THE PROMISES OF GOD – EVER TRUE AND EVER SURE

May 14, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

THE PROMISES OF GOD – EVER TRUE AND EVER SURE: YOU CAN BANK ON IT TODAY AND ALWAYS!

“For SURELY THERE IS AN END; and thine EXPECTATION shall not be Cut Off” Proverbs 23:18 [Proverbs 24:14].

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS: 35 but in EVERY NATION he that feareth (REVERENCE) him, and WORKETH RIGHTEOUSNESS, is ACCEPTED with him” Acts 10:34-35/Emphasis Mine.

Step into the day with HOPE and ASSURANCE in FAITH that WORKS through LOVE, because the PROMISES of God are ever sure and true. You can BANK on His PROMISSORY NOTE to you, because God is FAITHFUL to all His promises, and your momentary delay does not mean His denial of you for sure – He will be on time as always. [Philippians 1:6; 1 Corinthians 1:9; Hebrews 10:23; Galatians 5:6; 1 Thessalonians 1:3-5].

God plays no gimmicks as men neither with men. And of two immutabilities of His counsel – in order to authenticate with assurances to His PROMISES, He has taken an oath in His NAME and His WORD; that’s to say – He can’t and won’t lie and can’t begin one with you now or ever. His PROMISES to us are EVER SURE And STEADFAST – you can BANK on it today, and even now. [Psalms 138:2/Amplified; Hebrews 6:16-20; Numbers 23:19, 23; Matthew 24:35 (Mark 13:31; Luke 21:33)].

“I will worship toward Your holy temple and praise Your name for Your loving-kindness and for Your truth and faithfulness; for You have EXALTED above all else Your NAME and Your WORD and You have MAGNIFIED Your WORD above all Your NAME!” Psalms 138:2/Amplified Classic Edition.

To authenticate that God is faithful, true, and ever sure, He has GIVEN us the Holy Spirit as a SEAL of ownership, which is also His PLEDGE to GUARANTEE as a DOWN payment and SECURITY DEPOSIT on His promises to you and all. Moreover, He has assured us that His promises are only in the YES and AMEN, and never in the NO or NAY, as some may have purportedly claimed, which is unfortunate.

“For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was PREACHED among you by us, by me, Silvanus, and Timothy, was not “YES” and “NO,” but has proved to be “YES” in Him [true and faithful, the divine “YES” affirming God’s promises]. 20 For as many as are the PROMISES of God, in Christ they are [all answered] “YES.” So through Him we say our “AMEN” to the glory of God. 21 Now it is God who ESTABLISHES and CONFIRMS us [in joint fellowship] with you in Christ, and who has ANOINTED us [empowering us with the gifts of the Spirit]” 2 Corinthians 1:19-21/Amplified.

When you are ASSURED of this INSURED act of God, you need not allow worry and anxiety to rule and own your day. It’s your moment to STAND upright, STEP on, HEAD up and straight, SHOULDER high and HEELS of faith high, to win your day. [Philippians 1:6; 1 John 5:13-15].

You can BANK on God’s PROMISES to you today – and you can CHECK in that HEAVENLY PROMISSORY NOTE and Live joyfully all day long in God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

May every grace and blessings that are yours in Christ Jesus abound more and more. Amen.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“For men verily SWEAR by THE GREATER: and an OATH FOR CONFIRMATION is to them an END of all strife. 17 Wherein God, WILLING MORE ABUNDANTLY to shew unto the HEIRS OF PROMISE THE IMMUTABILITY OF HIS COUNSEL, CONFIRMED IT BY AN OATH: 18 that by TWO IMMUTABLE THINGS, in which it was IMPOSSIBLE for God to LIE, we might have a STRONG CONSOLATION, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the HOPE set before us: 19 which HOPE we have as AN ANCHOR of the soul, both SURE and STEDFAST, and which entereth into that within the veil; 20 whither the forerunner is for us ENTERED, even Jesus, MADE an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec” Hebrews 6:16-20.

“For all the PROMISES of God in Him are YES, and in Him AMEN, to the glory of God through us. 21 Now He who ESTABLISHES US with you in Christ and has ANOINTED US is God, 22 who also has SEALED US and GIVEN US the Spirit in our hearts as a GUARANTEE” 2 Corinthians 1:20-22.

“But YOU HAVE AN ANOINTING from the Holy One, and you know all things . . . 27 But the ANOINTING which you HAVE RECEIVED from Him ABIDES in you, and you do not need that anyone TEACH you; but as the SAME ANOINTING TEACHES you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has TAUGHT you, you will ABIDE in Him” 1 John 2:20, 27.

“Let us hold fast the PROFESSION (CONFESSION) of our hope without WAVERING, for He who promised is FAITHFUL” Hebrews 10:23.

“God is NOT A MAN, that he should lie; NEITHER the son of man, that he should repent: hath he SAID, and shall he not DO it? or hath he SPOKEN, and shall he not MAKE IT GOOD? . . .23 Surely there is no ENCHANTMENT AGAINST Jacob, neither is there any DIVINATION AGAINST Israel: ACCORDING TO THIS TIME it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, what hath God wrought!” Numbers 23:19, 23.

“Being CONFIDENT of this very thing, that he which hath BEGUN A GOOD WORK IN YOU WILL PERFORM IT until the day of Jesus Christ” Philippians 1:6.

“These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life, and that ye may BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God. 14 And this is the CONFIDENCE that we have in him, that, if we ASK ANY THING ACCORDING TO HIS WILL, HE HEARETH US: 15 and if we know that he HEAR us, WHATSOEVER we ASK, we know that we have the PETITIONS that we DESIRED of him” 1 John 5:13-15.

