROPHESIETH speaketh unto men to EDIFICATION, and EXHORTATION, and COMFORT . . . 26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. “Wherefore I put thee in REMEMBRANCE that thou STIR UP THE GIFT OF GOD, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. 7 For God hath not given us THE SPIRIT OF FEAR; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” 2 Timothy 1:6-7

“Herein is our LOVE MADE PERFECT (COMPLETE, MATURE, WHOLE), that we may have boldness in the DAY OF JUDGMENT (PREDICAMENT, CHALLENGES, QUESTIONING): because as he is, so are we in this world. 18 There is no FEAR IN LOVE; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love” 1 John 4:17-18 (Emphasis Mine).

The message is a scriptural warning and teaching on FORE-TELLING vs FORTH-TELLING: the difference between OLD TESTAMENT and NEW TESTAMENT Prophets and Prophecy.
Because Christ has come and the Holy Spirit now LIVES IN us, YOU ARE your own PROPHET. You have the right to EXAMINE and JUDGE every prophecy. Do not be deceived by “SO CALLED PROPHETS” who operate like FORTUNE TELLERS. New Testament prophecy must point to Jesus and produce EDIFICATION, EXHORTATION, and COMFORT — not fear, bondage, or manipulation.

OLD TESTAMENT = FORE-TELLING
The Spirit came UPON them as and when needed.
Offices: KING to govern, PRIEST to minister to God, PROPHET to HEAR and RECEIVE the WORD for the people.
None were BORN AGAIN or FILLED with the Spirit living within John 3:3-8 — Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Function: To FORETELL — predict as instructed, to tell the future and God’s plan.
Purpose: To lead Israel toward REDEMPTION fulfilled in Christ Jesus Luke 24:44-45 — all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
NEW TESTAMENT = FORTH-TELLING
REDEMPTION is FULFILLED in Christ. We are BORN OF GOD, BAPTISED and FILLED with the indwelling Holy Spirit John 14:16-17 — And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth.
We have direct access to God with no bypass. By the Spirit and the Word, one CAN make JUDGEMENT on any PROPHECY 1 Corinthians 14:29 — let the other JUDGE | Acts 17:11 — they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
The New Testament Prophet SPEAKS FORTH — to publish, make known, and broadcast the Gospel.
Result: 1 Corinthians 14:3-4 — he that PROPHESIETH speaketh unto men to EDIFICATION, and EXHORTATION, and COMFORT. No fear, threat, or intimidation.
HOW TO SPOT “SO CALLED PROPHETS” / FORTUNE TELLERS
They exercise OLD TESTAMENT acts on NEW TESTAMENT people. This is unbiblical and leads to bondage.
FORTUNE TELLING is like sorcery, spells, palmistry, witchcraft Acts 8:9-11 — But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery | Acts 19:19 — many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together. This is FRAUD and FALSEHOOD.
Revelation 19:10 — FOR THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS IS THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. Any true prophecy will point to Jesus, not to self or ego.
THE WORD IS THE FINAL TEST
Isaiah 8:20 — To the LAW and to the TESTIMONY: if they SPEAK NOT ACCORDING TO THIS WORD, it is because there is NO LIGHT IN THEM
2 Peter 1:19-20 — We have also A MORE SURE WORD OF PROPHECY; whereunto ye do well that ye TAKE HEED… knowing this first, that NO PROPHECY OF THE SCRIPTURE IS OF ANY PRIVATE INTERPRETATION
Be like the BEREANS Acts 17:11 — they searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
1 Corinthians 14:33 — For God is not the AUTHOR OF CONFUSION, but of peace.

Call to Action

STIR UP THE GIFT IN YOU: 2 Timothy 1:6 — Stir up the gift of God, which is in thee. Stop depending blindly on men.
EXAMINE EVERYTHING: No matter who speaks, JUDGE it by the Word before you commit your life to it 1 Corinthians 14:29 — let the other JUDGE | 1 John 4:1 — believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God.
BE A BEREAN: READ, KNOW, and UNDERSTAND God’s WORD daily Acts 17:11.
REJECT FEAR AND MANIPULATION: 1 John 4:18 — There is no FEAR IN LOVE; but perfect love casteth out fear. Walk away from threats, spells, and fortune-telling.
DESIRE FORTH-TELLING: 1 Corinthians 14:1 — desire spiritual gifts, BUT RATHER THAT YE MAY PROPHESY — to edify, exhort and comfort 1 Corinthians 14:3.

Final Charge:
NOW WE HAVE CHRIST. The Spirit is IN you. Test all things. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Be free. Be informed. Be fulfilled.

YOU ARE BORN OF GOD TO SUCCEED AND BE FULFILLED: THROUGH THE PRINCIPLE OF THE WORD – AND NOT BY ANY DEFINED METHODS!

“This Book of the LAW shall not DEPART from your mouth, but YOU shall MEDITATE in it day and night, that YOU may OBSERVE to do according to all that is written in it. For then YOU will MAKE YOUR way PROSPEROUS, and then YOU will have GOOD SUCCESS” Joshua 1:8.

Success, to me, is failure turned inside out. It is the ability and capacity of using God’s Word in context, and in principle, to cause a failed state to become a successful state again. Anything otherwise is abuse, scam, and fraud. For in life, ABUSE means – ABNORMAL [ABNORMALLY] USE of anything in principle against its intended expectations. It is a result of being uninformed of the PURPOSE of a thing. There is ABUSE in almost every place in life – abuse of individuals or people, position, relationship, family and marital life, power, material resources [money, time and effort], opportunities, and facilitating materials, and such like.

