MONTH SEPTEMBER 2026 ENTITLED: “GROWING IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF JESUS CHRIST! 

The Month of September 2026 is the MONTH OF BUTTERFLYING IN THE GRACE; it is the month to answer these questions here, though not limited to them: WHY GO PURSUING AFTER THE BUTTERFLY, WHEN YOU CAN CULTIVATE [CREATE AND CURATE] YOUR GARDEN WITHIN YOU BY GROWING YOUR PLANT – AND THE BUTTERFLIES WILL COME TO YOU, TO MAKE YOU BUTTERFLYING? THINK! 

I know that my God and your God, in Christ Jesus, wants to put an end to your aimlessness, sweating, depression, struggling, tiredness and such like. Hence I am using metaphor to illustrate to you what this Month is all about for you. A month of GROWTH and FRUITFULNESS that is ENTITLED: “GROWING IN THE GRACE & KNOWLEDGE IN CHRIST!” 

LET ME SHARE WITH YOU A PERSONAL LIFE STORY AS A METAPHOR TO THIS MONTH THEME. 

I found out just before I got married to my virtuous wife that everything around her showed signs of the butterfly, especially in her drawings. I thought is because of her tendency towards being a graphic designer and communicator. In closer observation, I also found out that the pendant on her necklace was most times with a butterfly, and sometimes on the bangles on her hand. There was a butterfly on top of the bangles. I never knew then that she was telling a storyline of saying, I am matured and ready to fly as a Butterfly. Now I know, without asking her for explanation. 

However, I didn’t read much meaning into it then, apart from saying, “OK, that’s what ladies like.” And in the course of getting married and planning for our wedding, I noticed that she was so insistent that the card be designed with a butterfly, and that the decorations would follow along the same line. There were others I cannot recall fully well now. I used to just say “butterfly lady” without reading meaning into it, but I observed it. And eventually, that’s what was done. 

I’ve thought of lots of things that had to do with the butterfly around her. I couldn’t understand fully well then what it meant. I later found out, in the course of researching in recent times, as I’ve been thinking about growth and fruitfulness and development and fulfilment in life and knowledge, and in many thoughts – That’s when the concept of the butterfly came alive again. While I was analysing, I realised there are four stages of growth and development in the becoming of the Butterfly – to BUTTER-FLY indeed in glory and beauty and grace. 

Although I knew something about the Butterfly in my Secondary School days as a student of Biology and Agricultural Science, before heading for Engineering – I didn’t think much about it as I have thought about the Butterfly at this period of my life, from a spiritual perspective. The butterfly has four stages of life: the time of the Egg, the time of the Larva [Caterpillar], the Pupa [Chrysalis], and eventually the formation of the Butterfly – the final stage. These stages or phases are signs of growth, signs of progressive changes. It is what is called metamorphosis – into what we want to become, as most of us want to become something in life and grace, in the grace. 

Let us consider a Butterfly in respect of growth and development in STAGES [PHASES]: 

A butterfly develops through four distinct life stages in a PROCESS called complete metamorphosis. This total transformation takes about one month to complete the cycle: 

THE FOUR STAGES ARE: 

1.The “Egg” Stage: 

Female butterflies lay tiny, round or oval eggs on plant leaves. These leaves will serve as food when the young hatch. 

2. The “Larva [Caterpillar]” Stage: 

A hungry caterpillar emerges to eat leaves and grow. It sheds its tight skin several times as its body gets bigger. 

3. The “Pupa [Chrysalis]” Stage: 

The full-grown caterpillar forms a hard shell called a chrysalis. Inside this shell, its body changes completely into a winged insect. 

4. The “Adult [Butterfly]” Stage: 

The adult insect breaks out of the chrysalis. It rests while its wet wings dry and fill with fluid before it flies away. 

The metaphoric writ is not about the Butterfly, but about YOU – to think and to derive something that will cause you to dream, to have a desire, to have a vision, and to understand that there is a process to becoming as a born-of –God child in Christ Jesus’ stead. Unfortunately, like the Butterfly, most people do not want to go through any processes to their becoming. They want to wake up one morning and just become – which is not only an illusion but has brought many to a place of delusion. 

But those who are wise take the path of growth to fruitfulness, by undergoing a process that will process them into becoming and has processed them into what they have BECOME. The wise know that when they are processed, and get to their place of becoming, they are solid, they are efficient, they are strong, they are competent, they are diligent, they are prudent. They have worth, they have quality and they are principled to the how of doing life and living godly, in the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead. 

That’s why sometimes, you may be wondering, “Why is that person so stable and I am not stable?” The first thing you will want to ask yourself is: Did you follow through a PROCESS to arrive at the point you are at? Did you go through a PROCESS in life in that marital state? Did you go through a PROCESS in your educational career, in that degree course? Did you go through the PROCESS, or did you just ARRIVE or buy your way into the present point of your life right now without any process? 

For a butterfly to become a butterfly, there is a process to go through to come to that point. 

different phase in my life, a place of beauty and glory. A time to fly and display what I am made of, what I have been processed into. 

That’s why growth is so important to our fruitfulness in life and grace. And when you GROW as a Believer in God by God’s Word, in GRACE and in KNOWLEDGE, in Christ Jesus, in respect and context of this Month of September theme in Christ Jesus — you don’t just grow for nothing, but your growth makes you become in fruitfulness. 

Hence, I am persuaded and I am persuading you to see the need for GROWTH and FRUITFULNESS. For your growing in the grace, and growing in the knowledge in Christ Jesus, takes you out of struggle, religion, sectarianism, traditions and such like creeds and bondages that many have been addicted to, instead of growing. 

For if you are not growing, you will be stunted and withered with time. 

Because it is growth and fruitfulness, you radiate, you rekindle, you rejuvenate, you blossom and you refresh effortlessly. 

When you are processed into becoming, it will be said of you as was said of the Apostles and disciples in the early days — when the people analysed the whole process, they said, “This person,” “these people” are different, unique and peculiar — just as they said of the apostles, “they have been with Jesus,” as a mark of their uniqueness. 

These people that turned the world upside down, there was something unique about their lives, because they had been with Jesus. 

You will find out that the epitome of what you are trying to bring forth and show forth is that great bright light, that beauty you want to display — being grown in grace and knowledge in Christ Jesus, and not in yourself or in someone else. 

They will see — that behind it, before it, around it, within it — is the beauty of Jesus, the beauty of Christ. 

Like somebody trying to squeeze you in life, what you radiate, the aroma that comes from you, the fragrance, the beauty — what comes out of you is just Jesus, and nothing else. You just ooze out that glory, that beauty of life. 

When the butterfly is processed into a butterfly, through stage after stage, and when it is ready to fly, fully grown — some of us, like me as a growing child, tried to catch them. We would run after them. 

I can remember growing up as a child, during primary school, at break time. We would go out to play. We would see butterflies flying around, and we would try to capture them. Sometimes we succeeded, sometimes we didn’t. We burned energy, we burned time during that break, chasing butterflies of different sizes and colours and beauty. Some of us who were able to bring one into the classroom, we were all happy for him or her. And if you were not able, you kept on trying the next time. It was just beautiful, just to watch butterflies fly around. 

And when I look today, in the course of this month’s theme we have — if I want to come to that place of butterflies, I have to cultivate the garden. 

So when I look at my family, at the garden my wife has made today, where we’ve spent most of the summer outdoors, it is such a welcoming and relaxing and beautiful and healthy place to be — and it is simply because of the upgrade she has made it become. This summer was uniquely different, and so we spent most of our time outdoors in the beautiful garden. 

Now, whether at sunrise or late evening, you can see lots and lots of butterflies of various species flying around the garden, displaying their character and beauty and glory. The bees were not left out either, as they display what it means to pollinate plants to produce fruit and flowers — the bees are there flying from plant to plant, helping with the pollination of the fruit plants that are there, and the flowers that are there. 

I just love the beauty of beholding the garden through the kitchen window, especially with my eyes focusing on the butterflies in various places. It makes my mind reflect on the butterflies and bees and other insects in the Garden of Eden. I can imagine how beautiful it was to see butterflies, and bees pollinating — every creature doing its bit. 

The butterfly makes me realise even more that there is something about each one of us and our uniqueness: We are like a seed. And for us to bring forth the beauty we have, we need to GROW. For us to grow, we have to be planted. We need to have a good, natural environment for that butterfly nature in us to come out. We need to grow into it. 

And when you GROW through the process into your butterfly life, in the grace and in the knowledge of Christ Jesus, there is something different about you. 

But if you do it in haste, to become it overnight, the Scriptural writ says, “He that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent” — Proverbs 28:20. 
I say it again: He that is in haste to be rich shall not be innocent. 

That is why I love the scripture of Proverbs 11:11, and Proverbs 16:5: _ “He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding.” _ 

There are Believers out there who will intentionally break laws, who will break rules in order to achieve their objectives. And there are people like that in the house of God, who just break the governing rules and governing laws and bypass the process to get to their desires. All they care about is, “I want to have a car, I want to have a house, I want to possess possessions,” without minding the consequences. 

When you trace the effects of the breaking of God’s Word, some people will say, “It is the end that justifies the means.” Unfortunately for them, in the context of the Kingdom, the process of acquiring what you want matters, and that is what justifies a child of God in grace and knowledge in Christ Jesus’ stead. 

If it is acquired by oppressing others, you are an oppressor. If you obtain what you obtain by intimidating others, you are not of God. You may have it, yes, but the Bible says, “The wicked shall not go unpunished” — and whatever you possess, you will not have peace, because “There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked” — Isaiah 48:22; Isaiah 57:21. 

But when you are processed to acquire what you want to acquire as a child of God, you are stable in your faith. You can call upon God, and He will be there for you. You are not afraid, you are not ashamed, because you know how you got there. If men applaud you for being there, you should know what it means, but if God approves you to be there, it is a different thing altogether — Acts 2:22; 2 Timothy 2:15.  