PASTORAL SHEPHERDING – IT’S NOT A GAME

May 13, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

PASTORAL SHEPHERDING – IT’S NOT A GAME: IT’S ABOUT MATURING GOD’S HERITAGE IN THE SPIRIT!

“And I will GIVE you PASTORS according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.

“And I will SET UP SHEPHERDS over them which shall FEED them: and they shall FEAR no more, nor be DISMAYED, neither shall they be LACKING, saith the Lord” Jeremiah 23:4.

The PASTORAL MINISTRY otherwise the SHEPHERDING of God’s heritage – the flocks of God, is an ACCOUNTABLE and RESPONSIBLE calling of grace, that’s built on the PRINCIPLE of looking well after the state of God’s herds – the Churches of His grace.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And he GAVE some, APOSTLES; and some, PROPHETS; and some, EVANGELISTS; and some, PASTORS and TEACHERS; 12 for the PERFECTING (MATURING, EQUIPPING) of the saints, for the WORK of the ministry, for the EDIFYING of the body of Christ: 13 till we all come in the UNITY of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a PERFECT (MATURED) man, unto THE MEASURE of the STATURE of the FULNESS of Christ: 14 that we henceforth be NO MORE children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 but SPEAKING the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16 from whom the WHOLE body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the EFFECTUAL working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the EDIFYING of itself in love” Ephesians 4:11-16 (Emphasis Mine).

“Be thou DILIGENT to know the STATE OF THY FLOCKS, and LOOK WELL TO THY HERDS. 24 For riches are not for ever: and doth the crown endure to every generation? 25 The hay appeareth, and the tender grass sheweth itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered. 26 The lambs are for thy clothing, and the goats are the price of the field. 27 And thou shalt have goats’ milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household, and for the maintenance for thy maidens” Proverbs 27:23-27.

“The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: 2 FEED the FLOCK of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for FILTHY LUCRE, but of a READY MIND; 3 neither as being lords over God’s HERITAGE, but being ENSAMPLES to the FLOCK. 4 And when the CHIEF SHEPHERD shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away” 1 Peter 5:1-4.

“I am the GOOD SHEPHERD: the GOOD shepherd giveth his life for the SHEEP” John 10:11.

“Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that GREAT SHEPHERD of the SHEEP, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen” Hebrews 13:20-21.

“So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, FEED MY LAMBS. 16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, FEED MY SHEEP. 17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, FEED MY SHEEP” John 20:15-17.

SUMMARY:

This message emphasises the importance of PASTORAL SHEPHERDING, highlighting it’s a responsible and accountable calling to mature God’s heritage (the Church) in the Spirit.

Key Points:

  1. Pastoral ministry is about shepherding God’s people (Jeremiah 3:15, Jeremiah 23:4, Ephesians 4:11-16).
  2. Shepherds should feed God’s flock with knowledge and understanding (Jeremiah 3:15, 1 Peter 5:1-4).
  3. The goal is to mature God’s heritage (Ephesians 4:11-16, Proverbs 27:23-27).
  4. Shepherds are accountable for their role (1 Peter 5:1-4, Hebrews 13:20-21).
  5. Jesus, the Chief Shepherd, sets the example (John 10:11, John 21:15-17).

DON’T BE A LAZYBUTT IN THE KINGDOM

May 13, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

DON’T BE A LAZYBUTT IN THE KINGDOM: AWAKE TO READING – MAKE A DIFFERENCE – BE FREE FROM IGNORANCE AND THE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN!

Ignorance is not just destructive, but enslaves one, keeps one in CAPTIVITY and BONDAGE of all sorts; it’s WORST than a CANCEROUS disease, it short-circuits one’s present and future greatness, and makes one unknowingly own up and give up one’s WILL and WORTH, thereby DESTROYING one’s PURPOSE in LIFE and GODLY LIVING [Ecclesiastes 3:1-2, 11 (AMP); Romans 8:28; Ephesians 1:11(AMP); 1 Corinthians 2:9-10].

You can’t afford in 21st Century as the REDEEMED in Christ Jesus, to live less than what REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus has offered you and us all:

  • To make us Triumphant, Victorious, More Than Conquerors and an Overcomer of this present world through FAITH until Christ Jesus earnest return [2 Corinthians 2:14; Colossians 2:15; Exodus 15:1-2, 21; 1 Corinthians 15:57; Romans 8:47; 1 John 5:4-5; Revelation 12:11];
  • To take us and deliver us from the dark and darkness of limitations and failures into the indescribable and incomprehensible gracious and graceful bosom of His good and goodness in doing life and godly living [Galatians 1:3-5].

Henceforth, there’s need to stop been in a hurry to escape from reality of LIFE and GODLY LIVING, because of you been a LAZYBUTT and in LOUSINESS as if nothing matters. Know today SOMETHING matters in life my dear – and it’s about LIFE and GODLY LIVING. You are BORN AGAIN to be FULFILED and to live a life that’s meaningful and purposeful in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

The born of God in Christ Jesus stead is inexcusable in all matters of trying to play IGNORANCE – [Acts 17:30-31]. And you ARE only MISTAKEN and working in ERRORS because of IGNORANCE of the TRUTH – For the TRUTH always SETS one FREE in Christ Jesus stead [Matthew 22:29; John 8:32; John 14:6]. You need to realise and know for sure, it’s your failures and faults, in refusing to apply life’s principles, to take responsibility and accountability when you fail through ignorance. Someone may be responsible for your falling into the ditch; you can’t keep blaming that person for you remaining in the ditch, playing a victim card and claiming entitlement rights.