An example of an abusive atmosphere can be found in marriages. In some marriages, because most people are not properly INFORMED of the PURPOSE of MARRIAGE, they abuse their spouses. We often see how much resources are spent in FORTUNES in terms of – Time, Money, Material, People and Effort – in preparing for a one-day WEDDING; while those same people make no adequate preparation to ensure an assured life journey. And in some cases, those involved are not properly INFORMED with the set PLAN, PURPOSE, and PURSUIT for them to be successful in the intended MARRIAGE; and that marriage itself is supposedly to be a lifetime journey in grace, till death do either or both apart. And yes, everyone clamours for success and excellence but challenges the principles meant to keep them responsible and accountable to their desired causes in context and content.

“Jesus answered and said to them, “You are MISTAKEN [ERRING], not KNOWING the Scriptures [PRINCIPLE OF GODLY LIVING] nor the power of God” Matthew 22:29/Emphasis Mine.

It is because of some people’s failure in principle regarding the purpose of a thing, that is why we see today so much infighting and abuse within; and so many unnecessary reasons being given for divorce, or for divorcing one another respectively.

And thus, happenings that OUGHT not to be, especially in a Born Again Believer’s home in Christ Jesus.

And unfortunately in most cases, where children are involved, they get them innocently drawn in. And that has created an incomprehensible and unimaginable, devastating and depressing state of mind for the children in such marital relationships.

Some will have their children abused, irrespective, for the same lack of an informed state — in context, in principle, and in purpose — of being blessed with these blessed children.

A fulfilling life is more than mere wishes; otherwise everyone would have it with ease. It is built and achieved through the principles laid out in God’s Word in context. That is how the content can be materialised and be fulfilled purposefully and meaningfully in grace.

“And say to Archippus, TAKE HEED to the MINISTRY which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou FULFIL it” Colossians 4:17.

“He that TILLETH [CULTIVATED] his land shall have PLENTY OF BREAD: but he that FOLLOWETH AFTER VAIN PERSONS shall have POVERTY enough. 20 A FAITHFUL man shall abound with blessings: but he that MAKETH HASTE to be rich shall NOT BE INNOCENT. 21 To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress. 22 He that HASTETH to be rich hath an evil eye, and considereth not that poverty shall come upon him” Proverbs 28:19-24.

“He that TILLETH [CULTIVATED] his land shall be SATISFIED with bread: but he that FOLLOWETH VAIN PERSONS is void of understanding” Proverbs 12:11/Emphasis mine.

The KNOWLEDGE of a thing empowers and emancipates. It helps to make an informed decision by the Word of God and to fulfil purpose in context and content.

While IGNORANCE is not just bad enough, it is a DIS-EASE [AN UNEASE] — a place and position that is worse than any cancerous disease of any sort. For by it, many talents, visions, and dreams to enhance life and godly living have ended up in the GRAVEYARDS unfulfilled.

And in some cases it has created a failed individual, in a failed family, in a failed community, in a failed society; and robbed such of creativity, innovation, and the power to initiate and explore opportunities to greatness that is fulfilling in purpose and in the principles the world desires to behold.

“Truly, these times of IGNORANCE God overlooked, but now COMMANDS all men everywhere to REPENT (change of heart), 31 because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead“ Acts 17:30-31/Emphasis Mine.

In life as a child of God, you can only recover and enter your place of greatness and fulfilment when you discover the PRINCIPLE of the WORKING WORD of God to that your intended VISION. This is profound when one take the light from Habakkuk 2:1-4 especially the verses 2 which states:

“. . . And the Lord answered me, and said, WRITE the VISION, and MAKE it PLAIN upon TABLES, that he may RUN that READETH it . . .”.

The Habakkuk scripture did not say — “He that RUNS or RUNNETH may READ”, but rather said — “He MAY RUN that READS or READETH”; which thus means, NO READING, then NO RUNNING, no matter the prevailing circumstances.

The principle herein is this — you have to READ in order to know and understand; you need to be fully informed of the context and principle; you need to obtain the required KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of the said VISIONED CONCEPT. That is, to have the clarity to enable you to WALK in WISDOM before running with that intended life vision, which could be in these terms but not limited to:

Executing a Business/Enterprise

Pursuing a Career

Positioning a Ministerial Gospel Ministry

Pursuing Governance in Politics/Government

Pursuing Leadership in any Management

Pursuing Matters of Marriage/Relationship

Pursuing any such like matters, though not mentioned, that pertain to life and godly living

When you do not READ before you RUN, as Scripturally set as the principle for greatness and fulfilling purpose, then failure and frustration await. Just as many have fallen and become victims of their own creations, simply because of RUNNING ahead by mere ZEAL or PASSION, without READING to KNOW and UNDERSTAND the FULNESS at hand of what it takes in their VISIONED CONCEPT.

I plead with you today, to make amends. RE-EVALUATE your vision by READING it again before RUNNING with it. Your greatness in principle and purpose is enviable when the Scriptural context to the content is taken into consideration.

Therefore, as you set your day’s PLANS, PURPOSES, AND PURSUITS, endeavour to be assured by READING to UNDERSTAND before RUNNING with it. BE WELL INFORMED TO EXPERIENCE GENUINE TRANSFORMATION to a fulfilled life in grace.