Therefore, in this month of September, the month of GROWING IN THE GRACE AND IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST JESUS, it is my earnest wish that, as a living plant, for you to attract your butterflies — and also as a seed, you need to grow to attract butterflies — you ensure that you are in good soil. That is your heart. So that your exposure will give you all the space for you to grow, and eventually, the butterflies will come. 

The butterfly will come to the garden to display its grace and to multiply too. The butterfly is always attracted to plants, and it will help with flowering, beautifying, and such like. 

I want you to know this, which is true: that every seed can become a forest by growing in the grace and knowledge of God — not in religion, not in dogma, not in tradition, not in the definition of men, but in the wisdom, and the power, and the Holy Spirit of God. 

And as a living seed, you have to be planted to grow up in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus, so that you can FLOURISH in the courts of our God. Don’t be a potted plant, but be a planted plant. It is in being planted that you can flourish to ensure God’s RIGHTEOUSNESS. 

Growth in the grace and knowledge in Christ Jesus is a life that is without limitations, and it is irrespective of all ages. Fruitfulness is for all to ensure through Growing. 

Then your butterflies will come instead of you pursuing after the butterflies.

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH READING AND PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“So, beloved, since you are looking forward to these things, be diligent and make every effort to be found by Him [at His return] spotless and blameless, in peace [that is, inwardly calm with a sense of spiritual well-being and confidence, having lived a life of obedience to Him]. 15 And consider the patience of our Lord [His delay in judging and avenging wrongs] as salvation [that is, allowing time for more to be saved]; just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given to him [by God], 16 speaking about these things as he does in all of his letters. In which there are some things that are difficult to understand, which the untaught and unstable [who have fallen into error] twist and misinterpret, just as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. 17 Therefore, [let me warn you] beloved, knowing these things beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the ERROR of UNPRINCIPLED men [who distort doctrine] and fall from your own steadfastness [of mind, knowledge, truth, and faith], 18 but GROW [SPIRITUALLY MATURE] IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. To Him be glory (honor, majesty, splendor), both now and to the day of eternity. Amen” 2 Peter 3:14-18/Amplified. 

“And now I COMMEND you to God [placing you in His protective, loving care] and [I commend you] to THE WORD OF HIS GRACE [the counsel and promises of His unmerited favor]. His grace is able to BUILD YOU UP and to GIVE YOU the [rightful] inheritance among all those who are sanctified [that is, among those who are set apart for God’s purpose—all believers]” Acts 20:32/Amplified. 

“But my horn [my emblem of strength and power] You have exalted like that of a wild ox; I am anointed with fresh oil [for Your service]. 11 My eye has looked on my foes; My ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me. 12 The righteous will flourish like the date palm [long-lived, upright and useful]; They will grow like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic and stable]. 13 Planted in the house of the Lord, They will flourish in the courts of our God. 14 [Growing in grace] they will still thrive and bear fruit and prosper in old age; They will flourish and be vital and fresh [rich in trust and love and contentment]; 15 [They are living memorials] to declare that the Lord is upright and faithful [to His promises]; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. [Rom 9:14]” Psalms 92:10-12. 

“Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: 2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the KNOWLEDGE of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 as His DIVINE POWER has given to us all things that pertain to LIFE and GODLINESS, through the KNOWLEDGE of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be PARTAKERS of the DIVINE NATURE, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, ADD TO YOUR FAITH virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to KNOWLEDGE self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be NEITHER BARREN NOR UNFRUITFUL IN THE KNOWLEDGE of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. 10 Therefore, brethren, be even MORE DILIGENT to make your call and election sure, for if you DO these things you will NEVER stumble; 11 for so an ENTRANCE will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” 2 Peter 1:1-11. 

“Jesus answered and said to them, “YOU ARE MISTAKEN, not KNOWING the Scriptures nor the POWER of God” Matthew 22:29. 

“Hear the word of the Lord, You children of Israel, For the Lord brings a charge against the inhabitants of the land: “There is NO TRUTH OR MERCY OR KNOWLEDGE of God in the land . . . 6 MY PEOPLE are DESTROYED for lack OF KNOWLEDGE. Because you have REJECTED KNOWLEDGE, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have FORGOTTEN the law of your God, I also will forget your children” Hosea 4:1, 6. 

“13 Therefore MY PEOPLE have gone into CAPTIVITY, Because they have NO KNOWLEDGE; Their honorable men are famished, And their multitude dried up with thirst. 14 Therefore Sheol has enlarged itself And opened its mouth beyond measure; Their glory and their multitude and their pomp, And he who is jubilant, shall descend into it. 15 People shall be brought down, Each man shall be humbled, And the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled” Isaiah 5:13-15. 

“Now so it was that after three days they found Him [Jesus] in the temple, SITTING in the MIDST of the TEACHERS, both LISTENING to them and ASKING them questions . . . 52 And Jesus INCREASED in WISDOM and STATURE [PHYSIQUE], and in FAVOUR with God and men” Luke 2:46, 52. 

SUMMARY: 
This message is a prophetic charge for SEPTEMBER 2026 entitled: “GROWING IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF JESUS CHRIST” — a month of BUTTERFLING IN THE GRACE. 

Using the butterfly and the garden as a living metaphor, it calls every born-again believer to embrace PROCESS over HASTE, and to grow into fruitfulness in Christ Jesus. 

KEY POINTS: 

  1. THE BUTTERFLY METAPHOR: PROCESS PRODUCES MANIFESTATION
  • A butterfly goes through 4 stages: Egg → Larva/Caterpillar → Pupa/Chrysalis → Adult Butterfly. This is called complete metamorphosis and takes time. 
  • The story of your wife’s wedding — the butterfly on the card, jewellery, and decor — was a prophetic picture: “I am matured and ready to fly.” A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime phase of beauty, glory, and display. 
  • Application: You cannot skip the process and still carry the glory. What is done in secret in the chrysalis is what is displayed in public. 
  1. WHY PEOPLE STRUGGLE: THEY WANT TO BECOME WITHOUT PROCESS
  • Many want to wake up and “just become.” That is illusion and leads to delusion. 
  • The wise take the path of growth. Processing makes you solid, efficient, strong, competent, diligent, prudent, principled. 
  • Self-check questions: Did you follow a PROCESS in marriage, education, career, or ministry? Or did you just ARRIVE or buy your way there? 
  • Scripture warning: “He that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent” — Proverbs 28:20. “He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread” — Proverbs 11:11.  
  1. THE DANGER OF BYPASSING GOD’S PROCESS
  • Some in the house of God break rules, oppress, and intimidate just to “possess possessions.” 
  • “It is the end that justifies the means” is not Kingdom logic. In the Kingdom, the process matters. 
  • Consequence: “The wicked shall not go unpunished” and “There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked” — Isaiah 48:22; 57:21. 
  • God-processed people are stable. They are not afraid or ashamed because they know how they got there. Men may applaud, but God’s approval is different — Acts 2:22; 2 Tim 2:15. 
  1. GROWTH IN GRACE & KNOWLEDGE = FREEDOM & FRUITFULNESS
  • Growing in grace and knowledge in Christ Jesus delivers you from struggle, religion, sectarianism, tradition, and bondage. 
  • Without growth you become stunted and withered. With growth you radiate, rekindle, rejuvenate, blossom, and refresh effortlessly. 
  • Like the apostles, people will say of you: “They have been with Jesus.” Your life will ooze the aroma, fragrance, and beauty of Christ. 
  1. CULTIVATE YOUR GARDEN, DON’T CHASE BUTTERFLIES
  • Personal testimony: Your wife’s garden this summer attracted many butterflies and bees because it was cultivated and upgraded. 
  • Truth: Butterflies are attracted to planted, flowering gardens. They help with pollination and beauty. 
  • Application: You are a seed. To bring forth beauty you must be planted in good soil — your heart. Don’t be a potted plant. Be a planted plant so you can FLOURISH in the courts of our God — Psalms 92:13-14. 
  • Every seed can become a forest by growing in the wisdom, power, and Holy Spirit of God, not in religion, dogma, or men’s definition. 
  1. SCRIPTURAL ANCHORS FOR THE MONTH
  • 2 Peter 3:14-18: “But GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.” Be diligent, not carried away by error. 
  • Acts 20:32: “The word of His grace is able to build you up and give you inheritance.” 
  • 2 Peter 1:5-8: Add virtue, knowledge, self-control… “For if these things abound in you, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful.” 
  • Hosea 4:6; Isaiah 5:13: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” 

CALL TO ACTION: 

  1. DECIDE TO GROW: Be intentional about growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus through God’s Word and the Holy Spirit. 
  2. EMBRACE THE PROCESS: Don’t take shortcuts. Allow God to process you through every stage so your becoming will be stable and God-approved. 
  3. CULTIVATE YOUR HEART/GARDEN: Get into good soil. Create an environment of prayer, Word, obedience, and the Spirit. Stop pursuing the butterfly — become the garden and the butterflies will come to you. 
  4. REJECT HASTE & COMPROMISE: Don’t break Kingdom principles to get results. Fruit without process has no peace. 
  5. PURPOSE TO FLOURISH: Be planted, not potted. Grow without limitations at any age so you can bear fruit, display glory, and reflect Jesus. 

God’s desire for you this month: To put an end to aimlessness, sweating, and struggling. To bring you into a season of GROWTH and FRUITFULNESS where you BUTTERFLY in grace — beautiful, stable, fruitful, and full of the aroma of Christ.

IT IS MONTH SEPTEMBER: DARE TO TRIUMPH IN EVERY PLACE! 