You are responsible and accountable for the decision you make to either RISE UP to be ABOVE ONLY, or to STAY BACKWARDS, or to STAND STILL in a circus, mourning, complaining, excusing, accusing, and such like. You don’t need to stay vulnerable and downcast to fulfil a sentimental position or attain prejudice and dissimulation as a norm to stay disrespected and then embrace pity party clothing for temporary happiness. You need to take a stand in grace to enable you attain the enduring, onward and upward trajectory happiness and fulfilment, in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

HENCE, I SAY:

“INFORMED LEADERS ARE READERS AND WORLD CHANGERS. UNTIL YOU READ TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU READ, YOU ARE STILL IGNORANT. THEREFORE READ, KNOW AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU LEAD AND TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE” – Chukie MORSI Snr (Chukie MORSI Books Extract).

It’s time to wake up, rise up like an edifice from your LAZYBUTT and give yourself to READING that will emancipate, rekindle, refresh, synergise and geared you to INNOVATE, CREATE, EXPLORE, INITIATE and MANOEUVRE into your unimaginable, better and best days, while making the difference and fulfilling PURPOSE, in the now of God for you and those you care about in life and godly living in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

YOU ARE THE BEST OF GOD FOR YOU, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR STREET, YOUR COMMUNITY, YOUR NATION AND YOUR WORLD. DON’T FAIL THROUGH IGNORANCE – IT’S WORST THAN A CANCEROUS DISEASE.

I PRAY YOU UNDERSTAND MY PASSION FOR YOU TO RISE AND BEGIN AGAIN. THERE’S A MIRACLE AWAITING YOU AGAIN. GIVE YOURSELF TO READING. Don’t give up. Don’t give in. Don’t faint. Don’t go weary, Don’t be anxious. Knowledge delivers, emancipates and rewards in life and godly living in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Till I come, GIVE ATTENDANCE TO READING, to exhortation, to doctrine” 1 Timothy 4:13.

“STUDY to shew thyself APPROVED unto God, a WORKMAN that NEEDETH not to be ASHAMED, rightly DIVIDING (APPLYING) the word of truth” 2 Timothy 2:15 (Emphasis Mine).

“And the TIMES OF THIS IGNORANCE God WINKED (OVERLOOKED) at; but NOW commandeth ALL men every where to REPENT: 31 because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead” Acts 17:30-31 (Emphasis Mine).

“Jesus answered and said unto them, YE DO ERR (ERROR, ERRONEOUS), not KNOWING the scriptures (God’s INTENT), nor the power of God” Matthew 22:29 (Emphasis Mine).

“Jesus answered and said to them, “YOU ARE MISTAKEN, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God” Matthew 22 29 (NKJV).

SUMMARY:

This message is a passionate call to action, urging readers to rise above ignorance, take responsibility, and make a difference in life and godly living.

Key Points:

  1. Ignorance is destructive and enslaving (Ecclesiastes 3:1-2, 11, Romans 8:28, Ephesians 1:11, 1 Corinthians 2:9-10).
  2. As redeemed in Christ Jesus, you’re meant to be triumphant and victorious (2 Corinthians 2:14, Colossians 2:15, Exodus 15:1-2, 21, 1 Corinthians 15:57, Romans 8:37, 1 John 5:4-5, Revelation 12:11).
  3. Take responsibility and accountability – don’t play the victim or stay in bondage (Acts 17:30-31, Matthew 22:29).
  4. Read to know and understand – informed leaders are readers and world changers (1 Timothy 4:13, 2 Timothy 2:15).
  5. Rise up and make a difference – you are the best of God for you, your family, your street, your community, your nation, and your world.

JESUS CHRIST IN OUR REDEMPTION

May 13, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

JESUS CHRIST IN OUR REDEMPTION: HE RECEIVED AND GAVE GIFTS TO MATURE HIS CHURCH!

Our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ, did ensure that in our REDEMPTION in Him, He RECEIVED and GAVE spiritual gifts and endowment on our behalf to mature His Church (Psalms 68:18; Ephesians 4:7-16; Revelation 5:19-12). And YOU ARE THAT CHURCH; and I hereby remind you, that it’s your obligations and not someone else, to ENSURE that – WHAT YOU FEED ON – WHERE YOU FEED FROM – WHO AND WHOM YOU FEED FROM – are MATURING you in God’s GRACE and BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus stead. For you are the custodian of your FULFILMENT in FAITH, in Christ Jesus stead and not someone else.

We live in the last days, you must always remember, that you are the CUSTODIAN of your happiness for now, today and tomorrow. Meaning, you are responsible and accountable on every thought and corresponding action you take to make you have and become who you are. You are either REACTING or RESPONDING in life, to anything you consider to be the PRINCIPLE of life you are applying to fulfil PURPOSE.

Our Father God in His infinite wisdom has given us every good thing that can principally help us in all that PERTAINS to doing LIFE and LIVING GODLY in Christ Jesus stead. And the sure infinite wisdom gift of God is there to make us MATURE in Him in Christ Jesus, that we might THRIVE, ENSURE and ENJOY His GRACE and BLESSEDNESS in every way. 2 Peter 1:2-4.

When our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ led CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE in His journey of descending and ascending to Glory, He RECEIVE gifts and GAVE such gifts to men, to ENSURE and ASSURE MATURITY in and for His people; that they might fully fulfil His PURPOSE, meant for them as individual and collective ambassadors, toward God and humanity, while they are in the earth. Psalms 68:18; Ephesians 4:7-10; Revelation 5:9-12.