God wants you to both SUCCEED and be FULFILLED — only it is by PRINCIPLE and not by METHOD. For what may apply to one case may not apply to another. Hence application by METHODS will fail in most cases, while application by PRINCIPLE will always triumph.

Have a gracious and graceful moment in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

The message is a charge to every Born Again Believer: YOU ARE BORN OF GOD TO SUCCEED AND BE FULFILLED — not by METHOD, but by PRINCIPLE through the Word of God. Success is not accidental. It is the result of READING, KNOWING, and APPLYING God’s Word in context to cause failure to turn into success. When we ignore God’s principles and run with zeal, passion, or methods alone, we produce ABUSE, FRUSTRATION, and UNFULFILLED destinies. God commands us to repent from ignorance, take heed to His Word, and grow into greatness and wholeness in Christ Jesus.

KEY POINTS

Success is Defined by the Word
Joshua 1:8 — “For then you will make your way PROSPEROUS, and then you will have GOOD SUCCESS.”
Success = failure turned inside out. It is the capacity to use God’s Word in context and in principle to restore a failed state. Anything outside this is ABUSE, SCAM, and FRAUD.
Abuse is a Result of Ignorance of Purpose
ABUSE = ABNORMAL USE against God’s intended expectation. It happens in marriage, family, work, ministry, and resources when people are not INFORMED of the PURPOSE, PLAN, and PURSUIT.
Example: People spend fortunes on a one-day WEDDING but make no preparation for a lifetime MARRIAGE. This produces infighting, divorce, and children caught in devastating homes. Matthew 22:29 — “You are MISTAKEN, not KNOWING the Scriptures nor the power of God.”
Ignorance is a DIS-EASE Worse Than Sickness
IGNORANCE buries talents, visions, and dreams in the GRAVEYARD. It creates failed individuals, families, communities, and societies. Acts 17:30 — “God now COMMANDS all men everywhere to REPENT” from ignorance.
KNOWLEDGE empowers and emancipates. It enables informed decisions and fulfilment of purpose.
The Scriptural Order: READ Before You RUN Habakkuk 2:2 — “WRITE the VISION… that he may RUN that READETH it.”
NO READING, then NO RUNNING. You must obtain KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of your VISIONED CONCEPT before you act. This applies to: Business, Career, Ministry, Government, Leadership, Marriage, and all matters of life and godliness. Running with ZEAL without READING leads to failure.
Principle Triumphs Over Method
Colossians 4:17 — “TAKE HEED to the MINISTRY… that thou FULFIL it.”
Proverbs 28:19-20 — The one who TILLETH his land shall have plenty. Haste to be rich brings poverty.

What works by METHOD for one may fail for another. But PRINCIPLE from God’s Word will always triumph and produce fulfilment. God wants you to both SUCCEED and be FULFILLED — by PRINCIPLE.

REPENT FROM IGNORANCE: Acknowledge where you have been running without reading. Choose today to be taught by the Word. Acts 17:30
READ, MEDITATE, AND OBSERVE THE WORD: Let the Book of the Law not depart from your mouth. Meditate day and night so you can observe to do. Joshua 1:8
RE-EVALUATE YOUR VISION: Before you RUN, READ again. Get the context, principle, and fulness of what God is saying about your business, career, ministry, marriage, and leadership.
TAKE HEED TO FULFIL YOUR MINISTRY/PURPOSE: Cultivate your “land”. Be faithful, not hasty. Build with principles, not vain pursuits. Colossians 4:17; Proverbs 12:11
BE WELL INFORMED FOR TRANSFORMATION: As you set your day’s PLANS, PURPOSES, AND PURSUITS, ensure you are rooted in Scriptural context so your content can be materialised and fulfilled in grace.

You are born of God to succeed and be fulfilled. Don’t chase methods. Embrace principles. Read first. Understand first. Walk in wisdom first. Then run — and you will prosper and have good success. Amen.

A BLESSED DAY – MAKE IT YOURS: YOU ARE BLESSED – ENACT IT BY THE WORD AS A WORD DOER!

“But be ye DOERS of the word, and not HEARERS only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a HEARER of the WORD, and not a DOER, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 for he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a DOER of the work, this man shall be BLESSED in his DEED” James 1:22-25.

What is this life! How much is your life worth to you!! Have you ever thought of not waking up to see your desired dreams and aspirations materialise under your watch!!!

Have you ever paused and given thought to your life – that there is no amount of money that can buy your today! I mean, that you slept and woke up into a new day that God has made for you to rejoice and be glad in it – and that it is a gifted Day, at no charge or cost, which many did not wake up to see. Their dreams and aspirations are no more to be executed as they once thought. Do you know that no amount of money and wealth can justify your life and your day outside God’s providence? And your day in God is BLESSED because of God’s essence in upholding His bargain in His word of promise to you and me? Have you taken time today to make a word discovery of your today, for your recovery in today and tomorrow? SELAH- PAUSE AND THINK!.

“This is the DAY the Lord has MADE; We will REJOICE and be GLAD in it” Psalms 118:24) NKJV.

“Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”; 14 whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. FOR WHAT IS YOUR LIFE? It is even a VAPOR that APPEARS for a LITTLE TIME and then VANISHES away. 15 Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.” 16 But now you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil. 17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin” James :13-17/NKJV.