“That is why I REMIND you to FAN INTO FLAME THE GRACIOUS GIFT of God, [that INNER FIRE—THE SPECIAL ENDOWMENT] which is in you through the laying on of my hands [with those of the elders at your ordination]. 7 For God did not give us a spirit of TIMIDITY or COWARDICE or FEAR, but [He has given us a spirit] of POWER and of LOVE and of SOUND JUDGMENT and PERSONAL DISCIPLINE [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control]” 2 Timothy 1:6-7 (Amplified). 

This is your September that the Lord God has made – to rejoice and be glad in it. Therefore, BE EMBOLDENED AND DARING TO BECOME in LIFE and GODLY LIVING in this Month in Christ Jesus’ stead. 

  • DARE TO BE WHATSOEVER YOU WANT AND DESIRE TO BE . . . BE EMBOLDENED TO BE IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD IN GOD’S BLESSEDNESS  

For as the DEER pants to quench its thirst by taking an emboldened steps to the water brooks, not minding what it takes or its vulnerability, take on the day and month of September with an emboldened spirit of FAITH in God’s WORD, to win and triumph in Christ Jesus’ stead. 

It’s your TIMELESS opportunity to CREATE and COLOUR your WORLDS with the atmosphere you love to SEE, ENJOY and BE FULLFILLED in. It’s all by being EMBOLDENED and DARING to BECOME in LIFE and GODLY LIVING. 

Therefore I say to you in the name of Jesus Christ that it’s your moment – “DARE TO TRIUMPH IN EVERY PLACE” – in God’s BLESSEDNESS in these, but not limited to, to make your life WORTH the living and not one of SORRY and WORRY: 

  • Dare to Be BORN of God in Christ Jesus and not be ASHAMED 
  • Dare to Be an AMBASSADOR for Christ, not a noise maker 
  • Dare to BE a VOICE, not an ECHO 
  • Dare to BE a WRITER of that SONG and possibly make the music 
  • Dare to BE a WRITER of that BOOK, POEM and such like written in your heart – The WORLDS about you needs it. 
  • Dare to BE a DANIEL 
  • Dare to BE a MESHACH, SHADRACH and ABEDNEGO 
  • Dare to BE a DEBORAH 
  • Dare to Be a Principled Christian that’s RESPONSIBLE and ACCOUNTABLE in Public Service 
  • Dare to BE a PASTOR – GOSPEL Minister that’s PRINCIPLED, RESPONSIBLE and ACCOUNTABLE to God and His Church 
  • Dare to BE GREAT and MAKE a DIFFERENCE 
  • Dare to BE selfless in LOVE, FAITH and HOPE 
  • Dare to BE a PASTOR’S Wife unashamed 
  • Dare to BE a PASTOR’S Husband unashamed 
  • Dare to BE ENGAGED and Get MARRIED 
  • Dare to Be a STUDENT & the very BEST for yourself and HUMAN goodness 
  • Dare to BE an ENTREPRENEUR – making Societal good 
  • Dare To BE of SMALL BEGINNINGS and GROW to HIGHER HEIGHTS 
  • Dare to BE a BUSINESS & CAREER Person making a POSITIVE IMPACT that enhances PRODUCTIVITY 
  • Dare to Be an INVESTOR of God given resources – TIME, EFFORT & FINANCE and not a WASTER of them 
  • Dare To BE DILIGENT & PRUDENT in obligations in your care – that will affect people and materials especially 
  • Dare to BE the very BEST in your PROFESSION for humanity’s sake 
  • Dare to BE a CIVIC POLITICIAN for the good causes of the society and not for your selfish interest.

This is a prophetic charge and declaration for September calling believers to walk in boldness, faith, and diligence. The foundation is God’s WORD — you are to FAN INTO FLAME the gift of God in you, reject fear, and embrace a spirit of POWER, LOVE, and SOUND JUDGMENT. September is presented as a TIMELESS opportunity to CREATE, COLOUR and FULFIL your world with God’s blessedness. By being EMBOLDENED to BECOME in LIFE and GODLY LIVING, you are to DARE TO BE all God has called you to be — in career, ministry, family, business and society — and TRIUMPH in every place in Christ Jesus’ stead.

PROSPERING YOUR SPIRIT-BEING FOR YOUR WHOLENESS! 

“Beloved, I pray that in every way you may SUCCEED and PROSPER and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your SOUL PROSPERS [SPIRITUALLY]” 3 John 1:2/Amplified. 

The Holy Writ informs us that our God has BLESSED us in Christ Jesus, even as He REDEEMED us from SIN to RIGHTEOUSNESS. And His BLESSEDNESS is to ENRICH us and not to give us sorrow, pain, or any form of side effects or bandages. And to be BLESSED of God is to be EMPOWERED to PROSPER and ACHIEVE purpose meaningfully in the grace. This thus indicates that the concept of PROSPERITY or PROSPERING is because we have been BLESSED [EMPOWERED] by God, which is the consequence of our redemption rights and privileges in Christ Jesus. Amen. So, the default of BLESSEDNESS that results in PROSPERITY in the grace is in the DNA of our justification in redemption. 

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath BLESSED us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ” Ephesians 1:3. 

“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 that THE BLESSING of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might RECEIVE the promise of the Spirit through faith” Galatians 3:13-14. 

“THE BLESSING of the Lord, it MAKETH RICH, and he ADDETH NO SORROW with it” Proverbs 10:22. 

This indicates that it is as we PROSPER in our SPIRIT-BEING in the grace, that we are then able to ensure and assure that our whole being prospers accordingly [3 John 1:2]; and we are positioned with the wholeness default – and the wholeness default is about our triune being: spirit, soul and body. For we are, by default, through knowledge to share and partake in all that pertains to life and godliness in the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen. 

“May grace (God’s favor) and peace (which is perfect well-being, all necessary good, all spiritual prosperity, and freedom from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts) be multiplied to you in [the full, personal, precise, and correct] KNOWLEDGE of God and of Jesus our Lord. 3 For His DIVINE POWER has bestowed upon us ALL THINGS that [are requisite and suited] to LIFE and GODLINESS, through the [full, personal] KNOWLEDGE of Him Who CALLED us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue) 4 By means of these He has BESTOWED on us His precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through them you may escape [by flight] from the moral decay (rottenness and corruption) that is in the world because of covetousness (lust and greed), and become SHARERS (PARTAKERS) of the DIVINE NATURE” 2 Peter 1:2-4/Amplified Classic Edition. 

Know that Month SEPTEMBER is the ninth month of the year in the JULIAN and GREGORIAN calendars, and it is the third of four months to have a length of 30 days, and the fourth of five months to have a length of fewer than 31 days. September in the Northern Hemisphere and March in the Southern Hemisphere are seasonal equivalents. And Month SEPTEMBER in the northern hemisphere is usually considered the first month of autumn. For many, the month of September signals the end of summer, the beginning of autumn, and the start of a new school year. With respect to the calendar, September marks the beginning of the series of months named after their numerical position in the year. 

Therefore, in this Month of September, know that you have All it takes to BECOME in Christ Jesus, as we have been endowed and endued with the enabling grace of God in the grace. So, make an intentional choice to ensure you SCRIPTURALLY PROSPER your spirit-being for the good of your whole [total] being, for the WORD of God works and is alive today, to make it all possible for our now and tomorrow, as our God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. 

So, in this Month September we will be exploring on how to ensure we PROSPER our SPIRIT-BEING, in order to PROSPER also in other aspects of our doing life; and this is in ensuring and assuring our total being prospers in the grace. For Month SEPTEMBER – the ninth month of the year in the Julian and Gregorian calendars – can be summed up Scripturally in this wise:  

  • It is to remind one of the Nine (9) FRUITS of the Holy Spirit to develop and build up the Christian FAITH, CHARACTER, BEHAVIOUR, and CONDUCT, enabling in the grace. [Galatians 5:22-25; 1 Timothy 3:15]. 
  • It is to remind one of the Nine (9) SPIRITUAL GIFTS of the Spirit to build up and give one that enabling grace of God to function in MINISTERIAL, SPIRITUAL and CIVIL [CIVILITY] demands in grace. [1 Corinthians 12:7-11, 27-31; Romans 12:1-8]. 
  • It teaches us the essence of WHOLENESS and COMPLETENESS and FULFILMENT and TOTALITY and MATURING, since the number nine [9] means PERFECTION in a scriptural sense. [1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 4:12-13]. 

In this month, we set our hearts on “PROSPERING YOUR SPIRIT-BEING FOR YOUR WHOLENESS [TOTALITY]” in life and godliness, in the grace of God in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen. And I pray that by God’s enabling we shall, through the course of this month, explore how you may PROSPER in your spirit-being to ensure and assure the prosperity of your total being in the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

SUMMARY 

The message is a September charge to intentionally PROSPER YOUR SPIRIT-BEING as the foundation for WHOLENESS [TOTALITY] in life and godliness. It anchors prosperity in redemption, not striving — because in Christ we have already been BLESSED, REDEEMED, and EMPOWERED by grace to live and succeed in spirit, soul, and body. 