One of such gifts of God in Christ Jesus, is classified as MINISTERIAL GIFTS of God. The SET MINISTERIAL GIFT in essence, embodied the SHEPHERDING of God’s people that they might be PERFECTED – meaning MATURED in all their dealings that pertains toward doing LIFE on earthly demands and living godly for the heavenly demands. And unfortunately, immaturity, contention, schism and disorder have taken hold within these Ministerial gifts, that the byproduct of the essence is not worth mentioning at all. That’s why you as an individual, must make it a matter of personal responsibility and accountability, to ENSURE that WHAT you are FEEDING on, WHERE you are FEEDING from, and WHO/WHOM you are FEEDING from, are in essence MATURING you, in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, in Christ Jesus stead, in His GRACE and BLESSEDNESS. John 10:1-18.

Therefore, be assured to ensure, that you are PRINCIPLED enough, in all the PLATFORM of life you get yourself into, that you are fulfiling that God given PURPOSE in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, and such driven PURPOSE you acclaimed, is MATURING you in the knowledge and understanding that is presentable in the face of Christ Jesus, to whom you will answer one day – knowingly or unknowingly. 2 Corinthians 4:6; 2 Corinthians 3:18.

And if you are part of the SET MINISTERIAL GIFTS GIVEN to MATURE the CHURCH –  a consequence  Christ Jesus died and rose again, and sat on the throne, having led CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE, so that His Church might be PERFECTED in Him, you need to ENSURE you are actually fulfiling the PURPOSE of FEEDING God’s REDEEMED precious people, with His KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING; and not with religious bigots, man-made belief, tradition dogmas of men, religion bye-laws and creeds, and such like.

It’s my earnest PRAYER that each one of us in Christ Jesus GROWS MATURED in God’s GRACE and BLESSEDNESS – meaning, being PERFECTED and EQUIPPED, to keep the GOSPEL, the good news of God in Christ Jesus for human salvation without stain of contention, schisms, disorders, impurity and such like. Ensure you create within you a well-guarded garrison, a spiritual filter, centred and centric to the WORD OF GOD, to keep you away and from non-maturing and sentimental poisoning that’s spreading like wildfire, all over the places, in the name of God. Hebrews 4:12-13; 2 Timothy 3:14-17; 2 Timothy 2:15.

Know today and always for your reminder toward your onwards and upwards trajectory that:

JESUS CHRIST IN OUR REDEMPTION – RECEIVED AND GAVE GIFTS TO MATURE HIS CHURCH – IT’S YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY THAT YOU ENSURE THAT WHAT YOU FEED ON, WHERE YOU FEED FROM, WHO AND WHOM YOU FEED FROM – ARE MATURING YOU IN GOD’S GRACE AND BLESSEDNESS IN CHRIST JESUS STEAD.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“Thou hast ASCENDED on high, thou hast LED captivity captive: thou hast RECEIVED GIFTS FOR MEN; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them” Psalms 68:18.

“But unto EVERY ONE OF US IS GIVEN GRACE according to THE MEASURE OF THE GIFT OF CHRIST. 8 Wherefore he saith, when he ASCENDED up on high, he LED captivity captive, and GAVE GIFTS UNTO MEN. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)” Ephesians 4:7-10.

“And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: FOR THOU WAST SLAIN, AND HAST REDEEMED US TO GOD BY THY BLOOD OUT OF EVERY KINDRED, AND TONGUE, AND PEOPLE, AND NATION; 10 AND HAST MADE US UNTO OUR GOD KINGS AND PRIESTS: and we shall reign on the earth. 11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; 12 saying with a loud voice, WORTHY IS THE LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN TO RECEIVE power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing” Revelation 5:9-12.

“And I WILL GIVE YOU PASTORS according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.

“For I say, through the GRACE GIVEN UNTO ME, TO EVERY MAN THAT IS AMONG YOU, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, ACCORDING AS GOD HATH DEALT TO EVERY MAN THE MEASURE OF FAITH. 4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. 6 HAVING THEN GIFTS DIFFERING according to the grace that is GIVEN to us, whether PROPHECY, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7 or MINISTRY, let us wait on our ministering: or he that TEACHETH, on teaching; 8 or he that EXHORTETH, on exhortation: he that GIVETH, let him do it with simplicity; he that RULETH, with diligence; he that sheweth MERCY, with cheerfulness” Romans 12:3-8.

“Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 28 And God hath SET SOME IN THE CHURCH, first APOSTLES, secondarily PROPHETS, thirdly TEACHERS, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, HELPS, GOVERNMENTS, diversities of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30 have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? 31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way” 1 Corinthians 12:27-31.

“These things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto thee shortly: 15 but if I tarry long, THAT THOU MAYEST KNOW HOW THOU OUGHTEST TO BEHAVE THYSELF IN THE HOUSE OF GOD, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory” 2 Timothy 3:14-16.

“Some indeed PREACH Christ even of ENVY and STRIFE; and some also of GOOD WILL: 16 the one PREACH Christ of CONTENTION, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds: 17 but the other of LOVE, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel. 18 What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in PRETENCE, or in TRUTH, Christ is PREACHED; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice . . . 27 Only let your CONVERSATION (CONDUCT) be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel” Philippians 1:15-18, 27 (Emphasis Mine).

SUMMARY:

This message is centred on JESUS CHRIST GIVING GIFTS TO MATURE HIS CHURCH, emphasising personal responsibility and accountability in spiritual growth and ministry.

Key Points:

  1. Jesus Christ gave gifts to mature His Church (Psalms 68:18, Ephesians 4:7-10, Revelation 5:9-12).
  2. You are responsible for your spiritual growth – what you feed on, where you feed from, and who/whom you feed from should mature you (Jeremiah 3:15, 2 Peter 1:2-4).
  3. Ministerial gifts are given to perfect (mature) God’s people (Ephesians 4:11-16, 1 Corinthians 12:27-31).
  4. Ensure you’re fulfiling God’s purpose – feeding God’s people with His knowledge and understanding, not with man-made beliefs or traditions (John 10:1-18).
  5. Create a spiritual filter – centred on God’s Word, to avoid non-maturing and sentimental poisoning (Hebrews 4:12-13, 2 Timothy 3:14-17).