“They that TRUST in their WEALTH, and boast themselves in the MULTITUDE of their RICHES; 7 NONE OF THEM can by any means REDEEM his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him: 8 (for the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:) 9 that he should still live for ever, and not see corruption” Psalms 49:6-9.

That’s why I am asking you – ARE YOU DOING THE WORD TODAY? ARE YOU A WORD DOER? Know full well that – to be BLESSED is to be EMPOWERED to THRIVE, SUCCEED, BECOME, ACHIEVE and BE FULFILLED. It is not how eloquently you are able to talk that changes your world and the worlds around you, but how much you are able to DO to bring about the DIFFERENCE in you and in others by THE WORD.

The scriptures of James 1:22-25 indicate that only the DOERS of what they HEAR of THE WORD are BLESSED in their deeds. This is how Jesus, in His humanity, exemplified it in life and ministry. He would DO then TEACH, or TEACH then DO. He knew the effectual power of DOING to exemplify what he was about to speak, and the efficacy of DOING what He had spoken.

“. . . Jesus began both to DO and TEACH, 2 until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: 3 to whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God” Acts 1:1-3.

It is time to step into your world with the intent to be a DOER of THE WORD of God in order to have the enabling to BECOME in LIFE and GODLINESS – 2 Peter 1:2-4. DOING THE WORD will create the atmosphere you want to see and enjoy. Jesus DID, and He had it. You can also make your world a better place today.

BE A DOER Of THE WORD – YOU WILL BE BLESSED INDEED.

BE BLESSED AS YOU PONDER OVER IT.

THE DANGER OF HEARING WITHOUT DOING

To hear and not do is to deceive yourself. It produces no change in your world or in the worlds around you.

Blessing is not in eloquence of speech, but in DOING that brings DIFFERENCE.

Point: Information without application equals deception.

THE PATTERN OF CHRIST: DO THEN TEACH

Acts 1:1-3: “Jesus began both to DO and TEACH.”

In His humanity He first DID, then TAUGHT. He demonstrated the effectual power of doing before speaking.

This is the model for life and ministry: let your life exemplify the Word.

Point: Credibility and impact come from doing what you preach.

BLESSED = EMPOWERED TO BECOME

To be BLESSED is to be EMPOWERED to THRIVE, SUCCEED, BECOME, ACHIEVE and BE FULFILLED.

2 Peter 1:2-4: Through knowledge we partake of the divine nature and have all things that pertain to LIFE and GODLINESS.

DOING THE WORD creates the atmosphere you want to see and enjoy.

Point: The Word gives grace, but doing the Word releases enabling to become.

James 1:22-25: Blessing is tied to being a doer, not a forgetful hearer.

Psalms 1:1-3: The man who delights in the law of the Lord and does it is like a tree planted by rivers.

THE DANGER OF SCRIPTURAL IGNORANCE: IT LEADS ONE TO ERRORS, TO BECOME MISTAKEN AND TO BE ELUDED FROM THE POWER OF GOD!

“The man that WANDERETH out of THE WAY of UNDERSTANDING shall remain in the CONGREGATION [GATHERING] of the DEAD [UNPRODUCTIVE, TASKMASTER, OBSCURED, SLOTHFUL, SLUGGARD]” Proverbs 21:16.

“GOOD UNDERSTANDING giveth FAVOUR: but THE WAY of TRANSGRESSORS [DISOBEDIENT, ARROGANT] is HARD [DIFFICULT, FRUSTRATING, CHALLENGING]” Proverbs 13:15.

Our Father God does not condone ignorance, which is the breeding ground of stupidity, foolishness and arrogance – especially in the midst of every opportunity to acquire and gain the knowledge needed to answer your earnest quest in life and godliness. Wisdom to do life and to become in the grace comes through knowledge and understanding. Playing the game of ignorance takes no one anywhere with God. God “WINKED” at ignorance and at ignorant people in times past, especially when there were no opportunities. But now, with every opportunity and possibility and signs pointing to wisdom – He expects you to ask, to know, and to enquire for the understanding that will enable you to excel in life and in grace.

“And the times of this IGNORANCE God WINKED at [OVERLOOKED]; but now COMMANDETH all men every where to REPENT [CHANGE]: 31 because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in RIGHTEOUSNESS by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given ASSURANCE unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead” Acts 17:30-31.

Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Lord, did not increase in wisdom, stature and in favour with Father God and man by a mere wish. But in the early time of His humanity, He took time to sit, to know and to understand – by being in places to ask questions and get answers, in order to be in understanding, so that He could fulfil purpose meaningfully in Father God’s BUSINESS [ASSIGNMENT] concerning Him. And why can’t you too seek after knowing and understanding in the matters that concern life and godliness, in order to ensure a solid content in the grace? So, get out of the erroneous and mistaken path of ignorance, and get into the path of knowledge and understanding in context, in order to be fulfilled purposefully and meaningfully in the grace wherein you are called and, in the content thereof.

“And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, SITTING in the midst of the DOCTORS [TEACHERS], both HEARING them, and ASKING them questions. 47 And all that heard him were astonished at his UNDERSTANDING and answers. . .. 49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my FATHER’S BUSINESS? 50 And they understood not the saying which he spake unto them . . . 52 And Jesus INCREASED in WISDOM and STATURE, and in FAVOUR with God and man” Luke 2: 46-52.