Key Points 

  1. Blessing Precedes Prosperity 
    God has BLESSED us in Christ Jesus and REDEEMED us from SIN to RIGHTEOUSNESS [Ephesians 1:3; Galatians 3:13-14]. His BLESSEDNESS ENRICHES without sorrow or side effects [Proverbs 10:22]. To be BLESSED is to be EMPOWERED to PROSPER and fulfil purpose in grace. This is the DNA of our justification in redemption. 
  2. Spirit-First Prosperity Produces Total Prosperity 
    “Beloved, I pray that in every way you may SUCCEED and PROSPER and be in good health, just as your SOUL PROSPERS” [3 John 1:2]. As we prosper in our SPIRIT-BEING in grace, we can ensure and assure that our whole being prospers. This is the “wholeness default” — spirit, soul, and body [1 Thessalonians 5:23]. 
  3. Prosperity Comes Through Knowledge of God and His Word 
    All things that pertain to LIFE and GODLINESS are given to us through the full KNOWLEDGE of Him [2 Peter 1:2-4]. The WORD of God is alive and working to make prosperity possible now and tomorrow [Hebrews 4:12-13; Joshua 1:8]. God takes PLEASURE in the PROSPERITY of His servant [Psalms 35:27]. 
  4. September = 9: A Call to Maturity and Wholeness 
    September is the 9th month. Scripturally, 9 speaks of PERFECTION, WHOLENESS, and MATURING. 
  5. Nine FRUITS of the Spirit: to build FAITH, CHARACTER, BEHAVIOUR, and CONDUCT [Galatians 5:22-25] 
  6. Nine SPIRITUAL GIFTS: to function in MINISTERIAL, SPIRITUAL, and CIVIL demands [1 Corinthians 12:7-11] 
  7. Triune Wholeness: to become sharers/partakers of the DIVINE NATURE and escape decay [2 Peter 1:4] 
  8. You Are Already Endowed and Endued 
    In Christ we have ALL it takes to BECOME. The enabling grace of God has equipped us. The righteous will flourish like a cedar, thrive in old age, and be vital and fresh [Psalms 92:12-14]. The Lord blesses ALL THE WORK of our hands [Deuteronomy 28:12]. [prospers][empowers] 

Call to Action 

  1. Make an intentional choice this month: SCRIPTURALLY PROSPER your spirit-being first. Feed on the Word Day and night, meditate, and do it [Joshua 1:8]. 
  2. Build the 9 Fruits and walk in the 9 Gifts: Let your character, conduct, and ministry reflect maturity and wholeness in grace. 
  3. Live from Blessing, not for Blessing: Remember you are already BLESSED in Christ. From that place, pursue purpose, work, and health knowing God’s power has already supplied ALL things for life and godliness. 
  4. Guard your wholeness: Present your WHOLE spirit, soul, and body to God for preservation [1 Thessalonians 5:23], so that you prosper in every way this season. 

Final Charge: This September, set your heart to prosper in your spirit-being. As your inner man grows strong in grace and knowledge, your total being — spirit, soul, and body — will follow into health, success, and wholeness. Amen. Blessed regards.

AFD SEPTEMBER 2026

WELCOME TO MONTH SEPTEMBER 2026: MONTH OF “GROWING IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE IN CHRIST JESUS!

“. . . 18 but grow [spiritually mature] in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory (honor, majesty, splendor), both now and to the day of eternity. Amen” 2 Peter 3:14-18/Amplified. 

I specifically welcome you in the name of our good and faithful, true and sure God, to the month of SEPTEMBER of the Julian and Gregorian calendar twelve-month count, in the year 2026 of the Lord, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.  

The MONTH of SEPTEMBER 2026 is the month of GROWTH AND FRUITFULNESS; and it is entitled: GROWING IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF JESUS CHRIST! This is about “Ensuring GROWTH & FRUITFULNESS In the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead”; and on this basis of growth and fruitfulness, I am referring firstly the earlier scripture of 2 Peter 3:18, and now recommending another for your perusal to get this month started on an onward and upward trajectory, in the scriptural context of Acts 20:32 as written: 

“And now I COMMEND you to God [placing you in His protective, loving care] and [I commend you] to THE WORD OF HIS GRACE [the counsel and promises of His unmerited favor]. His GRACE is able to BUILD you up and to GIVE you the [rightful] INHERITANCE among all those who are SANCTIFIED [that is, among those who are set apart for God’s purpose—all believers]” Acts 20:32/Amplified. 

Picture this: a seed. A seed has potential. A seed of a plant has life in it, it has potential, it has the enabling and ability to BECOME a forest. But as long as it is not planted, it cannot GROW, and as such it has no value, even though it has a component of value. And for that seed to become a forest, it must be planted and be planted in good soil to grow and be fruitful. Being PLANTED ensures GROWTH and FRUITFULNESS, with good soil to enable it to FLOURISH. Recall I am saying PLANTED and not POTTED. For only those who are PLANTED that FLOURISH, unlike being POTTED – which is instability, limited, stunted and such like. Hence the scripture of Psalms 92:10-15, indicates that only the PLANTED respond to growth, and then flourish in FRUITFULNESS in the courts of our God, as written:

When a tree is planted in a good soil, by reason of the scripture – the Bible scripture of Genesis 8:22, it thus say: “As long as the earth remains, saith the Lord, seedtime and harvest, autumn, winter, summer and spring will never pass by without each accomplishing their purpose of creation. It means that the conditions to make every seed become a forest are always available. It depends on whether that seed is planted to GROW in order to FLOURISH. 

If the seed is planted and it is not tempered with by external factors of religion, denominational spirit, man-made beliefs, then that seed has the potential to grow, and from that growth it will yield fruit. So in this month of September that is entitled “GROWING IN THE GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE OF JESUS CHRIST”, know that you are God’s seed, and God has set you as a seed, and planted you in the world – otherwise the earth – for a purpose to accomplish in His name [Isaiah 45:11-13; Psalms 8:4-6]. This default of grace is irrespective and it is for all, especially those who are now born of God, in Christ Jesus’ stead, and it is not limited by geography, meaning by your location.  

If you can plant yourself in the WORD of GRACE and KNOWLEDGE in Christ Jesus’ stead, you will come to see how, by the Word of God, you will FLOURISH in the grace. For every condition about you to become what God wants you to be is available and within reach, so long as you do not grow by religion, denominational indoctrination, sectarianism, creed and bylaws, man-made traditions and perversions, and such like. 

So, in this Month of SEPTEMBER, in the year of the Lord, I want to gear you up by this my saying, as I have always challenged myself and others: WHY GO ABOUT PURSUING TO GET THE BUTTERFLY? WHY NOT CREATE A GARDEN BY YOUR PLANTING, AND THE BUTTERFLY WILL COME TO YOU TO BUTTER-FLY?  

Thus meaning: that earnest expectations you are running for and after, that you are dying for and after, that you are pursuing after – why not create a garden to bring such to you? In you is the fullness of God in Christ Jesus. In you is what it takes to be the champion, winner, overcomer, victorious, triumphant and a more than conqueror, in the grace, in Christ Jesus stead.  

A default of grace was imparted into you when you gave your life to Jesus. And when you look inward to develop it, to cultivate it, by growing in the grace and knowledge of God in Christ Jesus, you become what you might be pursuing to come to you from you. 

The Holy Writ, THE BIBLE says, paraphrased, “He that CULTIVATES his land, meaning he that tills his land shall never be hungry.” If you cultivate it, every condition for greatness will come out of it. So, instead of you running out, people will come to your domain to seek for what you have cultivated. Eventually you become life, and become an instrument of change for many lives. It’s time to stop running to catch a butterfly. Create your garden, the butterfly will come to you. Create the world, the atmosphere you want to see, in the grace, in Christ Jesus’ stead. Grow in grace, grow in knowledge, so that when the butterflies start coming, you have the capacity to accommodate and to be butterflying. And you will have the capacity to accommodate without being burnt out and worn out.  

As a living seed, you have to be planted to grow up in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus, so that you can FLOURISH in the courts of our God. Don’t be a potted plant, but be a planted plant. It is in your being planted that you can flourish to ensure God’s RIGHTEOUSNESS. This is the time of Growth [Growing], in the grace and knowledge in Christ Jesus, to live without limitations, and it is irrespective of all ages. Fruitfulness is for all to ensure through GROWING. Then your butterflies will come instead of you pursuing after the butterflies. 

You are truly WELCOME to the month of BUTTERFLYING in the grace, the Month of GROWTH and FRUITFULNESS, the Month of SEPTEMBER 2026 that is ENTITLED: “GROWING IN THE GRACE & KNOWLEDGE IN CHRIST!” 

Don’t go about anymore pursuing for the Butterfly, when you can cultivate [create and curate] your garden and grow your plant, your being in Christ Jesus, in the grace and knowledge of the Word by the Holy Spirit, and the butterflies will come to you THINK! 

This is your MONTH to CULTIVATE your garden to ensure you butterfly in life and grace. THINK! 

I pray you have understanding of this, in Jesus’ name. Amen. 

SCRIPTURAL THOUGHTS WORTH READING AND PONDERING IN CONTEXT: 

“So, beloved, since you are looking forward to these things, be diligent and make every effort to be found by Him [at His return] spotless and blameless, in peace [that is, inwardly calm with a sense of spiritual well-being and confidence, having lived a life of obedience to Him]. 15 And consider the patience of our Lord [His delay in judging and avenging wrongs] as salvation [that is, allowing time for more to be saved]; just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given to him [by God], 16 speaking about these things as he does in all of his letters.   1. The Danger of External Interference
  • Growth is hindered by religion, denominational spirit, sectarianism, creed, bylaws, man-made traditions and perversions. 
  • True growth comes by planting yourself in THE WORD OF GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE in Christ Jesus’ stead — free from geography, age, or limitation. 
  1. The Butterfly Principle: Stop Chasing, Start Cultivating
  • Core Challenge: “WHY GO ABOUT PURSUING TO GET THE BUTTERFLY? WHY NOT CREATE A GARDEN BY YOUR PLANTING, AND THE BUTTERFLY WILL COME TO YOU TO BUTTER-FLY?” 
  • Meaning: Stop pursuing the things you want. Cultivate your life in Christ and those things will be drawn to you. 
  • Proverbs 12:11 paraphrased: “He that CULTIVATES his land shall not lack.” 
  • When you grow in grace and knowledge, you become life and an instrument of change. People will come to your domain for what you have cultivated. 
  1. The Capacity to Accommodate
  • Grow in grace and knowledge so when “butterflies” come — opportunities, fruit, influence — you have capacity to accommodate without being burnt out and worn out. 
  • 2 Peter 1:5-8: Add to faith virtue, knowledge, self-control… “For if these things are yours and abound, you will be NEITHER BARREN NOR UNFRUITFUL IN THE KNOWLEDGE of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 
  1. Supporting Scriptures on Knowledge
  • Matthew 22:29: Error comes from “not KNOWING the Scriptures nor the POWER of God”. 
  • Hosea 4:6; Isaiah 5:13: “MY PEOPLE are DESTROYED for lack OF KNOWLEDGE… gone into CAPTIVITY, Because they have NO KNOWLEDGE.” 
  • Luke 2:46, 52: Jesus Himself INCREASED in WISDOM and stature. Growth is modelled by Christ.