PASTORAL MINISTRY – IT’S NOT A GAME

May 13, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

PASTORAL MINISTRY – IT’S NOT A GAME: IT’S A SHEPHERD AND SHEPHERDING MINISTERIAL CALLING!

“And Moses spake unto the Lord, saying, 16 Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, SET A MAN OVER THE CONGREGATION, 17 which may GO OUT before them, and which may GO IN before them, and which may LEAD THEM OUT, and which may BRING THEM IN; that the CONGREGATION of the Lord be not AS SHEEP which have NO SHEPHERD” Numbers 27:15-17.

You are either CALLED or NOT. Everyone CALLED is a MESSENGER. And every MESSENGER is GIVEN a SPECIFIC and SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT with a MESSAGE to FEED the FLOCKS – God’s own Heritage – with the needed KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING, that’s TOWARD God and His Christ, and NOT TOWARD man or creation at all. John 17:3/Jeremiah 3:15.

“And how I kept back nothing that was PROFITABLE unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house, 21 TESTIFYING both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance TOWARD God, and faith TOWARD our Lord Jesus Christ” Acts 20:20-21.

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to RECEIVE glory and honour and power: for thou hast CREATED ALL THINGS, and for THY PLEASURE they ARE and WERE CREATED” Revelation 4:11.

Those NOT CALLED, are not MESSENGERS but HIRELING – Thieves and Robbers – John 10:8, 12-13. And with such there is NO MESSAGE nor any specific given assignment of God but that of their self-indulgence, extortion, gratification, men applaud and egotism under the influence of satanic/demonic and cohort’s mission. This is the reason for – Adulteration, Schism, Bewitching, Robbery, Dogmas, Sorcery, Falsehoods, Confusion and such like, in the body Ministry of the Gospel, indicating and supposedly the signs of the last days – [Philippians 1:15-18; 2 Timothy 3:1-9; 2 Peter 3:1-7].

These sets of SELF-MADE-UP and SELF-CALLED Pastors, are full of fables, philosophy of men, endless genealogies, vain jangling, teachers of idealism and realism, denominational made up creeds, religious bigots, sectarianism, man-made tradition and dogmas that leads people to further bondages and hence makes God’s WORD of no effect in the Gospel. [1 Timothy 1:1-11; Colossians 2:8; Mark 7:1-13].

PASTORAL MINISTRY?

It’s not an Office Position – It’s a set Ministerial Calling – It’s a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING that is principled with responsibility and accountability in Christ Jesus stead, for the GLORY and PRAISE of God. [Galatians 6:14-16; Revelation 4:11]. It’s a set MINISTERIAL calling to FEED God’s people without sentiment, prejudice and dissimulation; and to LEAD them healthily in purposeful LEADERSHIP as God’s REDEEMED, PRECIOUS and BLESSED people; and not to the BOSS and DOMINEER people around for self-gratification and egotism. There’s no room for SELF INTEREST and SELFISHNESS in the PASTORAL MINISTRY as a SHEPHERD and SHEPHERDING of God.

Also, you are either sent by God, like John the Baptist and the Disciples in the Gospel days, or you are self-sending. God calls and sends [John 1:6-36; Mark 6:7-13]. Those He calls and sends, He keeps, protects, and defends. It’s not about liking the Ministerial outfits; being called and sent should be paramount. ‘Send forth’ could be to a person, to enhance their calling, or to a people, or to a generation, a dispensation, a community, or a special group. You must understand the definition of the calling and sending before taking a step, because of the warfare, uncertainties, and unknowns that obedience demands – without regrets, for advancing God’s kingdom and keeping the Enemy and cohorts at bay.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING:

“And I will GIVE you PASTORS according to mine heart, which shall FEED you with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING” Jeremiah 3:15.

“And I will SET UP SHEPHERDS over them which shall FEED them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord” Jeremiah 23:4.

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is A THIEF AND A ROBBER. 2 But he that entereth in by the door is THE SHEPHERD OF THE SHEEP. 3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers . . . 11 I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD: the GOOD shepherd giveth his life for the SHEEP. 12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. 13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. 14 I AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD, and know my sheep, and am known of mine . . .” John 10:1-18.

“Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; 25 THAT FRUSTRATETH THE TOKENS OF THE LIARS, AND MAKETH DIVINERS MAD; THAT TURNETH WISE MEN BACKWARD, AND MAKETH THEIR KNOWLEDGE FOOLISH; 26 THAT CONFIRMETH THE WORD OF HIS SERVANT, AND PERFORMETH THE COUNSEL OF HIS MESSENGERS; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof” Isaiah 44:24-26.

“There was a man SENT from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a WITNESS, TO BEAR WITNESS OF THE LIGHT, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world . . . 15 John bare WITNESS of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. 18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him . . .” John 1:1-36.

“And he called unto him the twelve, and began to SEND them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits; 8 and commanded them that they should take nothing for their journey, save a staff only; no scrip, no bread, no money in their purse: 9 but be shod with sandals; and not put on two coats. 10 And he SAID unto them, In what place soever ye enter into an house, there abide till ye depart from that place. 11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. 12 And they went out, and preached that men should repent. 13 And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them” Mark 6:7-13.

Further Scriptural Reading: Psalms 23.

SUMMARY:

This message is centred on the PASTORAL MINISTRY, emphasising the importance of being called and sent by God, and the responsibilities that come with it.