“And we know that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER for GOOD to them that LOVE God, to them who are the CALLED according to his PURPOSE” Romans 8:28/[Ephesians 1:11-12; 1 Corinthians 2:9-10].

Avoid ignorance by every means. It is dangerous, and the side effects and consequences are unimaginable. Ensure that in every subject you endeavour to know and to understand but the context and, where possible, the contents. This is in order to avoid an erroneous position, being mistaken and misconstrued, and being cut off from the power of God – meaning, the enabling of God’s grace for that context to be made known and manifest for your good and BLESSEDNESS.

“Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do ERR [ERRONEOUSLY, MISTAKENLY], NOT KNOWING THE SCRIPTURES, NOR THE POWER OF GOD” Matthew 22:29.

“And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore ERR [ERRONEOUSLY, MISTAKENLY], because ye KNOW NOT THE SCRIPTURES, neither THE POWER OF GOD?” Mark 12:24.

Ignorance hurts and hunts. It makes one stupid and foolish. It frustrates one’s efforts. It keeps one away from the good of God – for God once winked at ignorance. Ignorance subjugates. It enslaves. It captivates. It is destructive. The side effects are innumerable and unimaginable, and never to be wished upon anyone. Therefore, do not even imagine it, nor allow it to play around you and within your domain at any given moment. PURSUE and ENSURE knowledge and understanding always, in order to stay safe.

“A WISE man is STRONG; yea, a man of KNOWLEDGE INCREASETH STRENGTH” Proverbs 24:5.

“WISDOM is the PRINCIPAL thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy GETTING GET UNDERSTANDING” Proverbs 4:7.

For God is a FAITHFUL and rewarding Father, who cherishes achieving and accomplishing anything through process – which is the consequence of knowledge and understanding. For wisdom to succeed in excellence is the application of knowledge, unlike ignorance whose effect is to make the slothful [a sluggard] and unproductive. For whatever has no process of accomplishments is a fraud and a scam in both context and content. God wants you to be a follower of Him and of those who do life and godliness through knowledge and understanding of the scriptural context, in order to ensure an assured content.

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9.

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.

“For God is not UNRIGHTEOUS [UNGRATEFUL, UNFAITHFUL] to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same DILIGENCE to the FULL ASSURANCE of hope unto the end: 12 that ye be NOT SLOTHFUL, but FOLLOWERS of them who through faith and patience INHERIT [ACCOMPLISH, ACHIEVE] the promises” Hebrews 6:10-12.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a REWARDER of them that DILIGENTLY seek him” Hebrews 11:6.

IT PAYS TO PATIENTLY STRIVE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING RATHER THAN TO REMAIN IN IGNORANCE – WITH ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS OF STUPIDITY AND FOOLISHNESS, SLOTHFULNESS AND SLUGGISHNESS THAT IT BRINGS – UNPRODUCTIVE IN BOTH CONTEXT AND CONTENT.

IGNORANCE is not just bad; it is a DIS-EASE [UN-EASE] -a place and position worse than any cancerous disease. For by IGNORANCE, many talents, visions and dreams that would have enhanced life and godly living, and uplifted and placed people and persons on an ONWARD and UPWARD trajectory, have ended up in the GRAVEYARDS – unfulfilled, unsung, unproductive, unwritten, unaccomplished and such like.

Therefore, SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK [REFLECT]!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do ERR [ERRONEOUSLY, MISTAKENLY], NOT KNOWING THE SCRIPTURES, NOR THE POWER OF GOD” Matthew 22:29.

“And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore ERR [ERRONEOUSLY, MISTAKENLY], because ye KNOW NOT THE SCRIPTURES, neither THE POWER OF GOD?” Mark 12:24.

“MY PEOPLE ARE DESTROYED FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE: because thou hast REJECTED KNOWLEDGE, I will also REJECT thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast FORGOTTEN the law of thy God, I will also FORGET thy children” Hosea 4:6.

“Therefore MY PEOPLE ARE GONE INTO CAPTIVITY, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE: and their HONOURABLE men are FAMISHED, and their MULTITUDE dried up with thirst. 14 Therefore HELL hath ENLARGED herself, and OPENED her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. 15 And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled: 16 but the Lord of hosts shall be EXALTED in judgment, and God that is holy shall be SANCTIFIED in righteousness” Isaiah 5:13-16.

SUMMARY

The message is a prophetic charge entitled: THE DANGER OF SCRIPTURAL IGNORANCE.
It warns that ignorance is not neutral — it is destructive, and it cuts people off from the power of God, purpose, and destiny. The only way out is deliberate pursuit of KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING through God’s Word and godly process.

GOD’S POSITION ON IGNORANCE

Acts 17:30-31: God “WINKED” at ignorance in times past when light was limited. But now He COMMANDETH all men everywhere to REPENT and to CHANGE.

Our Father God does not condone ignorance. It is the breeding ground of stupidity, foolishness and arrogance — especially now with every opportunity to acquire knowledge.

God is FAITHFUL and a REWARDER of those who diligently seek Him — Hebrews 11:6. He cherishes process, which is the product of knowledge and understanding.

THE PATTERN OF CHRIST: LEARNING THROUGH PROCESS

Jesus did not increase by a wish. Luke 2:46-52: In His early humanity He SAT, HEARD, ASKED QUESTIONS in the temple.

Result: “Jesus INCREASED in WISDOM and STATURE, and in FAVOUR with God and man.”