CALL TO ACTION 

  1. GET PLANTED: Be planted in THE WORD and in the house of the Lord. Refuse to be a potted plant. 
  2. CULTIVATE YOUR GARDEN: Look inward. Develop the grace imparted to you. Grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus daily. 
  3. STOP CHASING: Stop running after “butterflies” — provision, promotion, recognition. Create the atmosphere and they will come to you. 
  4. GROW WITHOUT LIMITATION: This grace is for all ages and all locations. Ensure fruitfulness through consistent growth. 
  5. THINK! Pause. Apply the Word. Let it build you, establish you, and make you fruitful in God’s righteousness. 

Final Declaration: 
You are WELCOME to SEPTEMBER 2026 — the MONTH OF BUTTERFLYING, GROWTH and FRUITFULNESS. This is your MONTH to CULTIVATE your garden to ensure you butterfly in life and grace. Amen.

BE THE WORD DOER: FOR ONLY THE WORD DOERS ARE “BLESSED” INDEED! 

“But be ye DOERS of the WORD, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the WORD, and not a DOER, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 for he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be BLESSED in his DEED” James 1:22-25. 

It is not how ELOQUENT you can TALK that CHANGES your WORLDS, but how much you can DO — THE WORD you talk about — to change your worlds and the worlds of others around you in grace. 

For it is about WALKING [DOING] the TALK, LIVING by the Spirit of THE WORD in the TALKING, and not about TALKING and making NOISE around without the WALKING [DOING] and LIVING by the Spirit of THE WORD, to change your worlds by your belief and believing in grace. 

For by THE WORD all THINGS are created and formed through FAITH — and FAITH is ACTING correspondingly, according to what you BELIEVE of God’s WORD in that particular CONTEXT in question.  

“By FAITH [that is, with an inherent trust and enduring confidence in the power, wisdom and goodness of God] we understand that the WORLDS (universe, ages) were FRAMED and CREATED [FORMED, put in ORDER, and EQUIPPED for their intended PURPOSE] by THE WORD of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible” Hebrews 11:3/Amplified. 

“But I say, WALK habitually in the [Holy] Spirit [seek Him and be responsive to His guidance], and then you will certainly not carry out the desire of the sinful nature [which responds impulsively without regard for God and His precepts] . . . 25 If we [claim to] LIVE by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also WALK by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage—our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit]” Galatians 5:16, 25/Amplified. 

The Scriptures in James 1:22-25 indicate that only the DOERS of what they HEAR are BLESSED, and not just BLESSED, but BLESSED INDEED. 

Jesus exemplified this in life and ministry. He would DO then TEACH, or TEACH then DO. He knew the effectual power of DOING to exemplify what He was about to talk about, and the efficacy of DOING what He had talked about. 

This act to DO and TEACH He CONTINUED to exercise in life and ministry, UNTIL the day He left the mortality of humanity for the immortality of heaven — Acts 1:1-3.  

“. . . Jesus began both to DO and TEACH, 2 UNTIL THE DAY IN WHICH HE WAS TAKEN UP, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: 3 to whom also he SHEWED himself alive after his passion by many INFALLIBLE PROOFS, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God” Acts 1:1-3. 

I challenge you to step into your worlds with the intent to be a DOER of the WORD of God in life and grace. BE A DOER OF THE WORD — FOR THE WORD WORKS INDEED. 

Doing the WORD will create the atmosphere you want to see and enjoy. Jesus did, and He had it approved of God with signs and wonders following — Acts 2:22. You can too, if you give it a go. I am a living witness of the working WORD when you do it.  

“Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man APPROVED of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know” Acts 2:22. 

When the Apostles went about DOING THE WORD, the Lord CONFIRMED THE WORD with them. 

The Lord God does not confirm any of their possessions, titles, status, persons and such like, but His WORD that they went about proclaiming. 

For as they carried THE WORD, the Lord was honouring THE WORD, and thereby honouring them — and not the other way round with hype, applause and such like for self before THE WORD.  

“. . . 19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. 20 And they WENT FORTH, and PREACHED every where, the Lord working with them, and CONFIRMING THE WORD WITH SIGNS FOLLOWING. Amen” Mark 16:15-20. 

And the ministering angels, who are to minister unto us as heirs of His salvation, will only act on our behalf by THE WORD and not apart from THE WORD. 

They DO THE WORD and only HARKEN to the VOICE of THE WORD — meaning the proclamation of THE WORD only. They are not out there to DO and HARKEN to the noise and noises around, no matter who is making it and how much is made without THE WORD — Psalms 103:20, Hebrews 1:7, 14.  

“Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that DO his commandments, HEARKENING unto the VOICE of his WORD” Psalms 103:20. 

“And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire . . . 14 Are they not all MINISTERING spirits, sent forth to MINISTER for them who shall be HEIRS of salvation?“ Hebrews 1:7, 14. 

And it is upon this knowledge and understanding — that only the DOING of THE WORD matters with God — hence the writer of the epistle, the Acts of the Apostles, Dr Luke, thereby made this admonition to all in Acts 20:32, saying: “And now, brethren, I COMMEND you to God, and to THE WORD of his grace, which is able to BUILD you up, and to give you an INHERITANCE among all them which are SANCTIFIED” 

It is only THE WORD that matters to Father God because THE WORD is Christ Jesus personified — 1 John 5:7; 1:1, 5, 14. And personifying THE WORD means God is obligated to show up for you and honour His WORD personified. 

That is how much THE WORD matters to Father God in every phase of doing life and living godly in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen. 

I wish you God’s grace in Christ Jesus’ stead, as you DO THE WORD to receive His indeed BLESSEDNESS. Amen. 

BE A DOER OF THE WORD FOR THE WORD WORKS IN LIFE AND GRACE IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD. AMEN.

“BLESSED is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his DELIGHT is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he MEDITATE day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree PLANTED by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his LEAF also shall not wither; and WHATSOEVER HE DOETH SHALL PROSPER” Psalms 1:1-3. 

SUMMARY: 
This message is a charge to BE A DOER OF THE WORD — because ONLY THE WORD DOERS ARE “BLESSED” INDEED. 
It declares that eloquence and noise without action cannot change worlds. Real change, real blessing, and divine confirmation come when we WALK the TALK — living by the Spirit of THE WORD, acting in FAITH, and personifying Christ who IS THE WORD. 

KEY POINTS: 

  1. THE CORE FOUNDATION: DOERS OF THE WORD ARE BLESSED INDEED
    God’s pattern is clear. Hearing without doing is self-deception.
    James 1:22-25 — “But be ye DOERS of the WORD, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves… But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be BLESSED in his DEED” 
    Blessing is tied to DOING, not just knowing.  
  1. THREE TRUTHS ABOUT BEING A WORD DOER
    THE WORD CREATES WORLDS THROUGH FAITH-FILLED ACTION
    It is not eloquence that changes your world, but DOING THE WORD.

    Application: FAITH is ACTING correspondingly to what you BELIEVE of God’s WORD in that CONTEXT. Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfil the desires of the flesh. 
    Galatians 5:16, 25 — “WALK habitually in the Spirit… If we [claim to] LIVE by the Spirit, we must also WALK by the Spirit”[Holy]
    JESUS MODELLED IT: DO THEN TEACH
    Jesus began both to DO andTEACH, and continued it until heaven. 
    Acts 1:1-3 — “Jesus began both to DO and TEACH, UNTIL THE DAY IN WHICH HE WAS TAKEN UP… SHEWED himself alive after his passion by many INFALLIBLE PROOFS” 
    He knew the power of DOING to exemplify and to authenticate what He taught. Signs and wonders followed because God APPROVED Him. 
    Acts 2:22 — “Jesus of Nazareth, a man APPROVED of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you”
    GOD AND ANGELS RESPOND TO THE WORD, NOT TO NOISE
    When the Apostles went forth DOING THE WORD, the Lord CONFIRMED THE WORD with signs.
    Mark 16:20 — “And they WENT FORTH, and PREACHED every where, the Lord working with them, and CONFIRMING THE WORD WITH SIGNS FOLLOWING” 
    God does not confirm titles, status or hype — He confirms HIS WORD. 
    Ministering angels also only act by THE WORD. 
    Psalms 103:20 — “Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that DO his commandments, HEARKENING unto the VOICE of his WORD” 
    Hebrews 1:14 — “Are they not all MINISTERING spirits, sent forth to MINISTER for them who shall be HEIRS of salvation?” 
  1. AN IMPORTANT MANDATE: BE COMMENDED TO THE WORD OF HIS GRACE
    Dr Luke’s admonition in Acts is that THE WORD builds us and gives inheritance.
    Acts 20:32 — “And now, brethren, I COMMEND you to God, and to THE WORD of his grace, which is able to BUILD you up, and to give you an INHERITANCE among all them which are SANCTIFIED” 
    To personify THE WORD is to invite God to show up and honour His WORD in your life. 
  1. REALITIES FOR THE WORD DOER
    You Change Atmospheres — Doing THE WORD creates the atmosphere you want to see and enjoy. 
    You Are Built and You Prosper — Like a tree planted by rivers, “WHATSOEVER HE DOETH SHALL PROSPER” — Psalms 1:1-3 
    You Carry Divine Approval — God works with you and confirms THE WORD. 
    You Are A Witness — I am a living witness: THE WORD WORKS when you DO it. 
    You Walk in BLESSEDNESS — Not just blessed, but BLESSED INDEED in Christ Jesus’ stead. 
  1. A WORD TO THE HEARER
    Stop making NOISE without WALKING. Step into your world with intent to DO THE WORD in life and grace.
    BE A DOER OF THE WORD FOR THE WORD WORKS IN LIFE AND GRACE IN CHRIST JESUS’ STEAD. AMEN. 