Key Points:

  1. Called and Sent: Pastoral ministry is not a game or an office position, but a shepherding calling (Numbers 27:15-17, John 1:6-36, Mark 6:7-13).
  2. Shepherd’s Role: A shepherd’s role is to feed God’s people with knowledge and understanding, and lead them healthily (Jeremiah 3:15, 1 Peter 5:1-4).
  3. Not Self-Sending: One must be sent by God, like John the Baptist and the Disciples, and not self-sending (John 1:6-36, Mark 6:7-13).
  4. Accountability: Those who are called and sent will be held accountable for their actions (1 Peter 5:1-4).
  5. False Shepherds: Those who are not called and sent are like hirelings, thieves, and robbers (John 10:1-18).

God is FAITHFUL to His PROMISES

May 12, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

God is FAITHFUL to His PROMISES: He watches over His PROMISED WORD to make it – YES AND AMEN!

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were CALLED unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9.

“Let us hold fast the PROFESSION [DECLARATION, AFFIRMATION, ANNOUNCEMENT, PROCLAMATION] of our faith without wavering; for he is FAITHFUL that PROMISED” Hebrews 10:23.

The promises of God are Yes and Amen. And God is committed to making His promised WORD to become your realities. And to do that, He’s called us into His fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ, and to ensure His faithful to His promised Word and will be faithful as we go about processing, announcing, proclaiming, declaring and affirming His word as a seal to our desires of Him.

“For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea. 20 FOR ALL THE PROMISES OF GOD IN HIM ARE YEA, AND IN HIM AMEN, UNTO THE GLORY OF GOD BY US. 21 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 22 who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts” 2 Corinthians 1:19-22.

Don’t give up on the good and goodness you are embarking on for the good and goodness of others in the faith journey, for your righteous acts in Christ Jesus stead, will surely be rewarded.

“Be ye strong therefore, and LET NOT YOUR HANDS BE WEAK: for your WORK shall be REWARDED” 2 Chronicles 15:7.

Every sacrifice for the cause of advancing the Gospel for the good and goodness of others to keep the enemy and cohorts at bay is noticeable and rewarding in this world and thereafter.

“For God is not UNRIGHTEOUS [UNFAITHFUL, UNGRATEFUL] to FORGET your WORK and LABOUR of LOVE, which ye have SHEWED toward his name, in that ye have MINISTERED to the saints, and DO minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12 that ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises” Hebrews 6:10-12.

“Let us HOLD FAST the PROFESSION [CONFESSION, PROCLAMATION, DECLARATION, ANNOUNCEMENT] OF OUR FAITH without WAVERING; for he is FAITHFUL that promised . . . 35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 36 For ye have NEED OF PATIENCE, that, after ye have done the WILL of God, ye might RECEIVE THE PROMISE. 37 For yet a little while, And he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. 38 Now the just shall LIVE by faith: But if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul” Hebrews 10:23, 35-39/Emphasis Mine.

God’s seeming delay is never a denial. God is not unfaithful, ungrateful, forgetful and unrighteous to overlook your good and goodness to others. For the Kingdom of God is about righteous causes, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit lead, hence your labour in the cause of righteousness can never be in vain, for momentarily delay should not make you quite for any reason. So, do the kingdom cause of our God through the act of RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE and being JOYFUL in doing by the Holy Spirit lead.

“For the KINGDOM of God is not meat and drink; but RIGHTEOUSNESS, and PEACE, and JOY in the Holy Ghost” Romans 14:17.

So, don’t let the act of being persecuted and challenged and misconstrued rob you of your faithfulness on the righteous cause of doing good and goodness for others.

May you be accordingly BLESSED in the grace of righteousness in Christ Jesus stead. Amen. And may the effect and work of righteousness in the cause of doing the righteous good and goodness envelope you in the grace as written:

“And the WORK of righteousness shall be PEACE; and the EFFECT of righteousness QUIETNESS and ASSURANCE for ever” Isaiah 32:17.

Blessed regards in God’s grace and BLESSEDNESS as you do life and live godly to fulfil purpose in RIGHTEOUSNESS. Amen.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN THE CONTEXT:

“For God is not UNRIGHTEOUS [UNFAITHFUL, UNGRATEFUL] to FORGET your WORK and LABOUR of LOVE, which ye have SHEWED toward his name, in that ye have MINISTERED to the saints, and DO minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12 that ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises” Hebrews 6:10-12.

“For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be MADE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in him” 2 Corinthians 5:21. `

“Be ye strong therefore, and LET NOT YOUR HANDS BE WEAK: for your WORK shall be REWARDED” 2 Chronicles 15:7.

“Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. 29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, 30 but he shall RECEIVE an HUNDREDFOLD now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and IN THE WORLD TO COME ETERNAL LIFE” Mark 10:28-30.

SUMMARY:

This message is centred on GOD’S FAITHFULNESS TO HIS PROMISES, emphasising the importance of standing firm in faith and doing good and righteous acts.

Key Points:

  1. God’s Faithfulness: God is faithful to His promises and watches over His Word (1 Corinthians 1:9, Hebrews 10:23).

  3. Righteous Acts are Rewarded: Doing good and righteous acts will be rewarded (2 Chronicles 15:7, Hebrews 6:10-12).
  4. Perseverance is Key: Don’t give up, even in the face of persecution or challenges (Hebrews 10:35-39).
  5. Kingdom of God: The Kingdom of God is about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).

  • Hebrews 6:10-12 – Remembering righteous acts
  • Mark 10:28-30 – Rewards for following Jesus
  • Isaiah 32:17 – Work and effect of righteousness

Call to Action: Stand firm in faith, do righteous acts, and trust in God’s faithfulness to His promises.