He was about His FATHER’S BUSINESS. Understanding positioned Him for purpose.

Application: If Christ took time to sit and learn, we must too.

KNOWLEDGE + UNDERSTANDING = WISDOM + FAVOUR + STRENGTH

Proverbs 4:7: “WISDOM is the PRINCIPAL thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy GETTING GET UNDERSTANDING.”

Proverbs 24:5: “A WISE man is STRONG; yea, a man of KNOWLEDGE INCREASETH STRENGTH.”

Proverbs 13:15: “GOOD UNDERSTANDING giveth FAVOUR: but THE WAY of TRANSGRESSORS is HARD.”

Knowledge applied = wisdom. Wisdom applied = excellence.

Whatever has no process of accomplishment is fraud and scam in both context and content.

THE WORD OFGODIS THE BUILDER

Acts 20:32: “THE WORD of his grace… is ABLE to BUILD you up, and to give you an INHERITANCE.”

Jeremiah 3:15: God gives pastors after His heart to feed you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING.

Hebrews 6:10-12: Be NOT SLOTHFUL, but FOLLOWERS of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

CALL TO ACTION

REPENT FROM IGNORANCE: Acts 17:30. Stop tolerating what God no longer overlooks. Choose to change.
PURSUE KNOWLEDGE DILIGENTLY: Proverbs 4:7. Sit like Jesus sat. Hear. Ask questions. Study the Scriptures. Enquire for understanding in every matter of life and godliness.
EMBRACE PROCESS: Do not take shortcuts. God rewards process. Process produces stability, excellence, and assurance.
GUARD YOUR DOMAIN: Do not allow ignorance to play around you. Avoid erroneous positions, being mistaken, and being cut off from the enabling of God’s grace.
SELAH — PAUSE AND REFLECT: Examine your life, calling, marriage, career, ministry. Are you growing in knowledge and understanding or are you stagnant?
STAY IN THE WORD: 1 John 5:3 — “His commandments are NOT GRIEVOUS.” The Word builds you and gives you inheritance among the sanctified.

Final Truth: IT PAYS TO PATIENTLY STRIVE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. Ignorance buries destiny. Knowledge births excellence, favour, and blessedness.

COMING TO TERMS WITH THE WRITTEN WORD – THE HOLY BIBLE: THE B-I-B-L-E “BLESSED INFORMATION BRINGING LIFE ETERNAL”!

“We have also a more SURE WORD of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the SCRIPTURE is of any PRIVATE interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost” 2 Peter 1:19-21.

The written HOLY writ called the HOLY BIBLE, which I acclaimed in this sense as my “B-I-B-L-E” meaning, “BLESSED INFORMATION BRING LIFE ETERNAL”, is often misunderstood in its context. And as such, I have come, in my continuous journey as a student, to sum it up relatively in this wise – but not limited to:

The ONLY WRITTEN BOOK that is both informative and transformative at the same time, and is relevant to all irrespective of context.

The ONLY WRITTEN BOOK that is spiritual, impactful and life giving at no charge.

The ONLY WRITTEN BOOK that you can READ with the TEACHING AUTHOR [THE HOLY SPIRIT] being always present by your side to help you READ, KNOW and UNDERSTAND it’s context, concept and content.

The ONLY WRITTEN BOOK by Holy Men as LED and MOVED by the Holy Spirit without adulteration, perversion, sentiments, prejudice, dissimulation and distortion in content, concept and context.

The other BOOKS you READ, but the Holy Bible is the ONLY WRITTEN BOOK that READS you, the reader, irrespective.

The Holy Writ – The Holy BIBLE – it is the ONLY WRITTEN BOOK that INSPIRES, REVEALS and EMPOWERS one in the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in Christ Jesus’ stead, without distortion and adulteration in context and content.

The Holy Writ – The Holy BIBLE – it is the only ensured and ensuring, assured and assuring WRITTEN WORD of prophecy, without contradiction and controversy, despite the difference in times of the writing, across the various dispensations and generations in which the information was recorded and written.

The Holy Writ, THE HOLY BIBLE – it is about your total well-being [spirit, soul and body] without charge unlike any other books.

And with the concept above mentioned, though not limited, I strongly commend and recommend to you this WRITTEN BOOK for your today and tomorrow, in your DOING LIFE and GODLY LIVING, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

“And now, brethren, I COMMEND you to God, and to THE WORD of His grace, which is ABLE to BUILD you up, and to GIVE you an INHERITANCE among all them which are SANCTIFIED” Act 20:32.

Therefore, take time to READ it for your good and goodness, in the grace in Christ Jesus’ stead, and then – SELAH: PAUSE AND THINK – on its living application to your DOING LIFE and GODLY CAUSE, in the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

LIVING AND BUILDING ON – “THE SURE FOUNDATION” – IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD!

“By faith [that is, with an inherent trust and enduring confidence in the POWER, WISDOM and GOODNESS of God] we UNDERSTAND that the WORLD’S (universe, ages) were FRAMED and CREATED [FORMED, put in ORDER, and EQUIPPED for their intended PURPOSE] by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible” Psalms 11:3/Amplified.

The neglect of the foundation of anything will cause harmful effects in anything intended to be built upon that foundation.