IN ONE SENTENCE: 

BE THE WORD DOER, because only those who HEAR and DO THE WORD — Christ personified — are BLESSED INDEED, and it is THE WORD they carry that God and angels will honour with power, proof and prosperity.

THE KINGDOM GOSPEL: GIVES SALVATION UNTO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH! 

“For I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST: for it is THE POWER of God UNTO SALVATION to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith“ Romans 1:16-17. 

The Gospel of Christ Jesus — it is the POWER of God that brings about the SALVATION of all mankind for today and tomorrow. How relevant it is today, more than ever before, in the midst of the turbulence, confusion, distrust, breakdown, hunger, chaos, wars, pandemic and such like, that have ravaged our world today. 

And SALVATION in this context is not necessarily only about being born of God into His Kingdom; but it is also about matters of life and godly living in humanity, and covers but is not limited to the following: PEACE, SOUND MIND, HEALTH, PROSPERITY, HEALING, SECURITY, SAFETY, DELIVERANCE, RESTORATION, STRENGTH, LIVELIHOOD, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP and Such like and MORE. 

So, the preaching of the GOSPEL is the preaching of THE WORD of God, which is the preaching of Christ Jesus, who is THE WORD, the GOOD NEWS of human redemption. The good news is that man’s debt and eternal judgement are averted because Christ Jesus has paid for them by the sacrifice He made to take on human condemnation — which is the consequence of sin — so that man can be JUSTIFIED before God instead of facing the judgement of condemnation; and thereafter man can then live in FREEDOM from sin and its effects, in an onward and upward trajectory toward God in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

“And THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM shall be PREACHED in all the world for a WITNESS unto ALL NATIONS; and then shall the end come” Matthew 24:14. 

“But ye shall receive POWER, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be WITNESSES unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, AND UNTO THE UTTERMOST PART OF THE EARTH” Acts 1:8.

SUMMARY: 
This message is a proclamation that THE KINGDOM GOSPEL is THE POWER OF GOD UNTO SALVATION — for today, for tomorrow, and UNTO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH. 

It declares that the Gospel is not just about going to heaven, but about God’s power to bring PEACE, HEALING, DELIVERANCE and godly living to humanity right now, in the midst of a world that is turbulent and broken.  

KEY POINTS: 

  1. THE CORE FOUNDATION: THE GOSPEL = THE POWER OF GOD FOR SALVATION
    The Gospel is not to be ashamed of because it carries God’s power.
    Romans 1:16-17 — “For I am not ashamed of the GOSPEL OF CHRIST: for it is THE POWER of God UNTO SALVATION to every one that believeth… For therein is the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith” 
    In this season of chaos, wars, hunger and pandemic, the Gospel remains the most relevant answer. 
  1. THREE TRUTHS ABOUT KINGDOM SALVATION
    A. SALVATION IS BROADER THAN NEW BIRTH
    Salvation includes being born into God’s Kingdom, but it also covers life and godly living. It addresses: PEACE, SOUND MIND, HEALTH, PROSPERITY, HEALING, SECURITY, SAFETY, DELIVERANCE, RESTORATION, STRENGTH, LIVELIHOOD, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP and MORE. 
    Application: The Gospel meets man in every area of life, not just eternity.

    B. THE GOSPEL IS CHRIST — THE WORD
    To preach the Gospel is to preach THE WORD of God.
    Acts 8:4-5 — “Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where PREACHING THE WORD. Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and PREACHED CHRIST unto them” 

    C. THE GOSPEL DEALS WITH SIN, CONDEMNATION AND FREEDOM
    Man’s debt is paid and judgement is averted because Christ took our condemnation.
    2 Corinthians 5:21 — “For he hath made him to BE SIN FOR US, who KNEW NO SIN; that we might be MADE the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in him” 
    Romans 8:1-2 — “There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to them which are in Christ Jesus… For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death” 
    Galatians 5:1 — “It was for this FREEDOM that Christ set us free [completely liberating us]; therefore keep standing firm”

    Result: We are JUSTIFIED, we have PEACE with God, and we walk in FREEDOM and in an onward and upward trajectory toward God. 
  1. AN IMPORTANT MANDATE: PREACH IT TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH
    This is a Kingdom Gospel, not a local message.
    Matthew 24:14 — “And THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM shall be PREACHED in all the world for a WITNESS unto ALL NATIONS; and then shall the end come” 
    Acts 1:8 — “ye shall receive POWER, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be WITNESSES unto me… AND UNTO THE UTTERMOST PART OF THE EARTH” 
    Romans 15:20-21 — “so have I strived to PREACH THE GOSPEL, not where Christ was named… To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see” 
    Where the Gospel is preached, there is proof: healing, deliverance, and great joy — Acts 8:6-8.  
  1. A WORD TO THE PREACHER AND THE HEARER
    To the preacher:Don’t be ashamed. Preach Christ. The power is in the Gospel. 
    To the hearer: Receive salvation that covers your whole life. Come into the freedom Christ has paid for. You are no longer under condemnation. 

IN ONE SENTENCE: 

The KINGDOM GOSPEL is the POWER OF GOD for SALVATION to the ends of the earth — it justifies us, frees us, heals us, and qualifies us as AMBASSADORS to preach Christ until every nation has heard.

TO AUGUST YOUR LIFE ON EAGLES’ FLIGHT: THERE SHOULD BE NO STRANGE GODS! 

“Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I BARE you on EAGLES’ WINGS, and BROUGHT you unto myself” Exodus 19:4. 

“As an EAGLE stirreth up her nest, FLUTTERETH over her young, SPREADETH abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her WINGS: 12 so the Lord alone did LEAD him, and there was NO STRANGE GOD with him” Deuteronomy 32:11-12. 

I hope people come to know that CHARISMA can take one in an ONWARD and UPWARD trajectory, but what sustains and maintains one THERE is CHARACTER and BEHAVIOURAL ETIQUETTE. Hence both are needful to ensure a fulfilled LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus’ stead. And it is not an EITHER this OR that, but both are complementary to a healthy life in the Spirit of grace to thrive and be fulfilled in God’s BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen. 

CHARISMA and CHARACTER are of the Holy Spirit — the Spirit of the EAGLE FLIGHT — called THE WIND — John 3:3-8 / Genesis 1:1-3. It is the knowing and understanding of the move and movement of THE WIND that enables the EAGLES to SOAR and GLIDE with strength and vigour, instead of FLAPPING as other birds do in weakness and tiredness over time. And it is in the same knowing and understanding that, as THE WIND — the Holy Spirit — when He moves, Father God took advantage of that movement and CREATED the HEAVEN and the EARTH and all that dwells therein.  

“In the beginning God CREATED the heaven and the earth. 2 And the EARTH was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God MOVED upon the Face Of The Waters. 3 And God SAID, Let THERE be LIGHT: and THERE was LIGHT. 4 And God SAW the LIGHT, that it was GOOD: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 And God CALLED the light Day, and the darkness he CALLED Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day . . .” Genesis 1:1-31. 

CHARISMA is the SPIRITUAL/MINISTERIAL GIFTS — 1 Corinthians 12:7-12, 27-31 / Ephesians 4:7-16; and while CHARACTER is the SPIRITUAL FRUIT, not FRUITS — Galatians 5:22-23 — meaning one fruit with many character components embedded, enclosed and within. 

Unfortunately, in some cases, as with the Corinthian Church, they were heavily gifted with CHARISMA, yet with STRANGE GODS in their midst. As such, the expected CHARACTER had been choked, adulterated, perverted and counterfeited; and it meant nothing to them anymore in every way — 1 Corinthians 1:4-7 / 1 Corinthians 12:1-3. 

The Corinthian Church was graciously gifted CHARISMATICALLY, such that they came not behind in any SPIRITUAL CHARISMATIC GIFT, and were enriched with knowledge and utterance among others in comparison. Yet IDOLS, the spirit of idolatry, a carryover from their past was still PRACTISED within them, which ended up distorting the genuineness of the gracious DIVERSITIES, OPERATIONS and ADMINISTRATIONS of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit that was within them — 1 Corinthians 12:5-7. 

When God led the children of Israel on EAGLES’ FLIGHT, there were NO STRANGE gods among them — Deuteronomy 18:9-14. As a result, Egypt was glad when they left because they dreaded them and other enemies were kept at bay. 

The WIND of the EAGLES’ FLIGHT was and is the Holy Spirit. Today, the Scriptures say as many as are LED, not just those who HAVE the Holy Spirit, are the sons of God — Romans 8:14-17. When you say the Holy Spirit LEADS you, be sure you have NO STRANGE god(s) within. 

Charisma is not enough, character is much more needful. Work on them. Don’t be a problematic Christian/Gospel Minister to the Local Church Assembly or Body of Christ, and don’t let the enemy and his cohorts use you to hinder the effectual work of God. The Corinthian Church was a very problematic people, hence a second letter needed to be written to correct the abnormalities within them by the Apostle Paul. 

STRANGE GODS ARE NOT NEEDED ON THE EAGLES’ FLIGHT THAT GOD LEADS — ALWAYS DO A CHECK-UP WITHIN YOU, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GLIDE AND SOAR.