LIVE AND MAXIMISE YOUR BEST LIFE NOW IN EVERYWAY

May 12, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

LIVE AND MAXIMISE YOUR BEST LIFE NOW IN EVERYWAY: EARNESTLY SERVE AND WORSHIP GOD IN JOYFULNESS AND GLADNESS NO MATTER WHAT’S!

“For we ARE the circumcision, which WORSHIP God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no CONFIDENCE in the FLESH” Philippians 3:3.

The current atmosphere in your life or community or nation as in the world in essence may directly or indirectly be affecting your wellbeing; it may be traumatising, frustrating, beyond human comprehension and control in every sense of your thoughts and imaginations. However it may be, I want you to know and understand that God loves you and cares about you even in the midst of whatever. And as God’s redeemed, it’s your time to take advantage of the atmosphere at hand to celebrate your moment in the grace and to live your best life in the now, and in every way, no matter what betides you in the course of doing life and living godly in the grace, wherein you stand in Christ Jesus stead. You can like Apostle Paul, abound and abased, declaring you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

“Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have LEARNED, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. 12 I know both how to be ABASED, and I know how to ABOUND: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I CAN DO all things through Christ which STRENGTHENETH me” Philippians 4:11-13.

It’s time to be gracious and graceful to SERVE the LORD GOD acceptably and WORSHIP Him worthily in joyfulness and gladness in every moment in the now; otherwise as the scripture says, you’ll invariably be serving your enemies unknowingly, and the resultant effect is: hunger, thirst, nakedness, oppression, bondage and such like the more. And I am not sure that’s where you intend to be in the grace wherein God has set you free in Christ Jesus to stand in His stead.

“Because thou SERVEDST not the Lord thy God with JOYFULNESS, and with GLADNESS of HEART, for the ABUNDANCE of all things; 48 therefore shalt thou SERVE thine ENEMIES which the Lord shall send against thee, in HUNGER, and in THIRST, and in NAKEDNESS, and in WANT of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee” Deuteronomy 28:47-48.

In times like this – you need to have a personal KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING of Father God in Christ Jesus in your heart thoughts in LIFE and GODLINESS. For you ARE the circumcised or circumcision in the heart – spirit man, who SERVE and WORSHIP God from the spirit being, the SIXTH sense, the sense of FAITH by the WORD of God; and you need not have any DELIGHT to SERVE and WORSHIP God from the realm of the flesh – of the five senses, that is, to – feel, smell, taste, see and hear, in order to BELIEVE and exercise FAITH in God.

“The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet. 20 Our fathers WORSHIPPED in THIS MOUNTAIN; and ye say, that in JERUSALEM is the place where men ought to WORSHIP. 21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall NEITHER in THIS MOUNTAIN, nor yet at JERUSALEM, WORSHIP the Father. 22 Ye WORSHIP ye know not what: we know what we WORSHIP: for SALVATION is of the Jews. 23 But the hour COMETH, and NOW is, when the TRUE WORSHIPPERS shall WORSHIP the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father SEEKETH such to WORSHIP him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that WORSHIP him MUST WORSHIP him in spirit and in truth” John 4:19-24.

Therefore, I say to you in Christ Jesus stead:

SERVE AND WORSHIP GOD FROM YOUR SPIRIT BEING BY THE TRUTH – WHICH IS THE WORD OF GOD. This thus mean you have no cause to feel LIMITED or lost in Christ Jesus. The KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that the CHURCH that Christ Jesus is BUILDING is YOU and it is the ARCHITECTURAL building that we crave to gather therein which currently appears to be at LOCKED DOWN momentarily. So, let’s live our BEST life now by all means in Christ Jesus.

I pray you have an awesome, amazing, gracious, graceful and a blessed day in every way you do LIFE and GODLINESS.

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK!

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And this is LIFE ETERNAL, that they might KNOW thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent” John 17:3.

“For we ARE the circumcision, which WORSHIP God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no CONFIDENCE in the FLESH” Philippians 3:3.

“For he is not a Jew, which is one OUTWARDLY; neither is that CIRCUMCISION, which is OUTWARD in the FLESH: 29 but he is a Jew, which is one INWARDLY; and CIRCUMCISION is that of the HEART, in the spirit, and not in the LETTER; whose PRAISE is not of men, but of God” Romans 2:28-29.

“And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the TESTIMONY of Jesus: WORSHIP God: for the TESTIMONY of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” Revelation 19:10.

“Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the KNOWLEDGE of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 according as his DIVINE power hath GIVEN unto us ALL THINGS that PERTAIN unto LIFE and GODLINESS, through the KNOWLEDGE of him that hath CALLED us to glory and virtue: 4 whereby are GIVEN unto us EXCEEDING great and precious PROMISES: that by these ye might be PARTAKERS of the DIVINE nature, having ESCAPED the corruption that is in the WORLD through lust” 2 Peter 1:2-4.

PRAYER WORKS – KEEP IT ALIVE

May 11, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

PRAYER WORKS – KEEP IT ALIVE: IT’S YOUR FELLOWSHIP ACT WITH THE HEAVENLY FOR YOUR EARTHLY CAUSE!

“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that MEN OUGHT ALWAYS TO PRAY, and NOT TO FAINT (GIVE UP, GO WEARY, LOSE HEART)” Luke 18:1 Emphasis Mine.

Don’t underestimate the ESSENCE of PRAYERS to transform, translate and transfigure your worlds of NOTHING to SOMETHING meaningful and fulfilling, in an onward and upward trajectory ALTITUDE of graciousness and gracefulness in Christ Jesus stead.

PRAYERS makes your DAY DAWN come alive before THE DAY is DAWN. It enhances your relationship with God with the fellowship in place. See PRAYERS as not a burden but a FELLOWSHIP worth enjoying to enhance the RELATIONSHIP that you dearly cherish in every way of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

PRAYER may be WORK for some – make yours a JOY that’s undetachable, indescribable, incomprehensible, loveable reachable, liveable and enjoyable.