When the Father God laid the foundation of the earth and the built-up of the world in it for humans and all created things, He ensured that the foundation was without question. He ensured and assured Himself that the architectural and structural design could and would withstand the heavy load of the billions of human factors and activities that would be carried out on it, as written in Psalm 24:1-2; Isaiah 45:18; Revelation 4:11; Hebrews 11:3.

And there is a great lesson to be learnt: to start from the known of God to the unknown, if we follow the principles of His Word as found in the Holy Writ.

I have, as well as you might have, studied and am still studying, to know; and have grown and am still growing, to say that I have seen natural, human and spiritual devastations in different spheres of humanity. I have seen structural buildings of many sorts — both small and great — reduced to rubble. And the result of any devastating occurrence is always relatively costly in human, natural and spiritual terms.

And I have, as well as you might have, seen, read, observed and watched the loss of individual and public properties of various segments, cutting across and not limited to: Agricultural lands, Businesses, Ministries/Church buildings, Government Offices, Non-governmental and parastatal establishments, Families and individual residences, and such like.

In all situations and circumstances, it is always a deeply heart-felt, touching and heartbreaking experience for anyone to go through the metamorphosis of change in various segments — especially in helpless situations, awaiting the worst of both ends: the loss of lives, livelihoods and properties.

And in some cases, the devastations are really very, very bad and beyond comprehension in terms of human loss, financial cost, spiritual cost and more, to those affected respectively.

As I prepared to write this, and while recalling and flipping through various accessible multimedia channels not long ago, I could see devastations of human lives, livelihoods and properties, and such like, in various nations of the world. The effects of weather impact in those places, and in some especially, are a cause for tears, pain, hurt and the unimaginable.

While some could be natural, others are as a result of human negligence over time by those who ought to have put in place a well-thought-out foundation that could have withstood the tests of time, but failed to see reason to get things done as would have been expected.
Though some of these devastations are of natural causes, most of the time there are human creations and causes that have been undermined — especially in places that ought to have been subjected and scrutinised to proper standards and principles, but have been overlooked and given free leverage. This has resulted in the overwhelming costs of lives, livelihoods, properties, finances and such like, being incurred.

Now, shifting from natural and human devastations to the spiritual devastating state, you will find that the spiritual devastating state is even more shocking, considering the deception, delusion, indoctrination, adulteration, perversion, falsehood and man-made effects upon people.
Worst still is when you consider many of those who are called Christians, or followers of Jesus Christ, or Believers answering to the Faith in Christ Jesus, who are without the basic foundation or foundational knowledge and understanding of the Faith they claim to belong to, except to their denominational doctrinal settings — creeds, bylaws, traditional dogmas and such like.
Philippians 1:15-18; Galatians 1:6-9; Jude 1:3-4; Acts 8:9-24

While many have sincerely given their lives to God in Christ Jesus and have resolved to both believe and follow Christ Jesus as their foundation, there are others who have found themselves knowingly and or unknowingly on a wrongly laid FOUNDATION — especially in some places of worship. And there are others who have blindly followed the blind, and have been swayed away from the TRUTH in their faith foundation of the Gospel.
In each case, many are not only wrongly founded, but are also building wrongly upon that same foundation that was wrongly laid.
1 Corinthians 3:1-17; 2 Timothy 2:19-21

And it is partly upon the concerns in the above paragraph that the call comes to us: to help some, if not all, to the place of living and building on – “THE SURE FOUNDATION” in Christ Jesus. This is to bring the essence of light out of darkness, into the full knowledge of God in the face of Christ Jesus, as written:

“For God, who said, “Let LIGHT SHINE OUT OF DARKNESS,” is the One who has SHONE in our hearts to GIVE us the Light of the KNOWLEDGE of the glory and majesty of God [clearly revealed] in the FACE of Christ . . . 13 Yet we have the same spirit of faith as he had, who wrote in Scripture, “I believed, therefore I spoke.” We also believe, therefore we also speak, 14 knowing that He who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus and will present us [along] with you in His presence” 2 Corinthians 4:6, 13-14/Amplified.

And laying the foundation of one’s FAITH on THE ROCK, and building and living on that same ROCK, which is Jesus Christ — the Foundation and the Builder of His Church — is God’s expectation of us if we must THRIVE in an ONWARD and UPWARD trajectory in Christ Jesus; and to save us from living and building a life of SURVIVAL while we yet acclaim to be God’s own in every sense. Matthew 7:24-27.

Our Father God, in His eternal plan, laid the unshaken and indestructible foundation of our FAITH in His set plan for human REDEMPTION in His Son Jesus Christ. This He did long before the formation and foundation of the world, the Scripture says — thus indicating that the world, in God’s plan, has a FOUNDATION to keep it stable for purpose.

I will be taking time to expatiate, segment upon segment, in the course of the month, on what it means to live and build on THE SURE FOUNDATION, which is of God in Christ Jesus, so that you and I can enjoy the fulness and fulfilling life and godly living in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

“If the FOUNDATIONS be DESTROYED, what can the RIGHTEOUS DO?” Psalms 11:3.

“According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the FOUNDATION, and another BUILDETH thereon. We see buildings reduced to rubble, loss of lives, livelihoods, properties, and ministries. Spiritually, it is worse — deception, delusion, false doctrine, and man-made religion have left many believers without basic knowledge of the Faith.

DARE TO PANT AFTER GOD AS THE DEER: YOUR TRIUMPH IS EMBEDDED IN HEARTFELT PANTS AFTER GOD!