“The EARTH is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. 2 For he hath FOUNDED it upon the seas, and ESTABLISHED it upon the floods” Psalms 24:1-2. 

SUMMARY: 

This message is a prophetic charge for AUGUST: God is calling us to the EAGLES’ FLIGHT, but STRANGE GODS cannot come with us. 

The central truth is this: CHARISMA can lift you, but only CHARACTER will keep you there. Both are the work of THE WIND — the Holy Spirit — and both are required for fulfilled LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus’ stead. 

KEY POINTS: 

  1. GOD’S PATTERN FOR THE EAGLES’ FLIGHT
    God Himself bore Israel out of Egypt and led them.
    Exodus 19:4 — “I BARE you on EAGLES’ WINGS, and BROUGHT you unto myself” 
    Deuteronomy 32:11-12 — “so the Lord alone did LEAD him, and there was NO STRANGE GOD with him” 
    When God leads, there is no room for idols. That is what makes the flight safe and strong. 
  1. CHARISMA VS CHARACTER: BOTH ARE NEEDED
    CHARISMAis the SPIRITUAL/MINISTERIAL GIFTS — 1 Corinthians 12:7-12 / Ephesians 4:7-16. It gives you ONWARD and UPWARD movement. 
    CHARACTER is the SPIRITUAL FRUIT, not FRUITS — Galatians 5:22-23. It is one fruit with many parts, and it is what sustains you at that height. 
    It is not EITHER/OR. Both are complementary. Without character, charisma becomes a crash. 
  1. THE WIND THAT ENABLES THE FLIGHT
    Both charisma and character come from the Holy Spirit — THE WIND of the EAGLES’ FLIGHT — John 3:3-8/ Genesis 1:1-3. 
    Eagles don’t just flap. They SOAR and GLIDE because they understand THE WIND. 
    Genesis 1:2 — “the Spirit of God MOVED upon the Face Of The Waters” 
    That same WIND was what Father God used to CREATE. To fly with strength, we must know His movement. 
  1. THE WARNING: THE CORINTHIAN CHURCH
    They were rich in gifts but poor inpurity. 
    1 Corinthians 1:4-7 — “ye COME BEHIND IN NO GIFT” 
    1 Corinthians 12:1-7 — “there are DIVERSITIES OF GIFTS, but the same Spirit” 
    Yet they still PRACTISED idolatry. So their character was choked, perverted and counterfeited. The manifestation of the Spirit was distorted. That is why Paul had to write a second letter to correct them. Gifts without holiness create problems. 
  1. THE REQUIREMENT FOR SONSHIP AND LEADING
    Romans 8:14-17— “as many as are LED by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God” 
    To claim “the Holy Spirit LEADS me” means doing an inward check. NO STRANGE god(s) can be within. Deuteronomy 18:9-14 
    When Israel had no strange gods, even Egypt dreaded them — Psalms 105:37-38 — “Egypt was GLAD when they departed: for the FEAR of them fell upon them”. 
  1. FINAL CHARGE: DO A CHECK-UP
    Don’t be a problematic Christian or minister who hinders the Body of Christ.
    STRANGE GODS ARE NOT NEEDED ON THE EAGLES’ FLIGHT THAT GOD LEADS. 
    Always do a CHECK-UP WITHIN YOU, otherwise you will not be able to GLIDE AND SOAR. 

IN ONE SENTENCE: 

God is lifting us in AUGUST on EAGLES’ WINGS, but the flight will only be sustained by CHARACTER under the leading of THE WIND, and only when there are NO STRANGE GODS within.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF GOD’S DEFINITION

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF GOD’S DEFINITION – IS THE ANSWER TO YOUR HUMAN QUEST: IT WILL VALIDATE YOUR LIFE “LINES” – AND MAKE YOU TO BECOME AND TO BE FULFILLED! 

“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS: 35 but in EVERY NATION he that FEARETH him, and WORKETH RIGHTEOUSNESS, is ACCEPTED with him” Acts 10:34-35  

Until an individual begins to ACCEPT the TRUTH in any life subject CONTEXT of what God has MADE, QUALIFIED and DEFINED them to be in life and grace in Him, they will keep LEARNING, WONDERING and WANDERING through IGNORANCE, STUPIDITY and FOOLISHNESS, and in circles and circus. For it is a person without UNDERSTANDING in God’s CONTEXT that goes about wandering and transgressing against the TRUTH that only God owns and can provides to do life and godliness in Christ Jesus’ stead. 

“The man that WANDERETH out of THE WAY OF UNDERSTANDING (GODLY WISDOM) shall REMAIN in the CONGREGATION (ASSEMBLY) OF THE DEAD” Proverbs 21:16 (Emphasis Mine). 

“GOOD UNDERSTANDING GIVETH FAVOUR: but the WAY OF TRANSGRESSORS is HARD (DIFFICULT, UNPRODUCTIVE)” Proverbs 13:15 (Emphasis Mine). 

The fallacy of not accepting God’s definition has led many to an earnest and outrageous cravenness for self-discovery through learning, wondering and wandering to SEARCH for ANSWERS and then FULFILLMENT. However, such intent has made some delusional and driven them away from the path God made for them to BECOME both in LIFE and GODLINESS when they accept God’s truthful definition of them. Unfortunately, because of such derailing, ignorance has shut them off from God and from knowing there is already a GIVEN for them in REDEMPTION; and their fulfilment is enacted as one ACCEPTS God’s own definition of oneself, instead of going about fighting for human LEGISLATION, HYPE and APPLAUSE to be defined, accredited and validated by verdicts that are only a vague, satisfactory definition. 

“He has MADE EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL and APPROPRIATE in its time. He has also planted ETERNITY [a sense of DIVINE PURPOSE] in the human heart [a mysterious longing which nothing under the sun can satisfy, except God]—yet man cannot find out (comprehend, grasp) what God has done (His overall plan) from the beginning to the end” Ecclesiastes 3:11. Amplified. 

When you CANNOT ACCEPT what God has MADE and QUALIFIED you to be in LIFE and GODLINESS, – that is, to BE for example, a MAN or WOMAN, WIFE or HUSBAND, MALE or FEMALE – you will keep ever SEARCHING for an ANSWER where there is none, in order to be fulfilled and fit into the bubbled statuesque for others to APPLAUD rather than what God has APPROVED of you. 

“For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 EVER LEARNING, AND NEVER ABLE TO COME TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH. 8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also RESIST THE TRUTH: MEN OF CORRUPT MINDS, REPROBATE CONCERNING THE FAITH” 2 Timothy 3:6-8. 

Some people call it FREEDOM, HUMAN RIGHTS, GENDER RIGHTS and such like, but the Scriptures call it FOOLISHNESS and PURE IGNORANCE, A REPROBATE MINDSET that leads to boundless BONDAGES with severe adverse consequences as detailed in Romans 1:18-32 (AKJV/LB/Amplified/Message). 

Unfortunately for an individual and for society, when the EFFECTS and CONSEQUENCES start, most forget the PATH that brought them there. Instead they CREATE and INVENT further bubble routes in search of solutions to the predicament that has resulted – which in time becomes a serial entanglement in a chain-like mode. That is the reason there is unstable state in human history and unfulfilled aspirations and the QUEST for so many misguided intents and some crazy pursuits to satisfy and fill up the void in humans as we see in individuals, families, relationships, businesses, governments and non-governmental agencies, various world organisational bodies and many such like. 

Have you ever given a thought to ask aloud or in silence why there are so many human troubles around in spite of all these world-renowned Bodies (Association/organisation) and innumerable Charitable causes, Commissions and Foundations such as UNITED NATIONS (UN), HRM, NATO, WHO, UNESCO, ECOWAS, EU, AU, TPU, TAU and many such like? 

It is for the lack of ACCEPTANCE to God’s gracious intent for man that somebody can oppress and enslave fellow human beings, call other fellow human beings terrible foul names, marry a pet, endeavour to change gender, marry someone of the same gender, create and invent some unimaginable ideas and things which, on the long run, begin to destroy the very purpose that was ignored and misguided in the name of FREEDOM, SUPERIORITY and LUST (spelt LOVE) and such like. 

I make bold to say that there is FULFILMENT in God’s definition and intent – in being a Woman or Wife in God’s term. Same is applicable to the men folk – being a Man or Husband in God’s terms. Meaning, being made MALE or FEMALE in God’s terms is the ultimate fulfilment in creation. And it is God’s best and intent. For He MADE them SO, and BLESSED them SO. For in Christ Jesus there is no right to make any less of what God has defined and made them BE – that is, to BECOME in Him. All we need as humans is to be PRINCIPLED, RESPONSIBLE and ACCOUNTABLE to the ACCEPTANCE of God’s DEFINITION in His BLESSEDNESS. Anything short leads to more crises for humanity. 

Think of all the rebellious acts you might have put up which are vividly contradictory to God’s WORD in order to get the APPLAUD and ATTENTION you crave; can you be emboldened to say you have now found FULFILMENT within or has it led you to fight for all causes to satisfy that VOID and EMPTINESS that are within you? 

I plead with you in Christ Jesus’ stead today, to ACCEPT what God in Christ Jesus has MADE you to BECOME in Him, in order to find FULFILMENT for your VOID with Him, and in His BLESSEDNESS in Christ Jesus’ stead. Amen.

SUMMARY 

The message opens with a bold declaration: your acceptance of God’s definition is the answer to the human quest for meaning. Using Acts 10:34-35, it establishes that God accepts everyone in every nation who fears Him and works righteousness — without partiality. 