LET US PRAY – GIVE IT A GO NOW

SELAH – PAUSE AND THINK.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH PONDERING IN CONTEXT:

“And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray. 29 And AS HE PRAYED, the FASHION of his COUNTENANCE was ALTERED, and his RAIMENT was white and glistering” Luke 9:28-29.

“And in the morning, RISING UP A GREAT WHILE BEFORE DAY, he went out, and departed into a SOLITARY PLACE, and there PRAYED” Mark 1:35.

“And it came to pass, that, AS HE WAS PRAYING in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, LORD, TEACH US TO PRAY, as John also taught his disciples. 2 And he said unto them, WHEN YE PRAY, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. 3 Give us day by day our daily bread. 4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil” Luke 11:1-4

“And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that MEN OUGHT ALWAYS TO PRAY, and NOT TO FAINT (GIVE UP, GO WEARY, LOSE HEART)” Luke 18:1 Emphasis Mine.

“Is anyone among you suffering? He must PRAY. Is anyone joyful? He is to sing praises [to God]. 14 Is anyone among you sick? He must call for the elders (spiritual leaders) of the church and they are to PRAY over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; 15 and the prayer of faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. 16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another [your false steps, your offenses], and PRAY for one another, that you may be healed and restored. The heartfelt and persistent PRAYER of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power]. 17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours [with the same physical, mental, and spiritual limitations and shortcomings], and he PRAYED intensely for it not to rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. 18 Then he PRAYED again, and the sky gave rain and the land produced its crops [as usual]” James 5:13-18 Amplified.

THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY

May 10, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY: THE UNDERSTANDING MAKES ONE TO RULE AND REIGN IN LIFE!

“The FEAR of the Lord is the BEGINNING of WISDOM: and THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY is UNDERSTANDING” Proverbs 9:10.

You are REDEEMED to REIGN in LIFE in Christ Jesus and to RULE over the ENEMY and COHORTS in DOMINION. You are either REIGNING in life in grace OVER and AGAINST all circumstances and situations or you are being OVERWHELMED by your circumstances and situations; and therein living in fears and phobia, intimidation, inferiority complexes and such like human weakness and limitations.

I challenge you in Christ Jesus, that you CAN RESOLVE to REIGN in life and RULE in DOMINION over the ENEMY and COHORTS from this day ONWARDS and UPWARDS as – a royal priesthood, a chosen generation, a holy personality/nation and a peculiar breed person; being enabled by grace to go forth and show forth the praises of Him that has delivered you and transformed and transfigured you from the kingdom of darkness into His marvellous light of glory, honour and grace.

You are ROYAL – royalties RULE and REIGN. And it’s your time and turn as ROYAL priesthood to both RULE over the ENEMY and COHORTS in DOMINION and REIGN in LIFE in the GRACE, in every way in Christ Jesus stead. Amen.

“For if by one man’s offence death REIGNED by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall REIGN in life by one, Jesus Christ) . . . 21 that as sin hath REIGNED unto death, even so might grace REIGN through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord” Romans 5:17, 21.

“To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, 5 ye also, as LIVELY STONES, are built up a SPIRITUAL HOUSE, an HOLY PRIESTHOOD, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ . . . But ye are a CHOSEN generation, a ROYAL priesthood, an HOLY nation, a PECULIAR people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10 which in time past were NOT A PEOPLE, but ARE NOW THE PEOPLE of God: which had NOT OBTAINED mercy, but now have OBTAINED mercy” 1 Peter 2:4-5, 9-10.

With Our HEARTS

May 10, 2026 By Pastor Chukie Leave a Comment

With Our HEARTS: Let’s WORSHIP God WORTHILY And SERVE Him ACCEPTABLY In Christ Jesus!

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast CREATED all things, and for thy PLEASURE they are and were CREATED” Revelation 4:11.

With our HEARTS, let’s WORSHIP God WORTHILY and SERVE Him ACCEPTABLY In Christ Jesus – For we are CREATED for His SPLENDOUR.

And to worship and serve Him from the heart – the human spirit-being makes all the difference. We are either spirit-ruled or bodily-ruled. Being spirit-ruled makes us connect to God by the Holy Spirit to be Spirit ruled in our being while being bodily-ruled makes us connect to the world to be fleshly ruled.

“For WE ARE THE CIRCUMCISION, which WORSHIP God in the spirit [spirit-ruled, Holy Spirit Ruled], and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no CONFIDENCE in the flesh [bodily-ruled, fleshly-ruled]” Philippians 3:3/Emphasis Mine.

SUMMARY:

This message is centred on WORTHY WORSHIP AND SERVICE TO GOD, emphasising being spirit-ruled and worshipping Him in spirit and truth.

Key Points:

  1. Worthy Worship: Believers should worship God worthily and serve Him acceptably in Christ Jesus (Revelation 4:11, Philippians 3:3).
  2. Created for Splendour: We are created for God’s splendour and pleasure (Revelation 4:11).
  3. Spirit-Ruled vs Bodily-Ruled: Being spirit-ruled connects us to God, while being bodily-ruled connects us to the world (Philippians 3:3, Romans 2:28-29).
  4. True Worship: God seeks worshippers who worship Him in spirit and truth (John 4:19-24).
  5. Heart Circumcision: True circumcision is of the heart, in the spirit (Romans 2:28-29).

Scriptural References:

  • Revelation 4:11 – God’s worthiness
  • Philippians 3:3 – Spirit-ruled worship
  • Romans 2:28-29 – Heart circumcision
  • John 4:19-24 – Worship in spirit and truth