“As the DEER PANTS for the WATER BROOKS, So PANTS my soul for You, O God. 2 My soul THIRSTS for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God? . . .” Psalms 42.

The Psalmist declares that as the DEER pants for the water brooks, so does his soul pant after God.
To behold His beauty, glory and grace in life, rather than to remain in a lamentable state.

It is in the knowing that in God’s PRESENCE is the FULNESS — overflow — of joy, and at His RIGHT HAND, where we are positioned in Christ Jesus, are PLEASURES for evermore, as enjoined in the Holy Writ — Psalms 16:11; Ephesians 1:20; Ephesians 2:6.

Therefore, in this month, take a new turn in life.
It is your time now to — “DARE TO TRIUMPH IN EVERY PLACE” — in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus, unafraid and unashamed in seeking after God as the Psalmist did.

What then is it about the DEER — this spirited animal — that is being compared to one seeking after God?
Herein are a few simple characteristics worth knowing:

Gentleness and an emboldened spirit to take chance — opportunity

Ability to move through life and obstacles with grace

Being in touch with the inner child, innocence — guiltless and easy to trust

Being sensitive and intuitive — the antlers serve as antennae, just as our human spirit is attuned in the subconscious towards God by His Spirit through His WORD

Vigilance, with the ability to change directions quickly to avoid danger — of the enemy and his cohorts

Magical ability to regenerate, being in touch with life’s mysteries — innovative, relevant, creative and an explorer

ENACTING YOUR REDEMPTION RIGHTS IN CHRIST JESUS: THIS IS ABOUT COMMUNICATING YOUR REDEMPTION FAITH TO LIFE MATTERS IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD!

“That the COMMUNICATION (SHARING, FELLOWSHIP, DECLARING, PRONOUNCING) of thy FAITH may become EFFECTUAL by the ACKNOWLEDGING of EVERY GOOD THING which is IN YOU in Christ Jesus” Philemon 1:6.

“ENACTING YOUR REDEMPTION RIGHTS IN CHRIST JESUS” is about graciously COMMUNICATING YOUR REDEMPTION FAITH in Christ Jesus’ stead to the matters of life, just as Jesus Christ did with His GRACIOUS WORDS. Many began to wonder how the carpenter, Joseph’s son, had become so unique and was making a difference in His humanity.

And this is possible by knowing and understanding what belongs to you in Christ Jesus’ stead in all that pertains to living life and godliness.

“And all bare HIM (CHRIST JESUS) witness, and WONDERED at the GRACIOUS WORDS WHICH PROCEEDED OUT OF HIS MOUTH. And they said, IS NOT THIS JOSEPH’S SON?” Luke 4:42.

Do you know that most of life’s problems may not necessarily be about one having MORE FAITH OR NO FAITH, as one craves or wants to have and possess?

Most of the time, for the Christ-believing child of God, it is not NECESSARILY about your FAITH problem. It is about you KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING what BELONGS to you in Christ Jesus, and you ACTING — COMMUNICATING — on it accordingly.

It is in this place of APPROPRIATING and ENACTING what is YOURS in Christ Jesus that many have a problem. For FAITH is about acting accordingly, on what you BELIEVE of God’s WORD, in the CONTEXT of that WORD of God.

For example, your children will need a key to enter the house, but they do not need a key to enter the kitchen, the lounge, the dining room, or the study, or any section of the house to get what they need. As long as they know what belongs to them WHILE ALREADY in the HOUSE by virtue of BIRTH, they need not struggle; they will simply ACT on their BIRTH-RIGHT within the FAMILY CONTEXT to explore and enjoy ALL that is THERE in the house.

In the same way, being BORN AGAIN by FAITH gives you access to Father God in Christ Jesus; but your BIRTH-RIGHT to enjoy the Father’s Promises is in you ACKNOWLEDGING and APPROPRIATING what BELONGS to you in Him.
This is the HOW to COMMUNICATE your REDEMPTION FAITH in order to enjoy your PLACE in the LORD.

It is the knowing and understanding of this act of FAITH COMMUNICATION that unveils ease in your PRAYER LIFE and PRAYER WALK with Father God.

May I also INFORM you for your TRANSFORMATION, by letting you KNOW, and hoping that you do full well UNDERSTAND that you have been GIVEN the needed GRACE and FAITH in our REDEMPTION to enable you to APPROPRIATE and ENACT your GIVEN rights and privileges in Christ Jesus’ stead, in order to explore and enjoy your WHOLESOME LIVING.

You have been GIVEN — “THE” MEASURE of FAITH and “THE” MEASURE of GRACE, and not “A” MEASURE to each. Can you see the use of the articles “THE” and “A” in context? THINK about it in the light of the scriptural writ of Romans 12:3 and Ephesians 4:7.

COMMUNICATING YOUR FAITH TO YOUR NEEDS IN LIFE AND GRACE MAKES YOU A WINNER, TRIUMPHANT, VICTORIOUS, AN OVERCOMER, AND MORE THAN A CONQUEROR IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD. AMEN.

Anything otherwise is counterfeit, forgery, falsehood, sorcery, and man-made make-believe, which is religion born from the tradition of men, that makes the WORD of God of no effect to ALL who practise that path of living.

May you be BLESSED in LIFE and GRACE as you go about ENACTING YOUR REDEMPTION RIGHTS IN CHRIST JESUS by communicating your redemption faith to life’s matters; knowing and understanding what belongs to you in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.