It then warns that until a person accepts what God has MADE, QUALIFIED and DEFINED them to be in life and grace, they will remain trapped in cycles of LEARNING, WONDERING and WANDERING in ignorance, stupidity and foolishness. Without God’s context of understanding, people transgress against the only truth that gives life and godliness. Proverbs 21:16 and 13:15 are used to show that wandering from godly wisdom leads to death and hardship, while good understanding gives favour. 

The fallacy of self-definition is exposed. Many pursue FREEDOM, HUMAN RIGHTS, GENDER RIGHTS and self-discovery to find answers and fulfilment. But this has made people delusional, driven them from God’s path, and shut them off from the redemption already given in Christ. Instead of accepting God’s definition, they fight for human legislation, hype and applause for validation — which are only vague and unsatisfactory. 

Ecclesiastes 3:11 and 2 Timothy 3:6-8 are cited to show that God has planted eternity and purpose in the human heart, yet people keep learning but never come to the knowledge of the truth because they resist it. Romans 1:18-32 is referenced as the consequence: a reprobate mindset that leads to bondage and severe effects. 

The message then addresses identity directly. Men and women, husbands and wives, male and female — fulfilment is found only in God’s terms, because that is how He MADE and BLESSED them. In Christ there is no reason to make less of what God defined. Humans must be PRINCIPLED, RESPONSIBLE and ACCOUNTABLE to accept God’s definition and blessedness. Anything short produces crises. 

It closes with a plea: stop rebelling for applause and attention. Has that rebellion given you fulfilment, or has it deepened the VOID and EMPTINESS? The message pleads in Christ Jesus’ stead to ACCEPT what God has MADE you to BECOME, so you can find fulfilment in Him. 

The final section lists Scriptural Thoughts to Ponder — on understanding, sufficiency from God, being approved by God, God’s pleasant lines and heritage, divine power for life and godliness, creation of male and female, and the full warning of Romans 1.

THE QUEST FOR GOD AND HIS KINGDOM: HIS KINGDOM IS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE AND JOY IN THE HOLY SPIRIT! 

“For the KINGDOM of God is not a matter of EATING and DRINKING [what one likes], but of RIGHTEOUSNESS and PEACE and JOY in the Holy Spirit” Romans 14:17 (Amplified). 

The KINGDOM OF GOD in the course of doing life and living godly in grace, is much more about RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE and JOY in the Holy Spirit than about FOOD and DRINK and PLEASURE, as many will crave and even sell their FAITH and conscience to have and possess. 

God’s kingdom is of righteousness because the WORK OF RIGHTEOUSNESS is of Christ Jesus. It is efficacious and fruitful. It gives us the right to stand before God and to be emboldened in grace – without shame, without fear, feeling unsafe, insecure, or inferior -just as it is written concerning the WORK and EFFECT of righteousness: 

“And the WORK of RIGHTEOUSNESS shall be PEACE; and the EFFECT of RIGHTEOUSNESS QUIETNESS and ASSURANCE for ever” Isaiah 32:17. 

“And the FRUIT of righteousness is SOWN in PEACE of them that make PEACE” James 3:18. 

The WORK to have a righteous STAND with God in Christ Jesus stead gives PEACE and the EFFECT of that righteous STAND gives QUIETNESS and ASSURANCE for ever. What a position to take a stand in –  to enjoy God through life, in grace. 

“Therefore being JUSTIFIED by faith, we have PEACE with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 by whom also we have ACCESS by faith into this GRACE wherein we STAND, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God” Romans 5:1-2. 

Do ensure that your WORK OF RIGHTEOUSNESS with God leads you to PEACE – meaning, it brings about PEACE. And the RIGHTEOUS EFFECT eventually gives ASSURANCE and QUIETNESS, and not confusion, schism, or hopelessness.

TO MAKE A SENSE OF TRUE WORSHIP AND SERVICES TO GOD: THIS IS BY FELLOWSHIP – IT’S WHAT ENSURES OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD! 

“. . . 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the TRUE worshippers shall WORSHIP the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to WORSHIP him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that WORSHIP him MUST WORSHIP him in spirit and in truth” John 4:19-24. 

It’s time to enhance your RELATIONSHIP with God through the act of FELLOWSHIP – it’s called WORSHIP. 

“For we are the circumcision, which WORSHIP God in the spirit, and REJOICE in Christ Jesus, and have NO CONFIDENCE in the FLESH [Senses]” Philippians 3:3/Emphasis Mine. 

It is a gracious and graceful thing to WORSHIP God WORTHILY and to SERVE Him ACCEPTABLY; however, true and genuine acts of WORSHIP and SERVING flow from FELLOWSHIP with Christ Jesus. 

This is what ENSURES and ENHANCES our RELATIONSHIP with Father God in Christ Jesus by the indwelling Holy Spirit that has been given to us. 

And it is into this place of FELLOWSHIP that Father God has CALLED us — to deepen, to strengthen, and to enjoy our RELATIONSHIP with Him in Christ Jesus. Amen. 

“God is FAITHFUL, by whom ye were CALLED unto the FELLOWSHIP of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” 1 Corinthians 1:9. 

“And HOPE MAKETH NOT ASHAMED; because the LOVE of God is SHED ABROAD IN OUR HEARTS by the Holy Ghost which is GIVEN unto us” Romans 5:5. 

And this act of FELLOWSHIP to ensure our RELATIONSHIP with Father God is manifested within and through our spirit to the Father God, in the light of God’s Blessed WORD, and empowered by the indwelling working of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

“For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.” 

By virtue of Salvation — being Born Again — born from above — in REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus, we have RELATIONSHIP with God. 
And this RELATIONSHIP gives us ACCESS by faith to the nature of God, which sets us apart as a holy person and people unto God; and to the RIGHTEOUSNESS of Christ — in order to stand before Him unashamed, undaunted, guiltless, unafraid, and not inferior. 

And the result of our REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus is to have and to keep a healthy RELATIONSHIP with God. 
But to enhance and ensure that RELATIONSHIP, in order to THRIVE and be FULFILLED in LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus, we must FELLOWSHIP — the unhindered, conscious reverence of God, worthily and acceptably in WORSHIP and SERVICE. 

One great act of FELLOWSHIP is to intentionally and consciously render WORSHIP and SERVICE to God in Christ Jesus. 

Worship and Service, in this context, is the dedication of your triune being to God in an unhindered 24/7 channel of communication. 
Meaning it is not only when you are in a positioned and customised place and the like, but the total opening of your spirit being always towards Father God, in order to have unhindered communication at all times. 
That is the WORSHIP and SERVICE birthed in the human spirit by the Holy Spirit, in the light of the WORD, unto God the Father in Christ Jesus. 

Also, this act of WORSHIP and SERVICE in fellowship is NOT the mere religious idea of lifting hands and singing praises ONLY while in a collective gathering with a leading choir directing, after which there is no further room for communication until another scheduled meeting. 

True, genuine, and WORTHY WORSHIP and SERVICE is you in fellowship with God with your spirit, through His WORD, by the Holy Spirit, in Christ Jesus, irrespective of where you are — with many or alone. 
It is not about the noise or the shouting, but your spirit communing, in communion and in tune with the Holy Spirit unto Father God, in Christ Jesus, by the WORD. 

A SENSE OF TRUE WORSHIP AND SERVICE is summed up as the act of welcoming, accessing, and giving heavenly permission in your earthly affairs without prejudice, through your spirit, by the Holy Spirit, in the WORD of God. 

One cannot claim to WORSHIP and SERVE God and be a WORSHIPPER of God apart from His WORD and apart from the Holy Spirit in the human spirit. 

I pray that you will take the necessary steps to enhance your RELATIONSHIP with God through the act of FELLOWSHIP — it is called WORSHIP AND SERVICE. 
I pray you receive UNDERSTANDING. 
Be BLESSED in life and in grace, in God’s BLESSEDNESS, in Christ Jesus.

  1. THE DEFINITION OF TRUE WORSHIP

The message begins by establishing the standard Jesus gave. 
John 4:23-24 
“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” 

Therefore, God is not seeking performers. He is seeking worshippers whose spirit is aligned with Him.

The message emphasises that salvation brought us into more than forgiveness. It brought us into FELLOWSHIP.

By virtue of being Born Again — born from above — in REDEMPTION in Christ Jesus, we now have RELATIONSHIP with God. 
This RELATIONSHIP gives us ACCESS by faith to God’s nature. It sets us apart as holy unto God and clothes us with the RIGHTEOUSNESS of Christ, so we can stand before Him unashamed, undaunted, guiltless, unafraid, and not inferior. 
Romans 5:5 
“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” 

  1. WHAT WORSHIP AND SERVICE TRULY IS

The message clarifies that it is gracious to WORSHIP God WORTHILY and to SERVE Him ACCEPTABLY. 
But true and genuine acts of WORSHIP and SERVICE flow from FELLOWSHIP with Christ Jesus by the indwelling Holy Spirit.

A SENSE OF TRUE WORSHIP AND SERVICE is the act of welcoming, accessing, and giving heavenly permission in your earthly affairs without prejudice, through your spirit, by the Holy Spirit, in the WORD of God. 

  1. WHAT TRUE WORSHIP IS NOT

The message warns against religious routine. 
True worship is NOT only lifting hands and singing in a gathering, after which there is no further communion until the next meeting. 

Romans 2:28-29 
“For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: but he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” 
God desires inward reality, not outward display. 

  1. THE PURPOSE AND RESULT OF FELLOWSHIP

To enhance and ensure our RELATIONSHIP with God, and to THRIVE and be FULFILLED in LIFE and GODLY LIVING in Christ Jesus, we must FELLOWSHIP. 

We were CALLED and PREDESTINATED for this: 
Romans 8:28-30 
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son… whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.” 

This life is Christ living through us: 
Galatians 2:20 
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” 
Philippians 1:21 
“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” 

  1. THE HEART OF IT ALL

All worship ultimately points to God’s worth: 
Revelation 4:11
